Their customer service never seems to fail. They are just beyond amazing. Kale and Walter are the best!! They were able to get me in my new car as a trade-in and made it happen within 4 hours!! They re always friendly, easy to talk too !! Selling the cars my be their job but they make sure that what they re giving you is what you want no matter how many cars they have to show you lol!! Kale Had to deal with me twice within the four years so me coming in for the second car, he remembered exactly what I wanted and what I didn t like !!That says a lot!! Thank you !!!

The time I spent there too a bit long than I expected bc the rig I want buy a 2023 was sold the night before. So Rick Martinez and his manager really put into work and want thank to the owner of the dealer trying to get me a deal for the 2024 rig that work for both parties. I said I got a fair deal bc it s a 2024 model. I m very please with my purchase even though cost a bit more than I would want initial for the 2023 rig. And most important I have a happy wife that love it when I home with the new rig. Rick so far got my back when I text him with questions he would promptly respond after the transaction. That is important as we know is not about how nice the sale process but the customer service after. Thank you!

This is the second time I ve purchase a vehicle at this dealership. The first time, I didn t have a great experience with the last salesman. This time the salesman by the name of Gino was very helpful! He showed me some of the most important features from my new vehicle. He also had me download an app which is very informative, about how to work certain features. While waiting for my contract, Gino handed me an iPad to view some videos of each of the features. He also taught me how to charge my new vehicle, and where I can find the places where I can charge it. He did an excellent job! If you re planing on purchasing a vehicle, San Leandro CDR is the place to go! They have a variety of vehicles!

I would call the transaction to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee was San Leandro CDJ a pleasure! 90% of the deal was worked out via text or email and the other 10% was signing documents and picking up the car. The sales team was low key low pressure and the finance/documentation team was fast, informative and fair! I highly recommend this dealership!

I have dealt with a lot of dealerships so I feel I m pretty experienced on a good or bad review. This is my first interaction with San Leandro Dodge and I just moved to the area. My first interaction was amazing. Everybody was super friendly I did not show up with an appointment, but had an issue with my vehicle and I needed it very quickly. They figured out a way to make me a priority within four hours, and it was taken care of in two hours. so they were honest and fair with the estimated time and actually got it done quicker. For me, this is a great way to start with the dealership.

First time at this dealership. I was happy about the service. Even though their schedule seemed backed up. I was relieved to know the service was covered by warranty. I thanked them for informing me. Unfortunately the info on work done at another dealership wasn't accessible which surprised me as i assumed it would. I wasnt offered a ride to the BART station though (or asked how I was getting back) which I expected. All in all they were polite & seemed to do good work.

I have had bad experiences with dealers in the sf area. But San leandro location was excellent. Perfect customer service over the phone and in person. I walked away very happy, with the work and even the price. Very thankful that I am in my jeep once again. Very thankful. Keep up the good work guys

World class professionalism is definitely an understatement. Alex was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. He wasn t pushy which really is really important for me. I dropped my wedding ring into the opening where the third seat connects to the floor of the Wagoneer. We were on vacation and were flying home the next day, and had to return the rented Wagoneer. I explained all of this to the Service Department. They worked me in to their schedule, promptly retrieved my 49-year-old wedding ring, and refused to charge me. Thank you, San Leandro Dealership!

My experience with this dealership is extremely poor and unprofessional. I bought my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee brand new with 5 miles on it. I currently have 12,000 in 3 years. So, you can see it's brand new. I recently bought my car to service at San Leandro Jeep dealership because the start stop light came on. My car was shaking. I went to the dealership on April 6,2024. Waiting for 5 hours in the dealership. Mind you, I have 2 warranties. So, I am thinking they will fix it.I was first told by a guy named Ander. That the car was not driven enough so the second battery made the light come on. The car is fixed now. After my 5 hours waiting. As I am driving home. Less than a mile away from the dealership. It happened again. Shaking harder and the light was on. I immediately called the dealership. Some lady answered the phone rudely and said bring it back Monday. I said ok. I was very upset after waiting 5 hours. It was Saturday so that's why they said bring it Monday. Ok, now it's Monday I bought the car in. They said they will have to keep it. I never got offered a courtesy ride, or rental or anything. No information. I took a Uber home. After several days. I got texted from Ander saying it's the coil. Then later it was rodents that went inside of my car or engine. They need to look into it. Then after about 4 days Ander texted me saying that I needed to contact my insurance provider and make a claim because of the rodents and its not covered by my warranty. Ok, so I called AAA. Put in a claim. Now me and AAA are waiting for proof of rodents and damage. Pictures or something. Now it's the 17th of April 17th, 2024. They have had my car over a week. No communication. I received a text from Ander saying it's no rodents. They can't provide my insurance proof of anything. It's a harness. Mind you I am on my to get a rental car because I had no car over a week. I work 2 jobs. I had to call out and try to adjust to this. I am now trying to contact my insurance provider to tell them. It's a false claim from the dealership. I am now contacting my warranty company. They told it's covered. So, now at the end of the business day. April 17th, 2024. I still have no car. I have no rental. I haven't talked to anyone on the phone. I have been lied to several times about the issue. They have had my car since the April 5th, 2024. It's April 17th, 2024. I am still waiting for actual proof of the problem. I am waiting for a rental car. This whole situation has been terrible. I will absolutely never buy a car from this dealership again. I absolutely will never refer anyone to this place. Who wants to deal with unprofessional people who texts you. Where's the call. Where's the apology. Where's the professionalism on the diagnosis. Why am I being lied to. I feel like there looking to make money. I just got a text saying harness and a screw. This is nonsense. I am writing this review to tell people my experience. To let people know that I still don't have a car. I don't know when I will get my car. Someone needs to written up or termination. I spent to much money to be treated like that. I sincerely hope San Leandro Jeep that you do better. I hope no one else has to go thru this. I will never come here again. Beware people

My advisor Chris is horrible at his job. When I came in he seemed disgruntled because the DoorDash delivery driver forgot his soft drink. Dropped off my truck for a recall service and asked for a tire rotation too. I come in to pick it up the next day get home and look over the service papers. They said they didn t complete the rotation because of my trucks lift. In actuality it s because they didn t know where the wheel lock was. It was in the middle compartment, a phone call would have cleared that up. My dissatisfaction comes from my advisor not looking over my paper work. And he charged me for the rotation. No wonder no one likes this Dodge dealer.

Chris the service guy was good, but my engine light seems to mysteriously turn off when San Leandro Chrysler Dodge have my car and the turn back on after I get it home.

If I could give 10 stars I would! First time buying a car and experience was great! As soon as my dad and I step into the lot, Carlos greeted us and the whole time was very patient with us. He listen to all my concerns and made the process easier. From the beginning I let him know everything I wanted in my dream car and he was able to help me find my car. So the next time you are shopping here for a new car make sure to ask for Carlos.

I reached out to four different dealerships to try and bargain a price that was satisfactory but no dealer would work with me to discuss price unless I would come to the dealership. ATTENTION Other dealerships, I m now driving a beautiful blue 4xe and all I can say to the other dealerships for not working with me; big mistake! HUGE! Thank you San Leandro Jeep for working with me online and for making it SO easy by working with me to get to the price I wanted and getting me under what I wanted to pay which was a nice surprise! The staff there were all so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

At the time of purchase excellent service in getting your business, but at the time of honoring there promises they will find excuses to get out of their promises. When I purchased my car, I asked to purchase an extra key. They even gave me a bill of sale because they were out of stock on programable remotes. I had to wait 30 days. I wasn t able to come back within six months even though I had a bill of sale they told me this expired six months ago. Somehow they find a way to not honor their deal. I didn t make a big deal about it it s embarrassing. You spent so much money in a car and then you re gonna fight for a couple hundred dollars my deal was in writing and Still found a Way to cancel it.

Given false information over phone about warranty coverage with vin check and specific part being covered due to failure , was told the part was covered, then after diagnostic test they advised that same part was not covered. When I called I had already done my own diagnostic with code reader and called to make sure the part that needed changed was covered or not and explained I m savy enough to change the part myself and they assured me as long as a rat didn t chew the harness or problem caused by me. Diagnostic came back as just faulty part I already knew and was supposed to be $100 fix because warranty, but instead got a quote for $954.80. So basically they charged me the diagnostic fee and I picked up truck to purchase the $150 part and do myself. Waste of money and my time. I ll be going to another dealer for future repairs as this one is not trustworthy.

My daughter brought her Jeep in, which she bought from us. I told her to be aware of car service departments taking advantage of women. She had the Jeep in for a 60,000 mile service less than 2 months ago and even though it was still under warranty she was charged $2,000.00. The engine light came on after it was serviced and she made an appointment to bring it back in. As a busy medical professional with only the one car she decided to wait so they could tell her the issue. In order for them to even look at it they wanted to charge her a $900 service fee. They wouldn t touch the car even though they had just serviced it. She left and will never return. They should have looked at it to tell her what was wrong with no charge.It s just horrible!

I advise you to go somewhere else. Been here three times trying to get an oil change. In each case was a two to three hour wait, service tech leaves early. Only had one guy working. Then finally got here early and told they won't honor the mopar maintenance contract I bought with the car! I'm at Walnut Creek service now and they are 100% better in every way.
