Update:I called in to ask some questions about a used RV I m looking at and wanting to know about the cost for a pre purchase inspection. He was very knowledgeable about the one I was looking at, which is an old RV in pristine condition, like a time capsule from That 70s Show inside. But I m worried about the outside & unseen issues with something that vintage (mold, rust, leaks, etc). He told me that the build was wood (which is a good thing and I didn t know) so the bottom is the only concern for rust. He also told me that I d want a new axle to tow it any significant distance if the one on it is an original. This is something that I hasn t considered and I m so glad I called and he had the time to talk. He suggested ways to save money, which not everyone does.I always love having the opportunity to support a small (especially local) business. They do solar installations so I ll definitely be hitting them up even if I end up with a van. The only other person I spoke to for that tried to sell me their own solar system, which was admittedly lower quality than my $2k+ Yeti Solar Generator but they said I would still need their $8-9k system when I told them I m not going to be going off grid or cooking or using a bathroom.Definitely looking forward to using them within the next couple months! They came recommended on Reddit in a local group, which is the most legit you can get without a personal recommendation.Found them on Reddit recommended so I checked out their reviews. I ll update if I use them but I had to give them 5 stars bc I always read bad reviews first and was astonished that their less than perfect rating is mostly because of several glowing reviews that left 4 instead of 5 stars. I didn t know that was a thing, even.The bad reviews were petty, like:I didn t like they were too busy to be overly friendly when I called. Come on! A one star for a small business should really be reserved for when one has really dropped the ball. It s hard to make everyone happy!!

I didn't go but after a call with them I'm not sure I will. Draw-tite recommended installer. The guy on the line was "sales" and did not know if the part would fit and if they could install it. Fair. After some running around, he said that they could install it on my car - the fact I already knew - and the quote was $185/hr. A bit pricey if you ask me.

Great repair store, will give you 10 stars if there is. I need to change stud finished in 1 hour and I am back to road. Everyone is friendly,hospitable and proffessional!

Fantastic service from the helpful staff Tim of San Leandro RV and Trailer, I worked on this problem on my own for a couple of hours chasing my tail at the dealership and trying my luck with Dometic with no luck, after calling San Leandro RV and Trailer Tim had the part ordered Friday and had the part in on Monday, I'll be repairing my refrigerator in the morning!Thank You

Man I was looking for a part for my window for 4 days online. Home Depot, ace hardware didn't have it. Online it would of taken a week to get here.They had on the shelf for $7.Great hidden gem if you live in a trailer or a rv. Definite check out.

This is the best repair shop I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I have to give a personal shout out to Greg, he has been an absolute lifesaver, a friendly human being, and seasoned professional. There are not many like him out there.If you have RV problems, and you need them fixed in a pinch, these guys are what you re looking for. I would recommend them 10/10 times. Absolute units.

Greg and Matt did an excellent job with the installation of my new Blue Fox towing system. I felt I was included and always welcome during the process. I am really impressed with Greg s treatment of customers and even going above and beyond when I asked for a few last minute extra things. I feel like I finally have a place to take my Class C RV for any kind of repairs with relatively short lead time for service scheduling. Did I mention the quality of work they do?

These guys are great!! They went out of their way to help me find an urgently needed replacement RV water heater. The unit I needed was sold out nationwide. But they were very knowledgeable and generous with their time. And ultimately found what I needed at a reasonable price. Thanks for the great service - much appreciated!

Very polite and professional staff. Had a suspension issue on my 7x14 enclosed trailer. They made time for me to drop off and had me back on the road in little over an hour. Amazing service. Will be returning if I have issues in this area again.

They did a "rush job" repair so I didn't have to stay in town. However, they did an EXCELLENT job, and even repaired a broken light at the same time.Two of the three guys there were awesome. The other guy didn't have the best "customer service" skills, but was nice enough.Excellent service, done quickly and really well, at a fantastic price!

AMAZING staff, well stocked store.I stopped by this past weekend to look for parts to repair both cosmetic and functional problems with an old (1979) RV I bought recently. I was pleased with the variety of parts stocked in a modest-sized store. After speaking to the staff about the parts I couldn't locate (or even properly identify - photos helped), I was AMAZED at the depth of knowledge exhibited! They had all but two things I needed in stock, and ordered one of the others for me. Even more awesome was that they told me the history of the part that I wanted that had been out of production for years, giving me the info I need to track it down online. I will definitely be going back for both parts and service!

My dad has known Greg for years, this is his ONLY go to for anything RV related. This is however my first time going there, I needed a trailer hitch installed, from the second I walked in I felt like family! Great personalized service!!
