Nicest people out there. We were stranded (drove all the way up from San Diego). Colter was really helpful and his expertise was on point. We got our car (2008 Toyota Camry) back fast and it's working fine now!! 100% recommend.

Great work, my company takes the whole fleet here. He keeps my 2006 vehicles running strong, I hate having a car payment, would rather pay Ericksons to keep mine healthy. Always does me right.

This is an excellent shop with excellent communication with the customer. I broke down in SLO and Colter hooked me up and fixed my 7.3 liter turbo diesel. He even let me know about some other non emergency things and lent me some tools to button them up myself before I hit the road.

I absolutely love the people at Erickson Automotive. They are local, take good care of their customers and don t add a bunch of bogus car fees. They re honest about your cars issues and always work their hardest to make sure that your car is back on the road safe and sound.

I ve been taking my 2001 Tacoma here for years and it has always been a good experience. You don t take your car into a mechanic because everything is running great and your bank account usually isn t the happiest about it but they ve always given me a fair price and their work has been nothing short of excellent. Highly recommend.

Long overdue review for me. I've been a customer with Erickson for the past 5 years. Whatever the car, whatever the problem, these guys have been there for me at every turn. Whenever I come in, they are personable, reliable and timely to get you in and out without huge delay. Most important however...they are trustworthy. With a profession with such a horrible reputation for swindlers and cheats, Erickson is the beacon of hope you have been searching for. Take your car to Erickson. You will not regret it.

My brother and his family were fire refugees from Oregon. Along with the stress of leaving their home, the engine light on their 2007 Subaru came on during the long drive here. We first called the local Subaru dealer, but the earliest appointment they could give us was a week away. Then I called Ericsson s, where I had never gone. They said bring it in and they would get to it, despite having a full schedule. They checked everything out, did two test drives and concluded the problem was the sensor, which was very reassuring. And they only charged for half an hour. I am very appreciative.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I can always trust the guys at Erickson with my vehicles. They've worked on my 7.3 L diesel and my hybrid vehicles. Never tried tried to upsell me and their pricing is always fair.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! They are so trustworthy, and reliable you think it's a facade because nothing can be darn near perfect, but let me tell you THIS IS THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN TOWN! Just call or stop by, they are super friendly and knowledgable!
