Two bad tubes out of the box. The first leaked around the valve. The second just blew up after being inflated to the specified psi. Not extra strong. Not self sealing.

Recently I had a flat tire and used the tire inflator model 40052 to pump up the tire in about five minutes (or less). I love the preset psi number to inflate the tire to the exact amount.When I mentioned that I wanted to donate an inflator to the local YMCA (where I had my flat), they instead donated TWO inflators!!! Incomparable customer service.

I bought a can of Tire Saver yesterday. I made sure the tire was fully flat, then I made sure stem was in the six o'clock position. I shook the can vigouously. I put pressure on it while screwing it on tire valve. it barely even sputtered. It most definitely Did Not Inflate my tire. I'm glad I wasn't stuck alongside the freeway with a defective product. I sure hope I get a Full return on my it.

I purchased 1 gallon of slime tire sealant. Unfortunately the pump did not work properly. I contacted ITW Global and promptly received 2 new pumps in the mail. Great product and great customer service. Thanks

I had a issues with one of there digital inflators. When contacted, they just helped me with a credit to buy an another one.Good customer service!

Super great company. I had a problem with one their products and there was no questions asked. Within a day I had a replacement product sent to me. Thus is how you do business.
