I called to make an appointment because my brand new car that I paid $30,000 for, completely shut off twice. The second time was in the middle of a busy intersection. The person I spoke with stated that, "What it could be blah blah ". I don't want to know what it could be. I just want my car serviced! I don't want a lesson on the workings of the engine. I was put in a very dangerous situation. They're going to drive it and try to recreate what I encountered. Guarantee it's not going to happen on the test drive. I guess that's all I can expect and hope it doesn't happen again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Had to leave shop due to the rain storms. Was told that they would get my truck covered under its warranty, and they never got back to me. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a diagnostic trouble shooting.Left 3 hours later with nothing done and was never contacted to return. I ve called and left voicemails for service department. I ve called and complained to corporate and now they are telling me I m not the owner of the vehicle and need prove that I am.Not happy with this dealership and I m certainly not happy with corporate Nissan. I won t buy from them in the future.

My visit was okay. The only complaint I would have to say is that I was not offered a free car wash like other customers whom were next to me waiting and when I reviewed my receipt it said that I denied services for my windshield wipers and that they were bad. I never denied the services, I was never told about my wipers. Next time in the future I would like to be aware of it because I want to keep up with my maintenance of my car. Also I was never told about recalls on my car.Service: Oil change

I will be emailing a more detailed complaint but I brought my car in for a service and to check a warning light on my electric Leaf. They tried to upsell me on a service ($750?!? for a 75k mile service? To change breakfluid and check a few things?!?) when I said I didn t want half the stuff (got the service costs down to $400) they came back during the service to tell me the AC system needed something vague and managed to sell me $200 more. To top it off I asked about the warning light as I was paying and they guy said oh yeah, something might be wrong with a sensor but it will cost $200 to look into . What did I just pay you to do?!?! Oh we just did the service, we didn t do a diagnostic to check your warning light, that s $200 more . I brought the car in to check the warning light!!! Now I have to come back to figure out what it is. Nope. Not ever coming back. This isn t my first bad experience here but is the most expensive and now after owning 2 Nissans I won t ever buy one as long as this is the dealer who services them in this area.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Communication was awful until my husband stepped in and complained. Took 3 weeks to fix a simple issue that should have taken 2-3 days with parts shipping. Part of that was Nissan corporate s fault, the rest was Coast Nissan s fault for not following up with corporate to track the part. I will be taking my car to a different Nissan dealer next time.
