Good team with professional conduct. I just came in today for an estimate for my car, and it went very smoothly. I didn't wait too long, and it was ready before I knew it. They had a cozy front office that had AC. Also had a few drinks in their mini fridge for customers.Just be sure to make an appointment before coming in.Thanks for your help!

Moeller Bros. do excellent work. The staff is very professional. Kept me informed of the step by step process. the body work was good , it looked like a new car. They are cleaned the interior and exterior before returning it .Sarah

Professional & great customer service. My Sonata was towed to Moeller Bros after someone barreled into it while it was parked. Even though it ended up a total loss, & didn't get any body work done, when it came to the process there was no fuss or fight. Moeller Bros & my insurance company communicated effectively & efficiently so the process went smooth & quick. I would/will definitely recommend this location to family/friends.

My car got hit by a Tesla (Thanks Elon). Moeller Bros did a great job with my Bolt EV. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time I had to use them but there's no one else I would trust my car with.

I came to Moellers to get some damage to my bumper repaired from being rear ended They did a great job, kept me informed of the progress and even cleaned my car!. I would definitely recommend !

My car was severally damaged by road debris and Moeller Bros fixed it better than the factory ! They made the process painless and communicated every step of the process. My insurance did want me to use one of their shops but luckily you can take your car for repair anywhere you choose! I m glad this highly recommend family owned shop exists ! Moeller Bros. Body Shop, Inc., bar none, provides exemplary service! While body work to your vehicle is not something you hope to deal with, but if you do, this is the body shop to patronize. The service, the level of skill, the ease of the process and the overall experience of complete competency will have you jumping for joy. In a time where professionalism and good service from businesses is waning, it was so refreshing to encounter a business who practices excellence. AND The folks not only demonstrate graciousness and provide superior Service, they really like what they do! Everyone is happy and you will be met with smiles and good humor! What s more They always go the extra mile to provide a little something extra. The flap that contains my power charger was broken. They repaired it without me asking and at no cost to me. I have had work done to my vehicle four times now. Each time I have had a 10 out of 10 experience!Service: Body & Trim

Just picked the other 1/2's 2015 Subaru Outback after she had a "minor" fender bender, but it really wasn't so minor after all.Moeller Bro's fixed everything.They even found and fixed damages from the original owner's two fender bendersThe only way anyone could tell it's been fixed is by observing the new suspension parts.The paint matches perfectly.Color me happy

I brought my truck Denali 2020 in two weeks ago the service was amazing. Someone named Jonathan did my estimate car he did a very good job he worked with me. He always answered the phone, he also answered all my questions. Of course I m going to recommend him and this place to anyone who is in need fixed collisions. When my truck was done I checked everything around it they did a very good painting job. Highest quality The work was excellent and professional they checked every detail that was expected. The OWNER is a very nice person very friendly professional and kind. What I thought (and hoping) was just a bumper turned out to be a whole bunch of underlying stuff that may have bit me later on down the line.. Super grateful for all the hard work they did to make sure all the little details were in place. Plus, they detailed it and got it looking SHINY! 10/10

Took my semi truck there brad took pictures i had an appointment with todd but he wasn't not there made a fake promise and brad told me he will call me in 2 to 3 day i called after 4 days lady answered call and said brad will calle back never received any call today I called todd pick up the phone and was yelling at me for no reason kept saying we so busy i just asked when i can expect my estimate he was very rude told me go somewhere else we are busy and hung up on me i called back same thing todd was made at me didn't give me any reason answer i was told 3 day and now all week gone and todd said i Don't know when i can get my estimate very unprofessional rude and they have sign free estimate but and told me they will charge $150 for estimate if someone is paying $150 for estimate and their employee todd is getting made at you on top of this doesn't make sense don't go there and waist your time and money rude unprofessional and hung up on me and yelling for no reason that's not what i was expecting

my favorite folks , I see them every other month lolevery time I bring my cars in its a smooth processthis last occurrence they went above and beyond... they not only did a phenomenal job repairing and painting but they wiped my car down and the rims ? sheesh that's family right there

This is the 3rd time I used Moeller Bros. Everyone is very professional. I had a dent in my trunk and they did an excellent job. I also had a small dent and scratch on my bumper and they repaired that at no extra charge. Looks like new. Plus they washed my car and cleaned the tires and made the rims sparkle. These guys know their craft well they did an excellent job on my truck. They all are very nice and totally give the customer a level of service that we don't see much of these days. My truck was sparkling clean when I picked it up and they had buffed out a few bumps and dents on it, amazing. If you got body work to be done on your car these guys is it for you. These guys are great. Very knowledgeable on cars and how they need to be repaired. The repairs come out like there was no damage every done. I honestly referral all my friends and family and they took care of them too. I even tell family friends that out not local to use them because they don't disappoint with their work, and great quality work now a days is hard to find.

My 2018 Toyota Prius was recently stolen and subsequently wrecked. My insurance approved me to bring the car to the body shop of my choice. Since I am new to the Bay Area I wasn t familiar with the area. So, I spent a couple hours researching body shops within a 15-mile radius. I finally decided that, based on reviews, Moeller Bros was the best place for my car.My experience was positive from the beginning. Stacy answered my initial phone call and was professional and helpful. She offered to pick my car up at the Palace Garage tow yard for FREE. However my experience only got better when my case was assigned to Carlos. He inspected the car and found substantial damage BEYOND the preliminary Insurance estimate. Although the damage appeared to be minor to me, they determined that the vehicle was totaled. This is significant because they did what was in MY best interest. They easily could have written it up as a high-cost repair , just below the totaled threshold, and made a killing in labor, parts, and storage. But they didn t! This place has a rare integrity and let me say it was refreshing. Now I am in the process of buying another car, and couldn t be happier. I will always be grateful to the staff at Moeller Bros for their professionalism and doing the right thing.

I took my car in to have the hood and spoiler painted. No body work just paint. After 8 days I picked it up and was very happy with the results. They did a great job on matching the old paint and the gloss finish. It looks like new again. Very pleased.

Worst place I've been to. Christmas day some dumb lady hits my driver side mirror and I take it in for an estimate and it's early January and now February is almost over and still no mirror. They never return my calls, never gave a day to take my car in. All they would say to me is that they would call me back and they would never do so. It's frustrating coming to a shop like this. Never again!!! If anyone reads this pls take my advice and take it somewhere els. They don't think of there customers at all. I had to leave work just to go get some answers cus they would not call back

We ve used Moeller Bro s. several times over the years. Their work is top quality, every time. We ve never been disappointed, especially with our black cars where you see every imperfection. Our cars will not go any other body shop.

I recently brought my car here because someone had keyed my rear drivers side door on my 2015 Toyota Corolla. When I arrived here I was greeted with a smile and helped right away. The staff stated that they could try and buff it out free of charge, I brought in the next day and they got most of it out. They also washed my car and cleaned the interior, all of the above free of charge. Another body shop had gave me an estimate of $1,800, I saved that money by coming here. If I ever need to car body work done again, this is where I will come. I will also tell my friends and family about this place. This is now my go to place for body shop work for life. Don't look anywhere else! Thanks again, I sincerely appreciate it!
