What a great mechanic! Honest, friendly, helpful and all done fast for a decent price. This guy goes the extra mile as far as customer service goes! Had my smog check done then an oil change a few month later. I don't ever relish the idea of going to a mechanic but since my patronage here at A1 auto, I think my mind has been changed. I highly recommend them. I've got an older Mercedes and totally trust bringing my car to them. Thanks A1 Auto!!!!!

Charged me $240 for a diagnostic when I stated I needed an O2 sensor replacement. I paid and asked what else he found in the diagnostic and he said nothing, he said he was just looking into the O2 sensor. I paid $240 thinking I d get a full car quality check instead, he only looked into the issue I came in for. Then tells me the part to replace it is $430. The same part I got from Amazon for $189. I asked for the vendor he was getting the part from and says he ll give me a personal receipt.I paid $75 to put in the Amazon part I bought. Did a good job in that.

Lei is always detailed at what should / needs to be done and tells you the pros and cons of OEM or aftermarket parts. Been taking my vehicles there for years and have always been happy.

We ve been going to Lei for ages. Taken our last three cars here - soon to be fourth now that we re trading up again - and have never been disappointed. The price is great for the solid work he does and Lei is meticulously honest and thorough about what needs to be done now and what is wearing and will need to be fixed in the future and what looks fantastic and can be left alone. It s just nice to not be surprised by auto repairs - especially as we always buy used. This is my go to mechanic for the past few years. Lee is very friendly, honest and professional. I'm more of a DIYer and only go to the mechanic when I get stuck or frustrated with something. When that happens, Lee is happy to help and offer advice and doesn't push for me for work done in his shop.When I do need work done, his crew is quick if not already busy, and the price is fair.Services: Body & Trim, Brakes

Lei was wonderful to work with, without asking and without talking down to me, he showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and what his suggested fix would do. Still my favorite repair shop. Lei is very honest and upfront with you. He's efficient and I've been going to him for over 5 years. He'll tell you what you need vs what you can do to fix your immediate issue and I can always appreciate that! I'll continue to bring my car to him.

Although the repair shop is small, the owner is very professional and always considerate of courtesy. Introduce detailed repair items to customers. Those that should be repaired and those that do not need to be repaired are explained to the guests one by one. Conscience boss.

Lee has done a great job taking care of our automotive needs. His prices are great, and he is very conscientious with his work. He goes above and beyond. We are very pleased with him and A-One Auto to the point of making him our "go-to" mechanic as long as he's in business. I even switched oil change, and tire rotation companies so that he can be only one working on our vehicle.

Been coming here for... what.. 8 years or so. I got to tell you they are good here. Sure they know me and my cars... heck they know my cars better then I do. I've even seen they way new people are treated, and I was impressed... I wasn't just me getting 'special' treatment, everyone was treated with amazing care.

I just changed my oil here today, and I don't think I will come back to this place again. I stayed outside watching them changing oil for me, which is my own mobil 1 oil that I purchased from walmart. What I saw was one of their worker sawed a metal right next to my car, and the spark went all over my car. He stopped after I yelled at him, and he told me that was harmless, but I didn't believe him. they kept telling me stay inside of their office, but I couldn't because I needed to make sure my car is safe in their hands. very disappointed

I was recommended by one of my friends about this repair shop. I liked the way how Lee explained everything to me. This place is not like other places. He only tells you what is really needed to be done. Give them a try.
