Working with Caliber Collision was a great experience! Once the parts for my car arrived, the turn around time was super fast. The customer service there was excellent, especially from the general manager. She was super hands on and communicative with me, and the shop gave me a complimentary car wash! Would definitely come back here.

Without a doubt caliber is beyond amazing, from the customer service to the repairs. I'm extremely grateful for each of these employees! They all are extremely caring about making sure their customers are beyond satisfied & I've never experienced such a genuine care from a repair shop. My insurance only covered a certain amount of time for a rental & caliber took it upon themselves to provide a rental for the duration of the repair time, I mean who really cares that much?! CALIBER COLLISION OF SAN LUIS OBISPO DOES! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED AT ALL FOR USING CALIBER COLLISION! That is a PROMISE!

Just wanted to leave an amazing review for Caliber Collision they hired our company for small landscape projects. Watching how the manager dealt with us while handling their other customers was nothing short of service and multitasking. Dawnielle was really professional with all my crew and my office. If we ever have body work we will be using them for the foreseeable future for all auto body needs.

All I can say is "Bring your car here" I am kind of a picky person when it comes to my vehicle repairs. So when I was met with a no haggle atmosphere and the nicest staff, I knew I had found my place. Not to mention that the general manager was hands on with me and was a pleasure to work with.She was a delight... All expectations were met and for SURE would return......if you need to be taken care of properly go to this shop. Highly recommend.

Working with Dawnielle and Caliber Collision has been nothing but a pleasure. The communication throughout the process was unmatched. Their integrity was recognized and appreciated. It made me not having my car, bearable. Also, I was so stressed with how I would work out the logistics of retrieving my car and they came through by bringing it to me. Caliber Collision is incredible! They go above and beyond, starting from the initial contact, drop off, pick up and follow up, excellent communications during the entire process.They never leave you waiting, wondering or dissatisfied. I worked with the manager Dawnielle and she was so kind and helped ease the stress of the car accident process. The entire staff at Caliber Collision deserves 5 Stars

We had a very bad initial experience with this location. We went to their second location in San Luis Obispo and had a WONDERFUL experience from start to finish. The district manager met us and apologized for what occurred at this particular location.

Took the car in for estimate and repairs per the insurance company's policy. The work done was excellent, even going to far as to check and clear diagnostic codes before returning the car (no lights were on). My only complaint is communication with the customer. When completion date/time changed several times, they never called me; I had to call them to find out what was going on.Services: Tires, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Caliber did corrective bodywork on my wife's 2019 Prius that had been hit on the passenger side rear door damaging the door, door frame, and rear quarter panel. While it took six weeks to repair, they did an excellent job. There was one electrical issue we discovered after we got the car back. I called, and Nicole had me bring it in that afternoon and they fixed it in under a half hour.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

So nice to know there are still some businesses out there who truly value the customer, these guys have THE BEST customer service skills with amazing communication and help the whole way through with our accident repairs. They got us in the day after our incident and went to work immediately and got us done FAST! Our car was done perfectly and was fully detailed upon picking it up. Caliber Collision has excellent customer service and also did great work on replacing my bumper. The guys in the office made me feel welcome when I was there and communicated with me about my car over the phone in a friendly and timely manner. The bumper looks brand new and the car was returned to me with both the interior and exterior having been washed and cleaned. It looked way better than I left it! I would choose Caliber Collision any day. They were a pleasure to work with and made the entire process super easy!

I took my car in after reading all the recommendations on this shop. The shop manager and staff were very professional. They talked me through the process and suggested an alternate plan because the local car rental my insurance uses did not have cars available for me to use. My car was ultimately declared a total loss and so was not repaired by them, however they made the process of surrendering my vehicle to my insurance a breeze. I will definitely keep them in mind if I need their help in the future.

Great Place! Will - the owner - is so helpful. He drove me to get my rental car and waited to make sure everything was ready there - didn't just drop me off at the rental place. My car looked great when I picked it up - one side needed repainting. If you want someone honest who does great work - call The Paint Saint!!

Caliber Collision was fantastic through the entire process. They were very good at communicating and worked well with both insurance parties to ensure total coverage. The repairs were finished quickly and were a very quality job. Kaleb was especially helpful in making sure the process went as smooth as possible. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Service. My car was vandalized and my insurer referred me to Caliber Collision SLO. Dealing with them was an absolute pleasure. The staff are very friendly and were quick to process me, and even gave me a ride back into town. I receieved my vehicle back in perfect condition, washed and vacuumed. I am confident trusting this business and will be back for future repairs. 5 stars.
