Stay away from this place. They sold me a bad tire and when I called to tell them, the rude lady at the front desk shouted at me to read my receipt and there were no refunds!

They put my brand new tires that I supplied on and they didn't balance a single one of them before putting it on. Local dealer in Walnut Creek discovered this and balanced them for free as a courtesy while doing service there.They do not torque your wheels down, they just impact it to death.They do decent work, you get what you pay for, but they WILL SCRATCH AND DENT YOUR WHEELS.Go to America's Tire or Discount Tire, they are a reputable chain that does things right, as I was told by friends and co-workers.

How fast they are make their job, that much increase the price. Funny. Can you imagine, Used tire 60$. 1. Asked used tire. Answer 40$. Ok show me. 2 showing you used tire. 50$. Really? Ok. Go ahead. 3. Than paying at the cashier. She said 60$. Really? He said 50$. He is acting like easy speaking man. Pendeho.

I was told 80 dollars when I came in to patch a tire for two used tires. I told them I can come back in 2 days to do that. I came back and they tried to pull a fast one and say 100 dollars then he said talk to the boss while shrugging lol. Con artists here don t trust them..drive 5 minutes down the road to the one in Hayward for a trust worthy business

I wish I would ve caught the name of the man who repaired my tire. He was very kind & quick! Great work done. Unfortunately, the cashier had a less than pleasing attitude but otherwise I would definitely go again! For a nail in my tire to be repaired, $15! & I was out within 30 mins. Can t beat that.

Came here a few months ago for a tire and not even an hour later on the freeway the tire just completely blows out. Had to spend even more money to get another tire

Very fast, friendly, and affordable service! Fixed a nail in my tire in 15 mins for $15. Will definitely be going back anytime I get a flat.

All 8 brake pads to be replaced they only took care of the front ones and charged me for labor on front and rear. The kept my rear brake pads. Little did i knkw when I had went to get them changed next time around my rear brakes were down to the metal and my front ones were still halfway through that's bad business not professional and putting customers at risk of an accident. This place is not to be trusted and will take advantage of customers niceness and trust

Good place to get a used tire in a pinch. Good price on them as well, beats other locations we called around too. The downfall is parking can be a b***h as it in on the main road, but when you pull in for service and you are done, one of the guys working will go into the street and make it so you can get out safely.

My used but looked great tire i got from them exploded and shredded in a few days. Too dangerous. Wont be back. Only getting new tires from now on. The cheaper price is not worth my life!

The best place to buy tires in the bay area or have your tires fixed/looked at and the correct advice to fix or replace or trouble shoot your tire or alignment problems...The best prices I have ever seen in the CA bay area period....I own three cars one late model and one from the 70's and one the 60's......No else one even touches my tires period.

Said the tires had 65-75% tread so I drove 45 minutes for them. They were worn to the wear bars and a little ruined looking. Waste of my time and not at all a good phone consultation. Ask him to send a picture or something, I didn't need this today. One star.

Should've listened to Zoltan's review. 65% tread means 65% is remaining on the tire, not 65% used. I called twice to confirm, then drove. Complete waste of time.

Rolled in with a slow passanger rear flat and had me done in less than 7 min. No looking to sell me on more tires just what i came in there for. This is now my tire shop.
