I have visited this location frequently over 5-6 years when my mechanic is not available and have not had a problem thus far. I know their recommendations are accurate by knowing my vehicle & cross checking with my mechanic. As a female it's good to know that you're getting good & accurate customer service. Keep up the good work. I also Love seeing a female in the shop

Today November 25, i came to this store OIL CHANGERS, to change oil in my car and they did a terrible job they took off a metal plate that goes under my car and did not return the all the bolts in the plate and when i was on the freeway i had an accident the metal plate fell off. I would not recommend this place because they are un-experienced people when you are in the store they don't greet you and have a bad attitude.

Young guy was nice and the only one who paid attention to who was next. Your pull in lot is difficult for that do nice. The young lady walked around with a frown, never smiled and never acknowledged any if the customers. I wanted my fluids checked, she didn't check them even though the young gut said they would. She was so unfriendly, i just left. There was another heavier set guy there but he just stayed at the register. The young guy was a bice touch in comparison.

The guys working here on the morning of 12/3/23 were really friendly and courteous. I went in for an oil change and it turned out they didn't have the filter to fit my car, but they sent me over to another location that had it and even topped off my oil (I was low) before I left. Much appreciated.

Overall, good and quick service. Its better to go on a weekday as there s less of a wait. The wait is longer on the weekends, obviously. The service has always been quick when it is my turn. Less than 15 minutes.

I have been working with oil changers for a long time. The location in San Leandro has the best service. They are pleasant and they provide great customer service.

Had a fantastic experience! Carrie, Oscar, and the whole team were friendly, informative, and professional. Felt like I was visiting a friend's shop. They broke down some options for me and got to it. Couldn't be happier with the visit, will *absolutely* be coming back

Just recently went back and got the daddy wagon some new fluids good service in and out but due to me and my mouth talking about cars my service guy and I forget about the minivan and are under his hood checking out his while a line suddenly had formed we exchanged # and both went about our way lol opps

They have done a pretty good job changing my oil. It was on the weekend and they got it done right away. I go there pretty frequently when I m in San Leandro not bad price and good people.

Service was not good. Came in on Dec 4 with no leaks and left with one. I was never told i had one upon leaving even though it was indicated on the paper. I even have proof of no leaks before arriving.

Excellent Service!! I'm very disappointed in the work I got here. Yes the guys were friendly and kind. They convinced me to get cleaner prior to the oil change for an additional $20 bucks. Only to find out 2 weeks later that my oil was extremely low and and the oil itself was dirty. I spent $80 on this oil change. I shouldn't have needed a top up for awhile. I should still have a clean a d full engine oil.Service: Oil change

Oil change took about an hour. They told me that the oil plug was stripped & they had to replace it. They did give me a discount for waiting, but they did not communicate to each other meaning that a large part was just waiting since it was not communicated from the put that they were done.

Went to get a oil change, they said my oil did not need to be changed per the miles I have driven since last change. They checked my oil and topped off. I left relief, knowing they did not take advantage of me

The service at San Leandro was very bad. They were rushing to collect the money. They didn t check air filters, not checked coolant, not cleaned windows, and they didn t offered you any service. I've used other Oil Changers before, but today's service from Oscar, in San Leandro, went above and beyond. He was friendly, professional, efficient and extremely thorough. I couldn't be happier with the service, and will not hesitate to return in a few months!
