If you get stuck in the situation that you need to have a IID installed would not recommend this place. I do not know how they have a 5 star review. First off when I showed up at the installation garage it was like a back woods shop, literally just a garage with a desk in there. Second I didn't drive my truck for 2 weeks so yes the batteries went dead, so I had to take them out and charge. After doing so reinstalled and IID wasn't working, every light lit up. Called and they tried telling me the batteries were shot, so I took them out and took them to get professionally test. Go figure came back good so reinstalled and same thing all the lights were on. Called back and they continued to tell me my batteries were shot because of the age and still told me to buy new batteries before any further help. Spent $500 on 2 new batteries because I have a diesel and it takes 2 of them. Installed the new batteries and go figure same problem. Tried to get a mobile tech to come out but they cannot send me one so when they open back up next week I have to find a ride to exchange the IID device.
