Have made a few recent purchases lately and staff was available to answer my questions. Everyone I've met in there also rides which is cool! One employee came outside to the parking lot on my last visit while I was getting ready to go inside and he said that he really liked the bike I was on simply because we had similar colored bikes ha!I look forward to going back in each time because I already know that the crew is ready to help suggest the product(s) that fit my needs and wants. I'll be coming here now for all my purchases!

First of all we were greeted with a very friendly hello and assistance if needed, as we were just heading into the store to look at boots and riding jackets, they directed us to where they were. The riding boots for women is nonexistent here and pretty much anywhere, but my other half he did find riding boots that were perfect for him at a great price. After that, we looked at jackets for women to my surprise there was quite a few and nice ones at a decent price, I found a riding jacket that fit perfectly (at 5 1 and curvy that s hard to do) and a great price. From just going in to look jackets and boots you can t pass up a great deal it s right there in front of you at check out. The staff was very nice and they recommend the RPM, which we grabbed , like I said you can t pass up a great deal we will definitely be back thank you cycle gear

The sales person greeted me at the door while dollying in boxes of merchandise. He asked me if I was looking for anything special to which I said I was. He immediately set the load asside and stayed with me searching for a specific size and style helmet, offered suggestions, and options until we finally found one. He was respectful and more than helpful as well as patient. Great service and selection here.

I was on the hunt for a very specific style of motorcycle apparel for my son and this store had everything! The associate that helped me, I think his name was Jordan, gets a 5 star review for just being awesome! He greeted us with a smile, didn t just point to where I could find what I wanted, but he went with me, educated me on the products available, which allowed me to make a confident decision. I had no regrets after spending over $200 on a pair of jeans. Great store! Great customer service! (No, there is no family relation. I m just a very satisfied customer)

I immediately felt comfortable browsing around the store on my 1st real visit. Staff was very helpful when I had questions, especially when selecting a helmet. Returning a pair of pants that were too short was so easy. Staff and customer seemed enthusiastic in sharing their experiences with riding school which I signed up for immediately after leaving the store on 11/20/23. I appreciate the staff s frankness regarding not purchasing comms for my helmet until I have sufficient riding experience so it won t distract me while I m relearning how to ride. I m very pleased with my purchases.

Great Staff. Found the Loading Ramp I wanted on sale. Was not able to find the Pro Taper Grip Glue which they normally stock. Overall, this is a fun store with a great staff that know what they are doing and lots of really cool motorcycle stuff.

Staff was friendly, gentleman that helped me out seemed like he was a new hire, but was really knowledgeable about the products sold, and about the riding culture in general. No type of pressure from them to make any purchases. Highly recommended to visit. Worth the 30 minute drive there.

I had no idea this place existed. I was happily surprised with the inventory. Bri was very engaging and happy to help. No more Amazon if I can get it here. Prices were right in the ballpark.

I called the day after requesting stock check. (Saturday). They had the battery in stock, didn't have to drive to the dealership. Price was comparable. Transaction was quick. Thanks.

I would leave a 5 star review if cycle gear would do one thing. I ordered a tire online and the website said there weren t any tires that I ordered in the store. Two days later I was in the store and they did have the tire. It would have been very easy to take the tire off the shelf and put the tire I ordered back into stock. However I was told by the store manager he couldn t do that. Cycle Gear doesn t allow that. Are you kidding me?

Great store with kind and knowledgeable people. They all ride and have first hand knowledge of the products so you don't feel like you're being recommended items not personally known by them. I hope this store doesn't fall prey to online shopping. The few extra bucks the store charges sometimes for items over online is well worth the knowledge and human interaction you get while in there. Ride on!

It was a great experience. The two young men in there we're very helpful picking out a helmet. Discussed off-road motorcycle riding the whole time. I have used cycle gear in the past for my off-road motorcycle gear.GREAT PLACE

Beth was really helpful! I needed to pick out my first helmet and look for gloves to take my riding class. I tried on lots of options and considered some different styles and colors.I ended up with a pretty blue Sedici helmet after trying on models from Bell, Scorpion, Bilt and others. She also helped me pick a transitional visor so I won't need to change visors when I ride in the evening.Beth also helped me choose gloves, showing me lots of options and explaining about temperature and how some gloves are better for certain sessions.

Had previous experiences that left a lot to be desired. I decided I would give them a go again out of necessity and left the shop pleased. Good selection of gear and great sale price. Staff was efficient and helpful. I will go back.

Came in looking for some gloves for the wife, she doesn't ride but sure enough they had exactly what she wanted. Super chill, huge selection and helpful staff. Must be why it's been around for over a decade.

I Brought my front tire in previously installed by a Harley dealer. Had a bad vibration. Unsure if it had a bad belt or needed to be balanced. They met me at the door took my tire right out back and rebalanced it on the house! Re installed tire and no more vibration. Thanks again!

Typical experience. Attentive helpful. Guy was talking me out of my purchase but had not other options to offer. He also was confused of the specific helmet I was buying. Misquoted price by @$60 and didn t know the product name to ring it up. Luckily I knew Etsy I wanted.

Guys were super helpful and friendly! Cycle gear either has what I need in store or can get it there as fast as the jungle website so why not support a brick and mortar business offering jobs to our local community!

This place is the real thing. I was visiting CA for the first time and had a rental bike but no gear. They hooked me up! I hoped the stereotype of laid-back, cool and kind California moto culture was real and well...it's real here!

Everyone is very helpful, all fellow riders. Dropped off wheels around 4 or 5 pm and got a call next day around 10am the tires were already mounted. Pretty solid prices, and their return policies on gear are fairly generous. Good spot to get everything you need for your rides.

Went in to get my first helmet. The guy who helped me was awesome! He helped me find the right fit and rang me right up. I was nervous about not feeling like I belonged there, but the staff was super friendly and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this shop for all your motorcycle needs!

Jose is so positive that he just makes you feel very welcome and comfortable that you just can t help but buy something. He helped me with my helmet twice and went beyond doing a great job! He should be in some type of management training because he is going places in life and they should take care of him.

Great stop. Put a few more miles than expected on my front tire and it was looking thin. Jose got a new tire mounted and I was back on the road before I could even finish lunch. Great job by everyone. The entire staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.
