There staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. From the time to I called to place order to the return and I forgot to put the card in the returns for my core deposit and they were very polite and helped me start my warranty and core deposit back. Quality parts. Truck runs amazing. Very good pricing and they helped me get everything I was needing. In today's market they are hands down one of the best companies I've worked with. I had a great experience. The injectors shipped super fast, and there was no core charge because you can send them back inside 30 days with no charge. On a full set of injectors that can be 800+ dollars that never has to hit your card or bank account. I will be using them again.

After replacing my injectors and high pressure lines for my 2001 LB7, I kept fighting fuel leaks from my replacement high pressure lines. Injectors Direct was great to work with in getting me replacement lines, but even then the lines still leaked. I had to take them off and re-bend them a few times to stop the leaks. That wasted a lot of time and I wish they were bolt on ready. On the other hand the brand new Bosch injectors and GM fuel return lines worked great.

UPDATE: I am at the one year 10.000 mile miles since I replaced the injectors, no problems at all.I had no issues with ID, I got 6 new stock Bosch injectors and feed tubes. They shipped very fast and were well packaged. I returned my cores in the same packaging no problems. Truck runs great8 month review, these injectors are still running very strong, no issues at all, I will definitely buy from ID in the future.

The absolute best place for Injectors, Fuel Systems, and Conversions. As an Advisor for a Diesel Shop in Amarillo, Tx, I buy their fuel systems and conversions for CP4 replacements on a regular basis. Every time, I get my package fast. Core returns are easy with the supplied shipping label, (an extra cost but worth every dime.) On the extremely rare occasion I have had an issue, their customer support department is the best. They always try to make it right, and they are the best in my opinion. You can't go wrong.

I tried a rebuilt set of Duramax LB7 fuel injectors from Amazon which they failed in one hour if running. I bought a new set from Injectors Direct which worked great. They shipped very fast and credited me back for the core s return quickly. I highly recommend this company. I will use them again if ever needed.

I have been looking to change my 5.9 Cummins injectors and I m super happy I found Injectors Direct! Ordered a full set of Remanufactured Motorcraft 6.0 injectors. The injectors arrived early and were very well packaged. They were so well remanufactured that I could have sworn they were brand new. My truck now runs perfectly. Cores were returned and I received an email that the core deposit would not be charged. Best of all, they threw in a new coozie.

We ordered the injector package for my 2001 Chevy 2500 LB7. The injectors were on my doorstep in 3 business days. We returned our cores after we had received the new ones. Everything came exactly as described and the process was super easy! I can tell you that the product is excellent and I have not had any problems since installing. Parts were shipped in a timely manner by injectors direct, however there chosen two-day method of shipping through FedEx took a week for the parts to arrive. Promised communication of a refund or cover for the core shipments has not been followed up on. Our business will shop with a different company in the future.

Our company has spent tens of thousands of dollars with injectors direct, we have used many many of there injectors over the years. The quality of the parts has always worked satisfactory so far and is a good product. We have had some billing issues and were wrongfully charged for cores, we have had to be refunded a few times, an error on their part and was corrected once we contacted them with proof. For real legal shop owners that purchase from injectors direct all year and support them, it would be nice to a least offer to build a trusting relationship with shops to float cores for a certain amount of time or give some other option like other suppliers. The cores always seem to be the billing issue.

Would use them again! My lb7 needed a set of injectors, I called injectors direct and spoke with a knowledgeable sales rep, he recommend their reman injector kit. I purchased and couldn t have Ben happier, fast shipping, came with everything needed to complete the job the right way. Truck runs better then ever so far, and they come with a 2 year warranty which is a plus!

affordable, great communication, fast shipping, correct fitment. it was all there and good quality. my mpg went from 13 to 22 on a stock 2004 dodge ram 2500. I put 1300 miles on it the day after install, half of that being under load. it performed perfectly. I will be going straight here for my next purchase.

I am very happy with their service. It was extremely easy to deal with them. I bought the injectors and received them within a week and I live all the way to the other side of the country in the northeast. I replaced them and my truck is running perfect now. I sent them my cores and now I have refurbished injectors with 2 years warranty! Can't beat that! I am very happy and will recommend them everywhere I go.

Ordered a set of fuel lines. Good price. Good quality. Big complaint is the lines came uncapped. Modern day fuel systems are very sensitive to contamination. Cleanliness is very important with these fuel systems.

Great price for a complete kits with new bosch injectors. Fast shipping with quick turn around for core return. Will but from injectors direct again. Installed injectors in 08 ram 6.7l. Everything that was need was in the kit and have put about 500 miles on the truck with no problem or complaints.

Terrible customer service. Read the other reviews before you buy anything here. We called in with an issue and management wouldn t help and said they sell plenty of parts without our business. Wish I would have read how they treat other folks when their product isn t right before we bought their kit. We were left to pay the bill to repair the brand new products that we bought from this company after paying 5400 to buy . Terrible customer service!If you want to see this for yourself, Be sure to read injector directs responses to all of their less than five star reviews to see what kind of response you will get it you call their company for any help at all!Snarky responses and denial of all responsibility, on every less than five star review. If you don t give them 5 stars then you are wrong, every time! Like They told me on the phone, they have enough business without you. If you receive a defective or damaged part or kit missing items or if anything happens in shipping, it s on you.

Top shelf working with Injectors Direct! I initially contacted them online, they got back to me within 10 minutes. Spoke to one of the reps and had the answers I needed.I reside in Canada, the whole shipping process was seamless through Fed Ex. Absolute best deal on new OE injectors and connect tubes! All Bosch product. Would definately deal with them again.

From start to finish the process was flawless, I needed injectors but was thinking of going with a dcr conversion kit. I happened to see the injectors direct website to check prices and they were great and they also happened to have not only the dcr but kits that included injectors and dcr along with fuel lines and everything else. A lot of websites have kits but this site had several different kits all with high quality parts but with different brands and different price points. I found exactly what I was looking for but was still weary of ordering online so I looked at their BBB scores and they were great and ordered the parts. There was an issue with my credit card because I have a P.O Box and was having parts shipped to my Mechanic but they e-mailed me right away with a phone number to call. I called and had an actual person on the phone in less than 30 seconds and had the whole situation resolved in less than 1 minute. That was at 1:30 pm on January 22nd by Wednesday at 12pm the parts were at my mechanic. Fast shipping and great service.

Couldn t be happier with the entire process and product.I wrote an email with questions and they took the time to call me and answer every question I had. Sent a broken part by this company that wasn't discovered until a few days later and not only did they refuse to send a replacement but tried to blame my mechanic and myself for being there! Awful customer service, highly recommended avoiding Injectors direct. Low quality parts, lower quality service.Also readily apparent by looking at the accounts who gave positive feedback and their lack of reviews that this shady company has created a lot of fake Google accounts. Easy to see review count. BUYER BEWARE.

Fast shipping with excellent pricing & packaging. More props for being a 1 stop shop I got everything I needed for my 265k miles 08 LMM which was CP3 pump, injectors, hard line & soft line kit. Loss of prime causing no start after truck was warmed up is now fixed and pulls great again when adjusting tune levels. Mpg greatly improved and there was plenty of savings doing the labor myself.

I purchased a set of supposedly brand new Alliant Power fuel injectors for my 7.3 power stroke 2 years ago for 2800 dollars and received 400 back for core. Shipping was great. I have put 30,000 miles on these injectors since. I did an oil change yesterday and when pulled my fuel filter out which I change every 10,000 miles it had engine oil in the fuel. So begins a twelve hour day of changing injector o-rings. Not only were the o-rings hard and cracked the wire harnesses in the valve covers were cracked and bare.Warranty was 150,000 miles or 18 months.Two years and 30,000 miles in it looks like I got screwed over.This has taught me to pay much better attention to reviews.Needless to say I will not purchase anything here again.

Ordered a set of 6.0 injectors, installed them as soon as they came in, put the truck back together and instantly ran worse than before, did a contribution text, and buzz test, Injector #4 was getting power, but cylender was dead. So I sent injector back to the company and they found it was a cracked nozzle. Which they put under the "improper installation" or "contaminated fuel" category. And refuse to warranty it out! I wouldn't reccoment this company or their warranty crew to anyone. If your looking for injectors check Full Force First!
