This is specifically for Joyce Henderson who is always the most helpful. She always knows the fastest way to get us the parts we need and really couldn't do a better job for us. Absolutely fantastic and a key part of helping our nonprofit car donation program be successful.

Every time I've visited the team at this store have been super helpful and knowledgeable. Today Leslie came out to my vehicle to verify the correct sizing of wiper blades I needed. She then replaced them for me, in a few minutes. It was much appreciated to have the extra time taken to ensure I had the correct product, and they were properly installed. Will be back!

Joyce was very helpful today when it came to doing a return without a receipt. She was busy with other things in store and took the time and effort to look up the transaction and help me to my satisfaction. Very much appreciated and felt the need to leave a great review for the customer satisfaction that was given to me. Much appreciated

Purchased a new battery and was told if I came back and and dropped off the old one I would get my core deposit back. Came back the next day to drop off my old battery, but they could not find my purchase from the previous day in their system. Asked me for a a receipt which I told them was at home. They said if I brought it back they would give me less than half of the deposit back in the form of an autozone gift card. They were extremely rude and unhelpful through the whole exchange. I will not be shopping here again and recommend others look elsewhere when buying a new battery.

This review is for Jose. He apparently works in your Grover store, but was covering in SLO today. I just want to say that this guy went above and beyond with his customer service today, in a situation where he didn t need too. It honestly made my day and made my life a lot easier. I would hire him if I could. Give this guy a raise, he deserves it. Good on you guys.

I came in to get a new battery and Veronica was so helpful! She helped me figure out the best and most cost effective option for my car and changed it herself despite being quite busy. Her impeccable customer service skills and professionalism made me feel comfortable bringing my car here.

I bought a battery and mohel I believe was his name did a fantastic job in replacing it. He took the old battery out and cleaned everything up and explained to me in great detail what was wrong. Also he made sure the battery and the alternator were both working. As you can see by the picture .

I was having issues with my battery. Costco suggested going to a mechanic. I remembered AutoZone always being super helpful. I went there. Chris came out and hooked the battery up to a piece of equipment. He saw corrosion and went to his car, got a bottle of Coke, poured it over the corrosion - voila! Cleaner that ever. He was SO kind, friendly, helpful!!!! I will always go to AutoZone for any auto needs! Thank you!!

Brought my truck in to have the battery tested. Associate Carson, tested it and found a battery for my truck and installed it and I was on my way. I appreciate Carson s helpfulness and professionalism. I will continue to do business here.

We were on a road trip from Canada with our two young kids when we ran into issues with our vehicle. The staff at AutoZone were extremely helpful and had us back on the road quickly. Thank you again for the amazing service! This store is worth a visit.

My Car completely died and David F helped and went above and beyond to help me get my car back and running. If it wasn t for him I would have been in a world of hurt since I had to leave at 6 am in the morning. Thank you so much David 5 stars and excellent customer service

Most of the people who work at AutoZone are not usually car people. They just know how to follow prompts on the computer. It's very frustrating. Which is why I don't go to them very often.

I just bought oil and filters to change the oil in our 2 cars.David.F helped me and was awesome!I was a mess, I didn t know the years of the cars, and didn t really know what I needed but David was patient, had excellent customer service, and was very knowledgeable.I m glad he was there to help me out.I will definitely be doing my future auto-parts shopping here.Thanks again David

Aaron was the most helpful getting me the battery I needed and replacing it for me. He didn t make me feel stupid for not knowing things and he was extremely quick with the battery replacement. Highly recommend it coming here for all your auto needs.

Traveling back to the Valley when my headlight blew a fuse. It was 30 minutes before closing, but Dave F. insisted that he would help me and even stayed after hours to ensure that I got my headlights fixed. Dave went above and beyond with his customer service, and his hospitality made me feel at ease knowing that he wanted me to have a safe trip back home.

Dave F. made sure that I had the singular most amazing experience I could ve had, given that my rental car gave out miles outside of town and they towed me to this AutoZone. He was kind, patient, helpful, and just altogether a great guy when it came to helping me identify what was wrong and try to fix it. He s definitely the right guy to have around in a time of crisis - if I lived in the area I would come back just because of him.

Jhonel helped me out today , he was very helpful and even went the extra mile to come out and inspect my vehicle. This visit was the most pleasant I've had at this store. While speaking to him I found out he is a Conservation Corps alumni just like me , I felt like I could trust his word and expertise and I highly recommend that anyone come to this store if they're in need of auto parts.

Place was very helpful and had proper communication the person helping me went above and beyond, helping me find a the best price possible for my camry and highlander filers and oil, Veronica did a amazing job!
