2nd car we have purchased here & our experience was Great once again,comfortable & Smooth . We were helped by THE NEW GUY Amire & manger Chet I believe his name was awesome guys made our experience FUn !! We love our new 2024 Nissan sr !!! Make sure to go eairly cause paper work does take a while and the guys from Financial do leave eairly you Do NOT WANNA GET stuck waiting with many buyers and just one Financial worker like we did but lucky Amire was Good company & very accommodating plenty of snacks and drinks well we waited BIG thanks to all the guys who stood late to make it happen Very worth it we love our new car Also wanna say how awesome Nissan is for what they do on Mondays feeding the homeless god bless you all

I got helped by Anthony P. he helped me get my new 2024 car. He was so patient with me so understanding and truly listened to all my wants and needs and he made sure I got a car that would fit in with my daily routine. All I ever hear is how people have bad experiences when it s their first time buying and I m glad I was able to experience Anthony P he truly made this such a great experience.He literally worked his magic and made sure I left happy. The experience in all was wonder I would recommend anyone looking to really check out this place they treated us with Starbucks I had my daughter with me and they were all so loving and patient with her as well offering her toys and colors it was just such a great experience. everyone in this office was seriously great I genuinely feel blessed that I came into this place.

The young gentleman helping us was respectful, knowledgeable. Asked how we were doing if we wanted water. We were at the dealership for a while and he checked in on us making sure all of our needs were met. He even drove 30 minutes away to get an additional signatures needed. Would definitely refer people over to him and buy another vehicle from him.-Ana Vazquez

Anthony worked hard to find us the car we wanted. Although we didn't get exactly what we wanted, we got as close as he could find after trying for days. There was limited inventory in the end-of-year sale model, so it was to be expected. The staff were all courteous. I believe that Anthony did all he could and he gets an "A" for all his effort. My main complaints are the exorbitant markups and negotiating three times for one car. I was completely exhausted. The back and forth between salesperson and manager is an antiquated procedure. Buyers are smarter now and realize it is a way to keep the price up, so it can be quite off-putting. Once you negotiate the unnecessary paint and leather coverage that is a requirement with Coast dealerships (after negotiating the price already), you have to go to battle again in finance. I am supportive of capitalism and making money but let's be fair, stop wasting the customer's time with back-and-forth with canned statements that shame the customer for asking for a better deal so they might stay within budget. I realize some of this is just industry standard, but let's see some innovation and be different. I am still giving 4 stars because Anthony P really went above and beyond anytime asked.

Purchased dash cam and installation from dealer thinking they d do best working on their own. They don t seem to know what they are doing and have not provided me with sufficient info to use the item installed. Installation quoted at nearly 3x the suggested cost on Nissan website. Waited over 4 1/2 hours while it was installed. (Took 3 weeks of calling to finally get through their phone system to make the service appointment for this item). Serious issues at this dealership.

I came here just to look at a car, Anthony Padilla was the sales person that help me out, he was awesome! He got me into my dream car, really appreciate everything he did. He was so helpful and straightforward with the whole process, would definitely come back with him in the future if I get another vehicle.

This dealer doesn t stick to their promises. I got a vehicle through them but the vehicle is in another city. Promise was to be delivered in 2days and it has been a week! Mind you the city it is at is a 2 and a half hour drive from here. Definitely don t recommend.

Nathan Tellez did a great job providing me with service when I was in a tough situation with my car. I am a from out of town and had a breakdown while on the road. I believe that he went above and beyond to make the situation a whole lot better.

Chet the manager and Isaac the salesman were VERY helpful! Isaac was very patient, courteous and professional while Chet made numerous attempts at getting us the right numbers for purchase. He was very patient and very supportive of us. I am DEFINITELY coming back and I highly recommend this place!

I've purchased 2 cars, and have been a regular repair customer for over 3 years now. This was the first time where I questioned the service I was given. First, I kept being given a sales pitch for service when all I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. Somehow I selected the minimum and was quoted $200. This is well above the usual price. I was in a rush for work, so I agreed to the sales pitch which I believe I was taken advantage of. Then, my lyft did not come for 30 minutes. Never has it taken this long. I ended up being late for work. When I picked up my car, again I had to wait for the service guy to get my paperwork. He did not go over the work with me, and when I looked back at the paperwork I realized later they did not take off the tire rotation cost (I had purchased a maintenance package when I purchased the vehicle and had 4 left. I will call to make sure I get it placed back onto my account). Also, when the service guy was giving me a very lengthy sales pitch in the morning I asked him to look up my service history, and it did not match my records so I'm questioning the honesty and integrity of Coast Nissan now. Finally, I was told my car was washed, and it wasn't. I overheard other customers ask about this and we were told that the detail guy goes on break at 2, but I was called at noon to notify my my car was ready. Another dishonest point. I'm questioning if what I paid for actually got done. This is a major downturn for Coast Nissan, and will have significant impact of where we take our cars for service, and future car purchases. You've lost my trust.

Their customer service is great until after you purchase a vehicle. Then they are hard to get a hold of. It took several emails, a stop into the dealership, and phone calls to set an appointment to get a repair done that was part of the sales agreement. When I showed up for my appointment to get chips filled in my windshield, they then called the contractor to see if he could come do the work. Not sure why that wasn't arranged beforehand since I had an appointment. I waited 45 minutes and he never showed, at which point I had to leave for another appointment. Hoping I'll eventually be able to get the repair done.

Everyone who helped us was exceedingly kind and human. I was supposed to meet with Angel, and when I did see him he was quite helpful. Anthony was our salesperson and his ability to answer our questions was equaled by his ability to chit chat during the waiting times. He was respectful and helpful and eager to know more about my wife and I as people. Because of him, it was the best car purchase experience I have ever had.

I had a relatively fine experience purchasing the car with the expected salesman tactics. However after purchase there was trouble getting an agreed upon fix done on my used car. The key fob needed to be replaced and when I went to the Mazda dealership to have it done Nissan refused to pay for the entirety of it. I then found out the second set of keys that they gave me was completely defective and also needed to be replaced. In total I spent several hundreds of dollars on these fixes. I reached out to the man who sold me the car as he had been my point of contact and never received a response from anyone. That was back in November. I m now getting calls and emails about getting services at the dealership which is funny to me as I was completely ghosted after asking for some of the cost of the necessary repairs to be covered by the dealership for the defective keys that I was given when I purchased the car. Save yourself the trouble and buy your car somewhere else.

They were very welcoming, had a coffee ready for me when I arrived. Everything went great. Customer service was awesome! Only problem was they told me when running my credit it would be a soft inquiry if it showed on my credit at all. Turn out it s a hard inquiry and stays on my credit for 25months. Which is upsetting. I just feel like they need to be more honest with their clients. Let them know the truth!

We were shopping for a new EV and hated all our experiences with Los Angeles car dealerships. All the salesmen were pushy and were not pleasant. There s a fake nice thing they do specifically at a Nissan dealership in LA that is absolutely repulsive. I don t know what it is but it inspired us to go back to Coast Nissan where Sarah, Chet, and Miguel were all so lovely. It was such an easy car buying experience that we can t imagine getting our Ariya anywhere else. I believe the manner in which Coast Nissan does business could be beneficial for other dealerships to learn from.

I have been returning to Coast Nissan for over 18 months. Their strong sense of professionalism and customer service have become my new Gold Standard that I use to measure other service agencies. They listen to my concerns, calmly assess possible problems and propose working solutions. I don t know that a customer can reasonably expect more. Well done!

Because I was at the dealership all day they five me a lift home and then back the next day. They didn't have to because I lived more then 25 miles from the dealership. They kept me up dated about the car. The experience was a very pleasant one.

Please ask for Anthony if you find yourself at Coast nissan. This young man is down to earth and friendly. I've been buying cars from dealerships for many years and have NEVER met a car salesman like this. He was great with my 5yr old and even though I didn't get a car today I don't even mind that I spent so much time at the dealership because he was so pleasant to be around.Also, big shout out to Chet the Jet. The big boss! He always remembers me and always welcomes me with a smile, no matter how much of a jerk I was being Truly, I'm so grateful for the people at Coast Nissan

D in the service department provided exceptional customer service throughout my experience recently. I needed a new transmission and they covered it when it was slightly out of warranty and made me feel valued as a customer. Unfortunately, my car was backed into while it was in the lot by someone, the service manager Luis started a claim for me and made the process a lot easier to deal with. Thanks to D and Luis and the whole service team here. I would definitely recommend for service on your vehicle here.

If you make a service appointment online, be sure to call to confirm they plan to do the work as scheduled. You may have to call several times because often no one answers the phone. I've taken time off work and driven here more than once only to find out when I checked in that they did not have the right part or technician, or a recall notice received from Nissan did not apply.

Purchased a truck from this dealership toward the end of 2022 and nearly every step of the process was dysfunctional. From the sales person discussing how much better Toyota is than Nissan to the lack of communication throughout the purchasing process. I had to call repeatedly to even find out if my newly purchased truck would be delivered that week. This has been a constant theme in the reviews for this dealership.I went to this dealership because it is my local dealership and I wanted to support local, but in hindsight I should have just purchased through the excellent Nissan website. Chet, the manager called when I scored them "just okay" on the Nissan evaluation form to ask if I had made a mistake. I explained why they earned the score and he hung up. When I called him out on this he pretended he had phone issues. Save time and consider purchasing elsewhere.
