If you ever get the chance to meet the delivery driver, Mac. I hope I remembered his name right . He is awesome, excellent customer service, helpful, good communication skills, do it need to say more? I am so thankful he was not out on a delivery and at the auto store bc the guy who was working. Well let's just say he wasn't much help and didn't care about my situation. See my brake fluid cap fell and I couldn't reach it. And I had to get back to Lompoc. Long story short, he was kind enough to help me out and it was much appreciated. Thank you

Staff is always helpful, if they can't answer a question they get someone who can. Love the discount flyer bargains on oil, brake cleaner, weekend warrior goodies... Mike knows his stuff, total car guy!! :)

Customer service was horrible. Everyone else was greeted while they walked in. Wasn't acknowledged. Workers too busy talking to each other. Had to wait at the counter to be checked out. Just horrible.....

Arturo was extremely helpful. My son called to see if they had what we needed. There were two possibilities so we went to check them out. We still weren't sure so Arturo took one out to our car to check. He helped us make sure it was going to do what we wanted. Thanks Arturo for going the extra mile tonight!!

I kept on calling and they do not answer the phone. Store is understaffed. I was not able to get my battery checked out since their equipment was broken

I went in to the San Luis Obispo location today and Tyler was great! He took the time to answer all of my questions and gave good recommendations on the parts I needed. Excellent customer service!

O'Reilly's is a great chain, but this particular store did not have the part I needed, nor could they get it within a week (possibly the world's most common power steering pump).The counter guy had also never heard of a power steering pump puller/installer, had me wait an hour for another customer return the loaner, then handed me a hub puller after the wait.Fortunately, Harbor Freight had the tool, so I was able to limp home.

New manager was super helpful and very friendly. I love this place. My son went there to get supplies for his first oil change and they helped him get all the right parts.We brought our old oil and the container leaked all over the store and he said don t worry and cleaned it up for us and told us about how we could save money if we bought an air filter with our order.

I can not say enough about the young man named Jason that works there!!He took his lunch time to help my daughter install her battery tonight.As a mom who is thousand of miles away in Florida, I can not be more grateful for this!Thank you Jason for caring and I hope Karma returns the kindness back 10 fold!!You are truly the definition of customer service and being a good person! The employee was extremely friendly and very helpful when I went to the storeI like the location of the store because it's got a nice big parking lot and it's kind of set off to the side granted if you're not paying attention you might miss it but that's just how it is otherwise I had a good experience at this store

I think this is a great automotive parts store.I have always had plenty of assistance with great employees who were there to help me promptly when I show a desire for it. This last trip I didn't end up needing to purchase anything after an employee came out to my car to help me check the tail lights. He actually helped me figure out that I had the correct bulb for my taillight already in my glove box. The kind employee wished me well, and I drove away with working blinkers feeling very safe & less stressed after O'Reilly employees helped me fix a problem with no need to be paid for the time they helped me in.They are located where Greyhound Bus used to be at the bottom of South Street half a block before you reach S.Higuerra on the right side.

I called ahead to make sure, the store had a battery, for my Honda. As soon, as I entered the store, someone helped me. Jason installed a fully charged battery, works perfectly! They did not try to upsell me, any more expensive batteries, something I didn't need. We always use O'Reilly's, they know their stuff!

I get a lot of my car supplies here they are priced lower or equal to others in my area. The checkers are always willing to help you find what you need and give you advice on the difference in products. There have been a couple of times that I have gone there having trouble with car not starting. I explain to them and have even had them help me replace my battery posts. Good men that work there!

We used to really like O'Reilly s. The employees knew what they were talking about and were friendly, the store was well-stocked. Now, only 1 out of the 3 employees there today had a mask on, and 1 of several customers cared enough to mask up. I want to feel safe when I enter a store, and I want to know that the store and its employees care enough to do their part. Until O'Reilly enforces the state mask mandate, I will be shopping elsewhere.UPDATE: All the employees are wearing masks during business hours. I am proud of them for stepping up. Also improved customer service! You are my #1 auto parts place once more, O Reilly s!

This is hands down the most incredibly put together establishment I have ever ventured into. These fine gentlemen have always provided the upmost service and quality. They don t just sell parts, they sell service and satisfaction! The handsome young lad made sure I was taken care of and offered to service me whenever, and wherever need be. I CANNOT WAIT to return next time I need some fresh parts.

Great customer service. Business set up like ol school auto parts places. If u remember or famila with Western Auto Parts or Napa Auto. If you need something right away , chances are they will have it.

Easy online ordering and pickup in store. This particular store in San Luis Obispo is well stocked and easy to locate. Employees here are friendly and experienced, a great place to stop and grab oil and filters too.

7/2022, recommend this place, ask for Jason, we were from out of town and lights on panel coming on (break, VSC, hazard,etc) Jason analyzed, spent time, looked up solutions on his smart phone. 5 stars!

Had an engine light on so went to get my car checked, the code reader showed no codes. The man helping me was in such a rush and only ranned it once and told me no codes were detected so not much they could do, they told me to go to autozone instead so they could help me. Staff is friendly, but when it comes to true help, they dont do such a good job. Autozone was very helpful, went out and spent time helping me until they got all the issues figured out. Thanks to them my car runs smooth again. Will never return to an O'Reilly's store again!

Called in to order a six point boxed end wrench, 17mm. I made sure I was specific. Had to call it in. 20 minute drive for them to sell me the standard 12 point. They admittently didn't listen to me. Then they call around say it's at home depot. 12 minute drive to be shocked anyone would say that. Mike needs to retire.

A great place to shop for parts and supplies !They have an extensive inventory and what they don t stock they can get in ASAP !Ask for Mike as he s a super nice and knowledgeable guy to deal with !PS;I read a comment saying masks were not enforced at this location and i can personally confirm that yes indeed masks are being enforced at this SLO location !

The people working here are great at this store It's the age old problem I've had with Kragen. Bad quality parts. The lifetime warranty starter shorted out and burned up my electrical system from the battery to th ignition. Thanks O'Reilly!

The people who work here were extraordinarily helpful to me and my wife when we showed up wanting better headlights and personally helping to replace them and polish the hazy lenses. I'd definitely shop here again.
