We went on a Saturday morning, and it was quite busy. There were some grungy looking people in the parking lot and I did not feel safe. And there was a very long line to check out in the store. Probably not a good time to go.

Went here at night, no lights on in the parking lot, place looked closed. I noticed a guy inside so I parked and tried the door, they were open. Really should light up the lot so they look like they're open. I bet the vast majority just drive off. Open sign wasn't even on. It was 8:00 on a Monday. They had what I needed, staff was very helpful

Closest auto parts store in my area. That's really the only reason I go here. Usually only like 3 ppl in the store at any given time.

Tires wipers brakes they do all in great professionalism.i really needed a battery and OReilly auto service me worker Johnny really went above and beyond to help me and I was able to go to work in safety.

Best service out of the chain part stores in the area. Prices can be beat elsewhere, certainly online, but it is a very convenient place with helpful employees.

Was visiting, the gentleman helped me and my family out so much. Im sooooo grateful, he literally saved us, installing the windshield wipers for me, so I could see clearly while I had to drive 6-7 hours. This was so awesome. Thanks so much

I came in tonight for Jumper Cables. Bryan and Luis greeted me when I walked in. I didn't know the difference between them but Luis took his time answering my million questions and explaining the difference between them all lol.Going to checkout I couldn't find my debit card. So I had to stand to the side for a pickup order. I showed my ID for pickup and Bryan let me know he had just found it on the floor. It was the Integrity of Bryan that made me feel so happy. I thought I had lost it somewhere else. I really appreciate that so much. Thank you Bryan and Luis for your great customer service, and for being helpful, but more importantly being honest. That will take you far in life

What a great place to purchase your parts, and even get assistance when your check engine light is on, and recharge your battery and tell you if it's good, the great friendship and personality reflects the business, I was treated kind and nice and they came right out and help me, and on the door as I enter said hiring from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. what a great place

I visited the San Lorenzo store and had no idea what to choose. The woman at the counter shared her personal experience with me and found the perfect item for my situation. I m especially happy that it didn t take my entire weekend or cost what I d spend at a dealership. She exhibited the customer service with a community awareness that s hard to find these days. I have trust in her but I ve had no experience with the rest of the staff.

For the most part, these auto part stores are pretty much the same. However, several other stores and a couple of their locations didn't have what I was looking for. This inconspicuous O'Reilly's location did! I've also recently had experiences at other stores where I felt I was ignored, or had to go seeking help. Eric just gave a simple, "Can I help you find something?" That was the start of a great interaction for the rest of my time in that store.After having driven around, called around, Googled around with no luck his customer service changed my mood for the better. And, for the record, he approached me after I had found what I was searching for so this review isn't a 5-star just because they had a part.

Unreliable service. Multiple attempts to allign (all new steering system) and it still pulls, wheel off center. Scheduled 2 weeks out to be first service of the day (need my truck for work) but still took 90min just to pull it in. 2 stars becuse they at least attempted the service and scheduling. Lifetime alligment only helps if the service is quality. Would not recommend this site.

Very friendly and helpful. Parts they didnt have they ordered from other locations and got them within 24 hours. Also the price match other stores but their prices are better.

I didn't catch her name but the lady with the purple glasses and blue nails helped me out. She was fast and efficient in getting me everything I needed. Overall a good trip to O'Reilly Auto Parts.

This store needs new management or needs to go out of business. I always check stock online and then when I go there, they never have the item. 100%of the time I've tried. Complete waste of a store location. Why go here when all the surrounding O'Reilly's have correct inventory?

Everyone is friendly but honestly, some of the clerks are knowitalls and it isn't really super helpful. I go mainly for the stuff they always have in stock like carburetors and GM style window cranks and old bulb style headlights.

I got replacement turn signal bulbs without hassle. Didn't get robbed in the parking lot either. There is a pothole half the size of a car at the exit however, so good luck maneuvering around it

The San Lorenzo store is cool. Went in late Eric is a funny guy and very knowledgeable, however i think its the San Leandro store in which a guy named John is the manager is garbage. His attitude alone makes the place suck. He tries to belittle the employees there thinking he's some kind of big shot or something. YEAH RIGHT he's a tool!! I wouldn't hire him to be a janitor let alone a manager. So the verdict is San Lorenzo store four stars and the San Leandro store minus five stars

I went through to get some stuff I needed and they did not have the stuff so I'm looking around try to get some help and I couldn't even get any help did two people at the counter and then I go to ask someone dying because women let me help this customer from the customer wasn't even there and you never keep anything in stock at this store

I arrived at 730am because that's what the hours of operation showed at the store, but the person or persons in charge of opening were just smoking instead of opening.

Very attentive salesperson processed my return with no questions asked. The other employee walked out to my car with me to advise me on what product I needed to cover up some scratches on my car.

Average selection of auto parts. Replacements, OEM, aftermarket. Carries most keys, wrenches, as well as specialty tools. Staff is knowledgable enough to get you what you need.

Probably one of the more helpful auto parts stores around. They'll order what you need if they don't have it in stock. Usually it's prompt.

They have a pretty large selection. The staff was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They seemed to have a lot of deals and specials going on when I went.
