We brought our truck in for repair of our refrigeration unit during the Holiday Week expecting to hear that they wouldn't be able to get to us until after the Holiday. However Anna got us set up with a diagnosis and repair within a couple of days. We got our truck back on the road with minimal downtime. Thank you so much!

Got a fleet of thermoking units that regularly (try) to get parts for, but my god is the service here the worst of the worst. My orders have been forgotten several times! An order I placed back in September still hasn t been completed and no one has any information for my order!! This place is about as awful and unreliable as it gets!! Left a message with the parts department manager with no response after 3 weeks!! I ll be contacting corporate soon.Look elsewhere if you need a reliable part distributor.

Great customer service, I went in for a pm and they found one of my belts was cracking. They recommended a replacement and got me back on the road later in the day. The manager was kind and informative about my unit, and will definitely be coming back in the future.

Yesterday I dropped off my van because it wouldn t get cold. Heather was very polite and said they were busy but would get someone to look at it ASAP. The manager, Steve, was able to take a quick look and found the issue. I picked my van up this morning and it was ice cold thank you tk!!

Of all 5 vehicles we ve taken there for installs..every one has had an issue!! From wrong wiring to wrong battery attachments Numerous of issues with this service department!They are garbage!!

I Called the service manager Steve he wasn't in. He called me the next business day early. Steve walked me through my problem, and it's solved.I want to thank Steve for his professionalism.Thank you for the dedication from my team that reaches 3 different countries.Thank you

I have too say they did take my truck in right away but with that being said the rest of my experience was not so good. The service manger was rude and short too the questions I asked in regards to my espar heater I had installed at another thermo king location. They did make the repairs but then in the process my floor and side panels were caked with whatever plugged my unit and grease. The service manager did apologize for the way he acted towards me but just overall not a very customer friendly dealer. Just seeing how they treated two other customers while I waited was enough for me too never come back. I never write these but feel they help me choose a place that will treat customers with the friendly and quality service they deserve.

We came in because our APU was not working. Spent 2 days there. They were nice enough to let us part in their front parking lot, but took another truck in first despite us being there first, and calling first, because that truck parked where we were told not to, and was first in line because of this. Then they spent 7 1/2 hours to tell us they did not have the part they thought it was, and that it would be in tomorrow. We did return, because the delay had caused us to miss another appointment down the street, and had to wait for the morning for that repair. At the second day, they did repair the APU....turns out the alternator was bad, not the control board as they thought. They did follow the correct diagnostic procedures...it was caused by some funky wiring installed by another company. Overall, Heather & Steve did go out of their way to get us back on the road once we complained. They do not allow pets in the building, and I spent the time outside chasing shade with my pug.

You looking for a parts guy ? That goes above and beyond? ask for Curtis. I called tk for a carrier part (6 bolt) nylon gear he didn t have it, (expected). he didn t take no for a answer, he checked his storage then he called around for me and found me one!!! Nation wide shortage!! That s what you call custumer service!!! I hope the higher ups see this and give him some type of recognition. You recognize these type of service with a bonus and a raise !!!! I ll def be back to buy parts here. Just means more money for the boss thanks to Curtis for not just doin your job but going above and beyond!!!

Great people I needed to get my alternator replaced they got me in and out in 2 hours really happy and I had my reefer unit bottom piece coming off they even put in screws and secured it.

Long wait just to get told they couldn't find a problem with my apu's a/c. Get down to Los Angeles, crawl back into the sleeper with a/c on, and 3 hrs later 115 degrees in the cab cuz a/c quit again....smh
