Poly Performance makes and has some truly Amazing products. There one of my online Go To shops. And hands down, they have one of best & efficient customer service teams out there (if only other companies could match PP s life would be that much better). I can t urge you enough to try them out and put them in your Go To file

I ordered a fox steering stabilizer from poly performance, when i received it in the mail it was missing all the hardware for it. I reached out to them to get this resolved. They proceeded to question me like i was in the wrong. I told them I no longer wanted this corrected by them, and I wanted return the stabilizer and my money refunded. They then told me that they don't cover return shipping cost, even though this was an error on their part. So I ended up paying the 20 dollars to return it, which isn't a whole lot of money but the companies customer service is garbage. They told me they would be willing to compensate me for the shipping on my next order... Why would someone be willing to risk ordering from your company again? I would not recommend using this company.

Had issues and questions about my tabs I bought from poly. The sales guy or customer service guy decides the best answer to my question is "You should know your truck better then" very rude. Was absolutely no help . Also when I originally bought the tabs they were "in stock" I paid extra for overnight shipping they were not in stock and shipped a week later . Website is not accurate on instock items beware . I've never had a issue with poly till having this rude interaction because I had technical questions that are serious so I don't ruin my truck. Service needs better customer service or someone who actually knows their products.

I can't respond to your response of my review and experience I had. But that is exactly my issue is the guy I talked to did in fact tell me "you should know your truck better then" and that's okay ? just going to let that be something to say to a customer. I was trying to get information and see a solution. Also on the phone I asked if I could get some kinda discount or if there are any possible sales and I was told "sales keeps that secret" which I understood an he gave me 5 or 10% off then you called later to offer me something different but by then I already contacted another company who answered and took care of me knowing Toyotas throughout.

Great customer service , did not receive stickers with my king shocks that I ordered ,I simply asked for some stickers to be sent to me and they sent me a whole package of stickers, license plate, frame, and beer Cousy. Couldn t ask for more !

Ordered a set of eibach upper control arms from them for my 08 lexus gx470. They came as SPC upper control arms. April 8th was when it was ordered, they emailed me on April 11 telling me it was going to be a 1-2 week wait time which I thought was strange why they didn't have it in stock. After multiple exchanges over the email of asking for follow ups and updates, it finally got shipped on july3rd and delivered July 5th.Their customer services are poor and they sell products that are not readily available. I would not recommend buying from them. They kept blaming Eibach for pushing back on product availability date which was very poor (and it's not even an eibach product, it's SPC) of them as a business. No apologies or anything to accommodate my time wasted dealing with them. I strongly suggest buying from someone else

The acquisition of the Tacoma cam kit was accompanied by a conspicuous absence of information regarding its back-order status. However, a mere twenty-four hours post-purchase, an email was received delineating a protracted 4-6 week delay for the procurement of certain ancillary components, namely bolts and bushings. Such an unforeseen delay is not only inconvenient but also subverts the customer's trust in the company's logistical competence

Every time I've ordered from Poly Performance it has been an awesome experience. They are almost always running some kind of sale, and they carry so many parts! I can order almost everything I need for my Jeep projects all in one place.I had a small issue with my order this last time, and the owner of the company personally messaged me and took care of me right away! He took the time to message me after business hours, and make sure I was happy, the customer service here is amazing!Thank you Poly Performance, I am thoroughly impressed with your level of communication, your attention to detail, and I will not hesitate to do more business with you in the future.

They had the parts I needed IN STOCK! While shopping around, I was suggested to go check their site and sure enough, competitive pricing, parts in stock, and an easy to use website. I ll definitely be back to do business with them again.

I ordered some of the alignment delete tabs. First off they never showed up. I talked to someone in their so called customer service and was told that I need to talk to the post office to figure out where THEIR package ended up. I talked to the post office and was told that they cannot find the package, and that I should file a claim. Meanwhile no resolution from this company. So if you want to order something and hope it shows up then this is the company for you. Thanks again Poly Performance for literally NOTHING!!

If your in the market for aftermarket truck parts, this is the go to store for that. Shopped online for a front track bar and sector shaft brace from Synergy manufacturing for my JT Mojave. Great improvement on the drive quality.Just Hoke took care of me all the way with great response time and good product knowledge. Update: Shaun called and informed us about some staffing issues, but promptly shipped the order.****For the last few weeks, I've been planning on upgrading the suspension on my 2022 Tacoma and this in part meant that I verified lead times/ availability of the suspension kit I chose. Poly Performance is well-reviewed and liked in the Toyota community, and once they told me they had all of the parts for the Tacoma Icon Stage 8 Suspension kit, I pulled the trigger. This sizable order was placed on April 2, 2022.Because I was having this professionally installed, I contacted them to inquire about ship times via e-mail. Monday morning I received a call from Cameron letting me know everything was in stock, but in two different warehouses, and would ship in 1-2 days w/ two separate tracking numbers.Great! Happy, I scheduled my install for two weeks out based on my busy work schedule (I am an ICU nurse and must commute for my job) and the install-shops schedule.I wake up Thursday morning (3 business days later), still haven't received tracking; and thus contact Poly Performance because Cameron stated the order would ship within 1-2 days. Thursday I'm told they're pretty backed up, but will get the order out and I should receive a tracking number by that night.Friday morning comes, still no tracking number. I contact Poly Performance again, and again they say they're very busy, but the kit will go out and a tracking number will be provided that day.Saturday morning now, I have no tracking number, and have placed a sizable deposit to have this work done.The most fundamental part of customer service is communication and part of that is being true to your word. It doesn't matter if the purchase was $1.00 or $4,500+ (in the case of this order). I tried calling today, Saturday, well knowing Poly Performance is closed, but left a detailed voicemail that pretty accurately captured my frustration.I am leaving them 2-stars because every business deserves an opportunity to correct less than stellar customer service, and the beginnings of that is making the entity aware of the situation.Based on Poly Performance's response, I will update my review accordingly. (updated)Summary: PolyPerformance has great selection and pricing. One thing to keep in mind is that shipping times may be longer than advertised.

Ordered 26 spline side gears for a samurai. Called the next business day and was told my gears would be here by Friday. Here is is Friday and the shipping label was just made yesterday and I'm in Maryland. Won't be here until late next week but the customers samurai is already In my shop and is already torn apart since I figured I'd have this weekend to build the rear. Secondly they told me on the phone when I called that low range has them in stock and would be shipped from there...... So why TF did I order it from you guys if all you are is a middleman to cause disruptions in the process of getting what I need. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!

After a bad experience with 4wh##l parts. I contacted poly performance they answer all my questions. And I had my parts in a week and I live in Ohio. Will use them again forsure and that's based on customer service.

I was skeptical to purchase due to the reviews here, but my order went through fine. Packaging didn't require staples but they stapled it to make it very sturdy. Poly Performance also had a good price on an item I ordered. I was expecting it to be out of stock like every other distributor (which would ship directly from the manufacturer and extend my wait time) in the country, but they surely had it in their warehouse and shipped next day. Will purchase from again.

BEWARE of their return policy!!! You only have FIVE days from delivery to start a return of any damaged items and there are 20% fees here, 20% fees there, 20% fees everywhere! They ll keep as much of your money as possible.My bad for not starting the project as soon as I received the part. As most projects go we all know that as soon as we receive the parts we must open the packaging immediately and inspect the item [sarcasm], but I unfortunately decided to keep it in the packaging until all the parts arrived...so, more than five days passed when I opened the packaging only to realize that the part was damaged. After contacting PolyPerformance they quoted the return policy and stated, Unfortunately, because we are outside of that window I will not be able to provide a return authorization or label for that item. I can however offer a partial refund on the item and offer a discount towards your next purchase. If you have any further questions feel free to contact me. This is where the 20% fees can really get you.I will never shop there again! Avoid PolyPerformance at all costs!!!

Poor customer service and shady exchange/return policy. Tried to convince me a sketchy weld on a product was fine then made me pay shipping on the exchange. Their sales director lashed out at me for a bad review on a different site then had it taken down. Avoid Poly Performance. There are plenty of other online vendors that provide good service.

Ordered a few sets of valve stems that no one else had, kudos for having them in stock. But on the other hand, you charge me $24 to ship them to me, when its only 8 for a USPS Priority Package that they could fit in. I understand shipping and handling, since I own a small business, but charging that amount should just be illegal. Will not recommend or use them ever again.

I was looking for a backordered part, contacted them to see if they had any, they had one set left was able to talk to David literally throughout the whole night about ordering the part and was an amazing experience. Customer service on another level! Have a trip to Yosemite tomorrow and need a part overnight. Called after hours hoping someone would answer and Dave not only picked up the phone, but helped me out with what I need, and even dropped it off at a UPS store. I certainly wouldn't expect this kind of service again but he really helped me out in a pinch. Will definitely do business again.
