Morin bros just always goes above and beyond to make sure that you get the work done that you need without paying anything additional or unnecessary. They were super courteous in squeezing me in to have my car looked at before I left on a road trip and I really really appreciated it. It felt like they cared that I got there safe! definitely has a mom and pop feel and very trustworthy. If you go here, you ll be well taken care of!

I brought my car to Morin Brothers after wasting a month and a half with Toyota of Santa Maria. Unlike Toyota, Erik from Morin Brothers knew exactly how estimates have to be structured for insurance claims. He submitted the paperwork, got the claim approved and fixed my car (a labor-intensive repair).

Everyone at Morin Bros was very pleasant to talk to. They diagnosed and fixed my vehicle issues quickly. They fixed the direct problem. I do have anxiety over mechanics and trust issues when taking my car in. I felt no worries and no extra pressure to spend outrageously on fixing my vehicle problem. I also requested an additional maintenance and they were happy to include it. I am very pleased and plan to use their services in the future if I have any vehicle problems. Being in SLO for a few months I ve been searching for a place to take my car to get fixed. Going to the Morin Brothers has been great so far. They helped me with an oil change which was a much better experience than the last place I went to. Currently, they have been helping me with my check engine light and explained the whole process to me and we re up front about the price it would cost to fix things. Everyone I have interacted with has been very kind and helpful in the times I ve gone. I ll be coming here from now on while I live in SLO for sure!

I was in a very distressing situation as my engine was blown. Eric and Alena were so kind and did everything they could to help me. I also spoke with Jesse and he was so kind and compassionate. I had a bad experience with a local Toyota dealer, so before buying a used car I wanted a thorough check out of the vehicle. Morin Brothers had me in at short notice and gave me a solid rundown of the strengths and weaknesses of the car I was looking at. Helped me to get a price for the car that was more fair and to know what I would need to do to keep the vehicle running. Thanks!

The Morin Brothers have always been incredibly helpful in whatever service I m needing and throughly explain what they re doing when I m confused. They are professional but treat everyone with kindness and ease! I will go to the Morin Brothers with any service I need done to my car!

Very friendly and professional. Started servicing my vehicle immediately which is always appreciated. I ve been coming to Morin Bros. for five or six years now, and they provide the best and most affordable automotive services in our area. Not to mention the honesty with everybody who works at Morin Bros. it s a refreshing experience considering. We use Morin Brothers Automotive for all of our company vehicle SMOG checks, oil changes, battery issues, and basic service needs. They have always gone out of their way to meet our schedule demands and are very personable. They offer stellar service, and have easily out-performed other businesses in their industry when it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction! Today I got a smog check at Morin Brothers, but I have been there for other services before. I had been a bit nervous about having someone work on my car, because you always hear horror stories about mechanics. However, Morin Brothers offered excellent service right from the start--I booked an appointment on line and received an email confirmation, then got an estimate over the phone, and when I took the car in, the work was done promptly and without pressure to have extra work done. They honored the price they list online. Everyone was professional and nice (including the little dog in the office :). I would definitely use Morin Brothers again and highly recommend them.Services: Smog certification, Oil change

I always have an amazing experience with Morin Brothers. Several of my family members use them and recommended them. I was very impressed with there responsiveness, professionalism and integrity. I told Morin that the previous mechanic at the Lexus dealership stated that I needed to replace my air conditioning filter at 30,000 miles and it turned out Morin Brothers confirmed it was perfectly fine! I'm only 19 and it was my first time getting anything done on my car so I was nervous and didn't know what I was doing. My car was making a loud squeaky noise and so I made an appointment with them. They have amazing customer service and were so kind and understanding. I had them help me a first time but when I left my car still squeeked. I called them letting them know and they helped me out immediately and fixed the issue free of cost. Which was a relief haha. I would recommend this place to anyone !!! Needed to have my 1990 Miata battery/electrical system checked out; Eric was very helpful, courteous & knowledgeable. Found the problem was basically an old battery and lead; fixed it within a day and for extremely reasonable price. Very happy with your service! I tried to replace a part in the interior, got to a point where I was unable to continue, and Morin Bros readily agreed to finish the job for me. It worked out very well, and they only charged me for an hour labor (I was ready to pay anything at that point to have the frustrating repair finished!). They have done fine work for me before, and will be working on my car whenever it needs help.Service: General repairs & maintenance
