The Mechanic who helped me was amazing. All the mechanics out there should be descriptive like him. He basically answer what he knows and suggests a few good ideas before I want to plead with what options I choose. This will be my go to shop. Many thanks

I com here in the noon like 2pm and ask for a tire repair. A asian dude in front told me just drop the car off and it while done it for end of the days. I told him I have something to do is possible i com back around 5 and do it! He gime me a yes. Then I com back around here 5pm. Is a different guy at front told me is gon be next week friday. He said he only got one engineer there. Be aware of there service speed if yall run on times. And i not sure bout there technic but 1 engineer said it all.

This is the best service that I have ever received at a Wheel Works or Firestone service center. They delivered what they promised. I was given a realistic wait time to complete the service required. The parking lot is small but the service meet or exceeded expectations.

Buyer be warned!!!I dropped off my car for lifetime alignment and rotation. Mileage at drop off was 154 miles. Mileage at pick up was 160 miles. Question .... who drove my car 6 miles?!!!! Also, the battery was dead. I jumped my car myself, and when it came on, the radio was on an Asian FM station ... I have a great sound system ... playing the radio with the car off is the suspected reason for the battery drain. Alignment and rotation weren't done ... The representative was full of excuses. What a waste of my day, time, and energy.

Our tesla was towed here in the morning, store was closed, waited about half an hour for it to open. Guy came and checked out the tire, advised that both rear tires need to be replaced as other one has lost all threading etc etc. i informed him that i have warranty at big tire and just needed a new tire for the flat tire. Going back to the store, he said he has no no tesla tire as they need to be ordered . When leaving the store, heard he lady behind me stating she also needs her flat fixed ( not a Tesla) and he asked her to leave her car there.. what kind of a tire store is this?Service: Tires

Went in for simple oil change new employee damaged whole oil pan & then told me he screwed my oil pan drain plug in by hand! After replacement of oil pan had to go back third day caused O2 sensor to fault! Then it took 3 parts to arrive 1st was defective 2nd was used & now my car has an oil drip!!! SMH worse experience ever!!!!!

This is a great and trustworthy place to bring your car. I got there exactly at 7am and the doors were open on time. Alex helped to complete the inspection and I learned some things about my car from him. He was a very knowledgeable person. After going to many Wheel Works, Pep Boys, and Firestones in the area, this place has been the best location in terms of service, knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency. #kudos #appreciategoodbusiness

I was trying to get wheels and rims and thay did not sell rims and that is what i was looking for. I got some very nice simple rims for my 81 mustang in 93 and they where very nice and looked very good on my car. I got Outlaw II mag rims they where nice. I was trying to get another set for my girls 67 Mustang but i did not know\no that they do not sell rims anylonger. I was disappointed.But if your not looking for rims they still may be able to help you

Lately the quality of the customer service has degraded. They used to have a receptionist but no anymore now as a customer you have to wait until one of the mechanics has time to take care of you. I requested change a rim and a tire and I have for lifetime alignment every time I bring my car and when I pick it up they said we didn t do because you didn t tell us but they have all the info in their files and the person just said if you want that you have to bring it back with appointment

Frustrating experience. I got 12,000 miles on 70,000 tires. Various possible causes. I was told they would research and call me on this They never called. When I called them it felt like they were trying to make a case that this was my responsibility but the reality was much murkier. They offered to do me a solid and inspect suspension for free instead of charging $40. The inspection seemed like a reasonable idea to get to the bottom of the situation but I checked with other stores and found there was a company-wide promotion for this inspection (and a series of others also included) for only $10. So the free inspection wasn t so a big favor after all. Overall I was left with the sense that these guys were not so reliable and trustworthy. I d suggest going elsewhere.

These guys are always on top of it. We used to go to the one on Lewelling, but after the worst customer service I'd ever had in my entire life, which happened right in front of the whole lobby (which was full of people who's cars were also hours late getting out), we switched to the Marina Wheel Works and are so glad we did! They're fast and friendly, and it's always a pleasant experience.

I've been going to this place for years. The previous manager (I was just informed he isn't at this location anymore) was very helpful in the past, but I just found out that he wasn't suggesting an important check. Being that I'm not an expert in the tire field, I take what is suggested by the staff and follow them. Tire rotation every 5k miles? Check. I just brought my car to a different location for the 5k rotation and was told that they couldn't do it because the inner tires (3) are bare due to the fact that I've never gotten an alignment. What? I do everything I can to maximize the life of my tires. This is why I show up every 5k miles. I was informed that it is supposed to be done when the tires are installed and every 6-12 months thereafter (depending on how much you drive). It was never suggested and it was never done on the install according to the computer.I now have to purchase new tires minus the warranty discount because they were only halfway through their life. I called Marina and no one could explain why it was never done and never suggested. Nor did they offer a resolution to the fact I'm having to replace my tires due to this oversight.I suggest you ask them to check the alignment every time you are there since it is free for them to check. Don't learn the hard way like me. Other than the costly mistake, I've been happy with the company overall.

Brought brand new rims and tires to these folks. I was warned about the pretty rims getting scratched a bit, but I decided to let them work on em.Hector did a perfect job, it was done timely and for an excellent rate. This is my new tire mounting spot. Much love.

The prices are good and the service is excellent! They gave me three choices of tires and prices and they didn't come up with extra things I needed to have done. Very knowledgeable honest and fair

I noticed my front driver's side tire was low and the check tire pressure light was on. I called to see if they could take a look at it and they asked me to come in within the next 15-20 minutes. The staff checked my tire, found 2 nails, but no damage to the tire. They didn't charge me for the service and let me know that if I contacted to have problems with the tire I would have replace it. It's nice to know that there are still honest tire service providers. Specially during this difficult time.

I had a low air on my tires and went to Wheel Work during my lunch for a diagnosis, but I was turn away after asking the staff for help. I end up getting better service at Rico s Tires and Brake.

This is my go to spot for anything related to how my car handles and tires. Helpful knowledgeable folks who won t try to up-sale (my pet peeve).Not sure how their pricing compares to others but nothing that will break the bank.

Horrible service, been there 3 times each time something wrong with my car, first time screw in my tire, second time they had the wrong vin number tried to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about because they sell 2006 cars in 2005 Ishould know after 16 years my car is not 2006. 3rd time a lug nut is missing from my tire and they won't replace it wanted me to pay 10 dollars. Never going back there again. They made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about, because I'm a woman.

They were very fast effective performed service far faster than the dealer ship. Good experience. My only request is where seating is put some form of shade from the sun a bit hot in that regard. Totally satisfied.

The San Leandro Wheel Works is amazing. They are very caring and want to see the best outcome for you. They will try there best to help you while educating you. You won t feel hassled or taken advantage of. They have great customer service. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Wheel Works got the job done today in about an hour. It was a pleasant experience with getting a new tire because the hole was too big! Great job, well done!
