The lady will be super nice when selling you tires and when returning for services that are not paid to her business she will treat you like a beggar and make excuses on why she can't honor her warranty. Sent me away twice knowing my tire has been leaking claiming either she had no techs or they are too busy when there was absolutely no one in the shop either time I went in to get it checked out. Do not buy from here go to a reputable company that has to honor their warranties until the paid date not upon their discretion.

Great experience! Personal attention, they didn t have my tore size in stock but got it in within 2 hours of my call, 30 minute installation (1-tire), and about $50 leas than their competitors. Highly recommended

Had a nail in my tire and they took care of it within 20 minutes. Had me in and out for only 30 bucks. Both the mechanic and the woman in the office were super friendly and accommodating (with good snacks in the office) Very happy with my service.

I was so impressed by the customer service. I was able to get all my car needs met. It was the kind of service you just don t find very often. I was given a ride to work while they put tires on. They gave me a great price as well.

I've been purchasing tires here for 10 years. The place is small but they pay attention to you and your car. The prices are good and tire rotations are free. It's gotten busy lately so you have to call before going but they provide a good service.

First time there. Great experience. Mounted to replace one bad tire I brought to him right away. Put tire on my truck then brought it to him. Only $550 for 4 70,000 mile Hankook tires. Got my truck back in one hour. I'm going to him first when my car needs tires. Thank you, Mel's.....need to add this. Went to remove front tires to replace brake pads and the lug nut was stuck and broke the lug.....was it not threaded on properly? Damn impact wrench operator, always do couple turns by hand first to insure it's not cross threading.

Great service, honest, excellent, knowledgeable staff. Good prices. One flat fixed, one tire replaced, they checked other tires and made sure pressure was to recommended setting.

I had a leak in my tire - didn't know if it needed to be replaced or repaired. They looked at it and identified that a screw was causing the leak. They removed the screw, patched the tire for $25 and I was on my way. They did try to sell me a new tire. They are honest, efficient and reliable.

I woke up to flat tire this morning. I inflated my tires and went to work. When I moved my car to our parking lot, my tire was halfway flat again and I could see the head of the screw. I wasn't going to drive 24 miles to go home without getting my tire fixed. I called around and found this place around 3:35pm. I talked to the mechanic and he said if I get my car in by 4:15pm he can work on it. I got there at 3:45pm. He got me out at 4:30pm. He even inflated the rest of my tires to specs.

Best prices on tires, etc...better than Costco...Oscar is a hardworking, experienced mechanic & owner Veronica is honest, friendly & very knowledgeable...calling for a appointment is very helpful too.

Every since the ownership changed the level of service and expertise has diminished. Tires are overpriced and their staff simply dont know much about the tires, they are all about making a sale.

Price was good but they were a day late with the truck they were working on; they did throw in the alignment for free due to the inconvenience.... They were also $1,000 dollars cheaper than the tire shop visited in Castro Valley.....
