I have never had a problem with this friendly group of men, who also top off all my other fluids every time I go. They are fast, efficient, and very affordable. I have been going to them for years.

I just visited Insta Lube, as I needed an oil change really badly. I had some personal circumstances that did not allow me to get my oil changed on time. When I told him why, he waived the flush charge for me. Really nice guys and oil change went very quickly. Price was reasonable for synthetic.

Honestly they were cool for a minute. Fast, reliable, I took a bunch of my cars there with no problems. But one of my cars I took once that takes Full Synthetic Oil, they asked me if I wanted to do a complete flush so I went ahead with it. I don t know what they did but a week later the whole engine started having problems and blew up.

Took my car in for an oil change as i always go to themDrove my car out of there, did my grocery shopping nearby and drive home. Moved the car this morning and i have an oil puddle in my driveway. After inspection, they either over tighten or under tightened the screw and it's leaking oil. Never has this happened before. Just my luck, its the long weekend.They open again on tuesday at 9am and close at 5pm. How am I getting to and from work in san ramon and they close by the time im off work.FML

It's ok but I'd call to check that they have everything for your car, so that it's not a wasted drive. But when they do have everything in stock, they are decently priced and very fast, 10 to 15 minutes.

I usually take care of our cars but this time my wife was trying to get oil changed at this place. My vife questioned the price because it sounded little higher than normal and they just exploded. They told my wife that we are the professionals not you. Extremely disappointed and would never use their services again!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They are fast I have a 2013Ram2500. They arent able to reset the change oil reminder. 2 minutes after I left the reminder came on and had been on for almost 6k miles. Gonna try jiffy lube this time.

They thought they were sly but are using regular oil and selling as synthetic. The jugs are all sealed except the ones they use for customers which are refilled from the cheap bulk regular oil. I watched them do it to mine and the car beside me. When I called him on it he walked away knowing their scam was known.

A very fast service, yes too bad they overfilled my oil and now my car is blowing smoke from all parts! My engine is f'ed!

Don't come here for an oil change. They will take advantage of you. 75 dollars for an oil change they said to me. Hey man, learn to speak English before doing business in America.

Its is very difficult to communicate with them, as English in not their first language. Secondly, they do not give receipts, and lastly they over-tighten the bolt on the oil drain pan (a $600 repair).

Fast oil change while you wait in your vehicle. But good luck trying to establish a clear dialog with the attendant!
