Impressed w the service. I am hesitant to bring my vehicle to quick lubes, but was well over and about to drift 1200 miles, so needed to get it done. The guys were nice and (relatively) quick, as they were super busy. They recommended items I knew I needed, but no crazy attempts to upsell. Impressed.

So my service ended up taking longer than expected and while the team was nice I don't feel like they did a good job going over the list of issues found during my outtake process.This is probably because they were distracted by the fact that they let another customers car get stolen off of the lot while I was there.

Loraine was awesome as usual and so was the gentleman who changed my headlight. The job was a little harder than expected but they went above and beyond to make sure that I could get back on the road safely. The pacific Coast Jiffy Lube family always delivers with their caring employees and high performance standards.

Got our oil change and tire rotation done quickly and easily. The only issue is with the Jiffy Lube website and trying to schedule an appointment online. That is a joke, but fortunately the store wasn't too busy, so they got us in n out in about an hour.

Super easy to schedule the appointment online. The guys got me in right at my scheduled time and the oil change for my truck was done in less than 45 minutes. Keep up the great work!

First time using Jiffy Lube in SLO and was very impressed with the customer service. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, the process was very professional. I'll definitely be back to have my car serviced in the future.

Great location for quick oil change at a reasonable price with top-off, window cleaning and vacuuming. I have been there a couple of times and service is not 100%. Last time they forgot the window sticker service reminder and didn't torque the oil plug enough so it leaked. But recent, service was good when I asked to double check everything. Would recommend for convenience and service

The service at Jiffy Lube San Luis Obispo was outstanding! Every staff member and technician I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were timely, reasonably priced, and the work was high quality.

I went in to get my truck smogged. I waited 30 minutes and was then told they can't smog it if there is a Check Engine light on. I still had to pay the $59.99. Would have been nice if they told me that when the got in to move the car into the bay. It was on then.

I recommend this service center. Lorena and the crew always have me in and out very quickly. Great customer service from every crew member from Greeting me kindly, talking to me about what I need for my car to be safe on the road, to getting me out the door quickly. Thank you your great work.

This is my second time getting an oil change with Jiffy Lube. The first time, a piece underneath was not secured and it ended up dragging as I drove. I had to drive it back to get it secured and I was concerned the piece was damaged. When I brought it back, they said it was not, which i did not believe, but I was not in a position to argue about it as a couldn t get under my car and check. My husband brought my car for another oil change this week and the person helping him said there was damage and they wanted to let him know before they worked on my car. My husband said it was from the last time we brought it there, and they brushed it off. I am upset that I have damage on my car and Jiffy Lube is not fixing it.

Had no choice needed oil change, thought these places were quick! Nope! Arrived at 950am, 1 other car outside bay, 2 others show up after me and they go in front of me first! Finally pull mine in at 1040am almost 1 hour later... then 30 mins later still before done! San Diego Jiffys are 15 mins...here it's 1.5-2 hours. Lame!

Everything was fine until I tried to get out of my truck. Seems that your mechanics busted the door handle inside my truck. Now I've got to repair that. It was fine until I brought my vehicle to your business. So thank you very much

Honestly, charged too much for the service I received. Plus they took off my guard underneath my car and then told me they couldn t put it back on, even though I looked at it afterward and found that all the screw holes were fine but they kept my screws so now i have to go back to get them.UPDATE:So i originally gave 3 star review. Now having finished a week long saga with the incompetent workers there i lowered my review to 1star. Only the manager there deserves maybe 3 stars for maintaining a professional attitude except for she siding with her workers when they wronged me TWICE!So, after buying replacement hardware with my own money (the mechanics at Jiffy lube lost them during an oil change) i went back to have them put my splash guard on and they told me again they cant put it back on, cuz i bought the wrong screws, even though I went to the dealership and looked up the part number and ordered them online.Then the worker yelled at me that I m a liar when i was explaining to the manager that I m frustrated because some of my screws i just bought were also now missing. Even a guy behind the counter agreed that i was telling the truth, that they lost my screws, he saw me count the parts before they tried to install.After waiting a week, the manager called me to come in and they finally agreed to buy the hardware from the dealership since i called the district manager about my situation and they finished the job they should have done the day my oil was changed. Ridiculous ! Hours of my time wasted, money WAY over spent and harassment by staff. Very unprofessional. Sadly, I ve heard MANY similar horror stories from getting service at Jiffy Lube.

I went for oil smog and I had a heat shield look and air filter these people are amazing good price and really care, seriously they value your business. I highly recommend them for your needs

Edit: Just so no one if fooled by JiffyLubes "response" below my review, I responded to them and have not received any communication back. Their "response" appears to just be for show.They do not honor appointments. I got to my appointment on the dot for an oil change to find 6 cars in line and told there was an hour wait. Manager said that the appointment is only for a "window" of time where they are supposed to start the service, and they can't control the people who show up without an appointment. He actually insinuated it was odd I showed up on time, pointing out that it was "only" two minutes past my appointment start time. So there is no point in an appointment whatsoever, you just need to show up at a slow time and hope there aren't a line of cars.

I work in customer service and you need to work on yours. Over 100 dollars for over an hour oil change. I will be going somewhere else. I asked for some kind of discount because I drive for Uber and Lyft and I was told that he has been working for Jiffy Lube for 6 years and they don t give discounts to those companies. I work for AT&T and you need to work on your customer service skills!

Labor cost was higher than i expected for just an oil change, but if that money's going to the techs for their quality work then I'm not complaining.UPDATE:Took a different car in with a different crew and these guys spilled some oil both on outside of car and inside by the gear shift. Also, they overfilled my oil. 80 dollars in labor and they cant be bothered to check the dipstick or change gloves before driving out.

It was okay. I just got an oil change but there were a few workers that werent really friendly, just seemed upset to be there. They trashed my skid plate and claimed that it was ripped but this is the first I m hearing about this. They tried to upsell me on a bunch of junk like a new hood strut as well as timing chain service that s not an issue on my car.

My car broke down immediately after pulling out of jiffy lube after getting an oil change, had to have my car towed and ended up paying $600 to a real mechanic shop for whatever jiffy lube did to my car. Everything was working fine before coming in and this was a severe financial burden for me right after christmas. Happy new year i guess, i won t be returning.

Lorena and the crew always take great care of me. They make sure my car is always in great working order. They make sure they check everything and inform me of my cars needs and possible future problems. I am completely satisfied with their service and care. These people are angels! We had a flat tire and had to pull off 101 headed north on a road trip, and Lorena was able to immediately change it for us and send us back on her way. We so appreciate their kindness and cheerfulness when we were in this pickle every other surrounding tire shop couldn t put a new one on until the next day. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

I often use jiffy lube for my two Van's and my car. I trust them. They are very good at what they do. They didn't have a filter in stock so they went to auto zone and got one. Thanks! They are not cheap. They do it right though. I think it's worth the piece of mind.

$45 to change a headlight bulb. Valvoline only charges $25. They did add some much needed coolant for my battery no charge, so 3 stars instead of 1-2.Edit: 10/10/23 I gathered the information requested for the reply below by jiffy lube to work out being over charged and sent them an email, DID NOT hear back from them at all. Don t be fooled by that reply. Dropping review to 2 stars now.Edit: 11/7/23 now one star for no contact at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.

It was your typical Jiffy Lube situation no appointment necessary and the technicians there were very knowledgeable and polite. They put a seat protector and floor mat protector down and I was in and out in about 30 minutes.
