1. Brought my car in to check a rattling sound on Thursday. They totally misdiagnosed the source of the sound as my bumper when it was in fact my suspension on my front right tire. The very next day, on Friday, my suspension on that tire dropped unexpectedly while driving on the freeway, which tore off the fender liner and l bumper lip to attached to it. They twisted around my wheel, breaking my $400 underglow kit as well. I'm lucky I didn't die because this happened on the freeway.2. I paid $200 during that same visit to be told what I already knew - that I had an aftermarket stereo which was causing issues with the airbag indicator. Provided no guidance on how to fix the problem. So overpriced.3. The shop also replaced my oil but couldn't figure out how to reset the maintenance minder (!!!). I watched a YouTube video a few days later and did it myself easily. Seems like total incompetence and the technician gave up easily. What's worse is I complained to my service consultant Jessica that I was overcharged. Jessica said she would check with her manager about a refund and get back to me the next day. That was over a week ago, and despite sending multiple follow up emails, they have continued to ignored me. They basically ghosted me. If they had refunded some of the money I paid, I wouldn't have left this review. But they screwed up and now I have to pay hundreds more in repairs, on top of the nearly $300 they charged me. Avoid this maintenance center at all costs! There are other options...

They over pump air on my tires and scratched up my air cap and lost the other air cap and replaced with with a different air cap. Now I got a brand new car with mix match air caps and scratched up . Now I m starting to question if they even changed the oil or did they just reseted the oil light.

I contacted San Leandro Honda for warranty repair on my 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L. The rep stated they charged a diagnostic fee to check the issue even if my car is brand new with only 1500 miles on it. I contacted another service center and they stated no fees are charged on warranty repairs.

Jessica, the service center manager?, is the biggest scammer ever. You can bring in your car for something minor and she will try to convince you it s something more serious. She ripped me off for $2500. Stay away from her

If there's no star or negative for sure I will select it. Honda has the AC warranty extension .I went to Honda get a A1 service today .And I requested a inspection on AC ,because the AC blows warm air.The staff said need to charge $450 just for checking !!!! But other dealer check it for FREE!!!!From my standpoint, this thing is just ridiculous

Avoid at all costs. Car was left here and repair has taken 5 days with 0 updates provided and STILL waiting! Worst customer service experience ever
