Ian is one of the most impressive craftsman I have ever met. He is highly skilled at the design aspect of his business. He has a comprehensive understanding of how mechanical systems work... which proved invaluable during my project with him. Ian noticed flaws in my design during the process saving me time and money. He also helped me improve the overall product vastly by suggesting several fundamental changes and additions. He knows his equipment inside and out which is an impressive skill set on its own! I really really wish all my business transactions went as well as this one. I am thoroughly satisfied with zero complaints.-John
