Use AAA San Luis Obispo, for any service other than Travel. I called Norwegian Cruise Lines to ask them where we should meet the shuttle to take us from the airport to the cruise ship. I was informed that the arrival time at the airport would not provide us time to get to the ship. When we contacted AAA we were told that we could rent a car and drive down in plenty of time to meet the ship. We lost out on the money we paid to get to LAX and they didn't even offer to cover the cost of the rental car. We booked our trip thinking their travel agents were knowledgeable. If you do book through their travel agents, due your due diligence and confirm everything they do. Do not rely on them to coordinate your trip.

Went to get a quote for homeowners automobile, rv insurance. Told receptionist what I wanted, she said that they had an agent & we waited 30 minutes, only to be told by the person that she couldn't help us, so we left

Planning a girl's trip to Scotland next year and went in to talk to a travel agent. This is a bucket list trip for me and I had already completed a lot of research on what I wanted to do and see. Tiffany Liendo worked with us to find the perfect itinerary for us. She was so friendly and professional. She did not rush us and answered all of our questions. I will definitely go back to Tiffany in the future for my travel needs, she was amazing.

Joined AAA this Tuesday for their classic towing package, and insurance on my 2000 Ford F-150 pickup. I was in and out in 30 minutes with my new regestration, and insurance . While sitting waiting to be helped a nice lady even came around and handed out bottles of water!! You won't get that kind of service at the DMV!!! If you belong to triple A you can get all your DMV work taken care of except drivers license, and vehicle inspections!!

We came to get our international drivers licenses. Anthony was great to work with, super nice. Service was efficient and friendly. We were able to get the photos needed for the licenses.

When I was adding a new car to my auto policy the agent told me to buy my home insurance through AAA and bundle it with my auto which I've had with them for 30+ years and I could save money. I sent pictures and videos of my whole house and yard as requested. They reviewed the pictures and videos and wrote my policy and I paid the downpayment/installment. Now 2 months later they send a letter saying they are cancelling my homeowners because of an outside woodburning stove that was in a video I sent with the application. I should have just stayed with the company I was with. This is just plain WRONG!! AAA wrote the contract, I signed the acceptance of the contract and paid the money. Now they can just cancel. I call BS. I will not believe them or their ads. Don't trust them.

Great customer service! I stopped by on Halloween of all days and the staff were mostly dressed up which was fun. They were all very kind, organized, & knowledgeable. My only inconvenience was when it came to pay my dues for changing titles, I needed to either pay in Cash or by Credit Card (couldn't take Debit which I don't understand). Since they didnt accept American Express either, I had to find an atm and come back. Otherwise all issues were sorted out there!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I will NEVER return to this AAA! After walking in and not being greeted for awhile I had someone check me in . I sat waiting for awhile. I then asked an employee about how much longer it would be because I m headed back to work. All she say was your next. After completing with her customer she then took a gentlemen who walked in after all of this with no appointment. I went up and asked what s going on I thought I was next and she just was slowly going through his paperwork and assisting him. I also let them know I was there for registration upon check in and no one mentioned I can t pay with a debit card. I waited over 40 minutes FOR NOTHING! After speaking with a manager all she said is sorry and they have a new employee. Good luck to that employee being trained in such an environment.

Visit Pismo Beach and my car got high center trying to turn around.. AAA responded within 30 min and the driver did an excellent job..

Member over 20 years called for roadside assist. Waited over two hours after being told it would 1hour or less contacted them and told it would be over two more hours. Never any communication from AAA. This organization is absolutely worthless. They charge for non existent services. Do not join them. Use you auto insurance for roadside assist.

Fast and convenient service. Nice staff and fairly quick and to the point, getting what I needed done without waiting at DMV for 3 hours. Close to freeway and the stoplight nearby makes getting in and out safer and easier on this busier part of town. Also had above and beyond service with registration and would highly recommend going here for all DMV related issues you can.

I have been a member for over 40 years. And as much as the auto rates and homeowners rates are fair, that is not what kept me with the auto club all these years. It was their customer service. I can t even remember the last time I walked into a Department of motor vehicles. But I do recall the kind of treatment I got every time I went to the DMV. It wasn t good. I am treated like a VIP at the auto club. They are courteous staff are extremely efficient and just make you really appreciate having a group like the auto club to be able to do your DMV paperwork and get your tags. I can t imagine why anyone would want to go to the DMV after seeing how easy and quick it is at AAA.

So convenient to get any DMV paperwork you might need done quickly and efficiently. Without having to wait for hours. The staff are always so polite and helpful. They really know their jobs and are knowlegable and so happy to answer questions. I'm so glad they offer this service along with so many others!

I ve been to the SLO AAA three times this week for ONE tag renewal, and have waited 45+ minutes each day. This location needs a larger, or possibly a better trained staff. I would not recommend this location, and unfortunately the staff doesn t seem to care, either.

I couldn't register my car at the DMV in any sort of timely manner, cause, you know. But that doesn't matter! cause I'm a AAA member and this office is nearby! It wasn't an easy process but it would have been much more difficult without these friendly and professional exerts guiding me through every step and taking care so much on my behalf. A benefit I didn't know I had with AAA and until COVID but now I see it's very worth having. BTW having to do with covid they've developed a great system to deal with being safe and following local guidelines, just get there early, take a number, and be able to hang out within 10 minutes for several hours. Definitely the best given the circumstances. They tried to tell me to sign up with their insurance while I was there but I wanted to shop around. Turns out their very non-pushy sales guy was totally right and they are the best deal and it would have been easier to just sign up in the same visit. They were very knowledgeable about everything I needed and relayed all the info very clearly. They looked out for my best interest filling every necessary and precautionary document with the DMV to make sure it would go as efficiently as possible with the fewest fees as possible. What should have been a painful experience was made into a positive because of their friendly and professional service. I will be back if I need anything car or insurance related in the future.

I love that I don't have go to the DMV to do my auto business and wait in line for long periods of time. I have had AAA insurance on and off for over 40 years. For such a large company they are effective for the in and out services, helpful on the phone, and. the atmosphere is pleasant in the office. Your towing package is great too.

AAA is certainly handy when you need to renew your registration get a notary get maps of anywhere in America or use any of the other services that membership provides. Their service is decent and if you have a membership and don't use their additional Services you are missing out.Next time you need to renew your registration give them a try much better than DMV

I went in to use DMV services and was told it would be an hour or more wait. I left and drove 10 mins to the DMV and was in and out within 30 mins. Yes, I actually got faster service at the DMV!

I came in after work on a Saturday. They were set to close at 2:00 pm, the earliest I could get there was 1:30. I had 3 different transactions to get done. I hate being the guy who walks in at the last minute, but I really needed these transactions done. I was there until almost 2:30 and everyone was very nice and accommodating. I still feel bad, but they were awesome!!

For a nominal annual fee, these courteous helpful people will provide roadside service, and any DMV service related to the vehicle with a wait that is way shorter than th he one at the real DMV. They don't provide DMV services related to the person, like license renewals. Darn! I know because I tried it. They still sell insurance and give information and discounts to travelers. Love them!

If you are not a member of Auto Club than you should be. They have the best rates for auto insurance every time I check. Against others, they give you free maps, And they give you free roadside assistance. As much as you need it. . You can also come to this location instead of the DMV to do a lot of things like registration.

Now, one could claim I am in an emergency situation but luckily I have a Slim Jim, Red Bull, and I watch a lot of Survivor. That being said, if the coyotes don't get me before AAA shows up, I'm all good.Lonely, afraid, utterly disappointed.Those four words describe my experience with AAA. Let me point out to current and potential customers that on the first page of the "Service" company's website there is a slogan claiming, "AAA can help you with exceptional emergency roadside service." Nowhere in that slogan could I locate those four 4 words.Long story short... because it's been 5 hours. I called AAA asking for a tow and I was put on priority as I am located in the devil's armpit aka some random desert. I was told help would arrive in 1.5 hours so I called them 30 minutes after the 1.5 hour time limit expired. I was then happily informed that NO ONE was working on our "high priority" cluster-cluck. My Slim Jim is halfway gone, I have no toilet paper, and my time limit is set for sometime next year (jk just 3 more hours).If anyone is reading this, please bring me another Slim Jim.

Paid for a new insurance policy on Saturday...it's now Monday and have not received any proof of insurance, no email, spent 46 minutes on the phone talked to 4 different people, 2 managers apparently and none of them could do anything other than say sorry, we don't have any information. Told me I'll have to wait until the person that wrote my policy gets back to me. She said she would contact me with proof of insurance shortly...2 days later and still nothing. I should have stayed with Geico. Hands down the worst customer service I have received from an insurance company.

Efficient and fast service. The security guard was exceptionally attentive. A man at the counter was attempting to circumvent the mask policy and the guard took care of the situation quickly and quietly. Thank you!

These guys rock! I've had AAA insurance for 30 years, and they are just the best! If you have dealt with insurance companies, you know it's no fun. But these guys are helpful, and easy going.They sincerely care and do their best to make the experience as painless as possible. I have never dealt with an insurance company that I would ever give anything but a miserable review. But AAA is different. They are professional and nice. If you have no accident or tickets, they are awfully hard to beat on car insurance premiums. I have my house, RV, and boat with AAA also. I'm a happy camper.
