Okay This is my second time going here to get my car fixed first time front fender and wheel repair.. They did an excellent job. Second time outstanding job they fixed my bumper and match the paint to a T..... and spray the entire bumper that my daughter left from hitting a yellow pole...Excellent service Thank you all at Tom'sService: Painting

went in to have my truck cover painted after having the truck & cover for 16yrs. had other estimates over the yrs but never made sense because the cost was so expensive & close to buying a new cover. Tom Eplin matched the paint perfectly and all the trim and weather stripping was done just as perfectly as the paint. Thanks guys for your beautiful work.

The people were very friendly and helpful.The reason it loses a star is because my car was delayed for a week or more before being seen. This presented extra expenses for my insurance company, which will eventually be passed on to me.I was also concerned they had started stripping down my vehicle before the insurance company had determined whether or not it was a total loss. They knew I had to retrieve things from the car, but they put stripped parts in the car where I had to retrieve items, which had to be removed before I could get my things out.

My neighbor hit my car and their insurance sent me here. Dan hooked me up! Amazing customer service. They went above and beyond. When I got my car back, it looked brand new! They even buffed out a blemish I caused myself. I highly recommend them to everyone. Fantastic work, awesome communication. Beyond grateful.

I got hit on the side of my car and their insurance had me choose from a couple of places including this one and I went with this one here. Let me tell you I 10/10 recommend Tom Eplin s they left my car spotless, like nothing ever happened. Had it ready in 2 days. They also went above and beyond with cleaning my car inside and out. I hope my car never ever gets damaged again but if it does I know exactly where I m going. Thanks Tom Eplin s :)Service: Body & Trim

They re very nice! And provide quick service! I took my car down to get a bumper replacement and it looks amazing .. they even gave my car a wash and wax wow ! On top of the amazing service and work they did they also sent emails and called me to keep me posted on the status of my vehicle! 10/10 recommendation !Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

After dealing with an accident, dealing with a body shop isn't top on my list. This process has already sucked, as far as dealing with the person that hit my car and their ins co. So I was dreading every other part of the process. Tom Eplin's has been amazing! They contacted me before the ins co even let me know that the arrangements had been made. Tom Eplin's staff was quick to ask all the necessary questions. They arranged for a tow truck and gave me a 2 hr window. The tow truck arrived in an hour and a half...LOVE THE EXCEEDING MY EXPECTATIONS. The paperwork was already taken care of by Tom Eplin''s staff, so I handed over keys and off went the car. After I got my rental car, I drove to Tom Eplin's. A staff member met me at the door, asked for my info, grabbed my paperwork, informed me of where to sign and what I was signing. I was told I would be contacted within a day to give me all the details and off I went. The location was clean, fully gated and the staff was all very friendly! I will be spreading the word, "Tom Eplin's is the place to go for all the body work needs." There is also a very nice sales show room on the premises. If you have some down time, head on over and check out the beauties!

Had some work done here after a very horrible adjuster experience. Folks here we're understanding patient. They were able to get my repairs done in a week and we're prompt about letting me know when it was ready.

Really weird experience. I dropped my car and asked this guy to call Hertz but instead, I got a ride from one of the workers or owner of the place( he did not introduce himself). He then told the lady to give the car we just drove and left. I realized he never got my key and called and he then said oh well it is Friday so it will not be worked on until Monday I then went back got my car and left

Coming here a 2nd time to get my car fixed. By far the best body shop I've been too. Have had bad experiences else where but this is the go to for car repair needs.
