I recently had an exceptional experience at Lopez Tires & Service. My day took an unexpected turn when I found myself at a 76 gas station with a flat tire, feeling frustrated and unsure of what to do next. However, things took a swift turn for the better when Armando, a kind-hearted gentleman, emerged from the gas station store to lend a helping hand.I wanted to change my flat tire temporarily to a spare tire. Not only did he patiently help me pump the tire (confirming it was beyond saving), but he kindly offered to change it to my spare tire for free at no charge! Turns out, he is from the Lopez Tires & Service right next to the gas station, a fact that made his offer even more incredible. His prompt response and willingness to help were truly remarkable, instantly putting me at ease during a stressful situation.What impressed me the most was the efficiency and expertise with which Armando and his team handled the tire replacement. They worked swiftly and expertly, completing the job in what felt like no time at all. Throughout the process, they were friendly, professional, clearly passionate about their work, and dedicated to customer satisfaction.I'm incredibly grateful to Armando and the team at Lopez Tires & Service for their prompt and reliable assistance when I needed it most. Thanks to their exceptional service, I was able to get back on the road quickly and safely without any further delays.

I had outstanding customer service, my truck was very well taken care of in a timely fashion. They were pretty busy but still took their time answering all my questions, even helped me get an affordable tow to the shop. I'm a single Mom with little to no auto repair knowledge, so I'm weary of new shops. The service here is great, the prices are fair and everyone is very warm and friendly. I most definitely recommend the shop and will return in the future.

The owner of the shop Lopez is very helpful and honest. I have been taking my car with him for any services my car needs and he's always fair with his prices. Thank you for always taking care of me and returning my car in a timely manner. Thank you for everything Armando and JR for always being so helpful. Such great service!

I'm at Lopez tires & service in San Leandro CA.I recently purchased a car and it needs some repair work done and I went to Lopez tires and repair I got the best service at a reasonable price they do quality work and you can get your back same day, very professional Mando the manager is a great guy. I am going to tell all my family and friends about Lopez tires

Lopez tires is One of few tire shops that are for the people. I personally always come to this tire shop cause they treat you like family.They really take care of every customer really well. My car had a broken rack & opinion, needed car maintenance, and other car issues! They were able to fix everything in a timely manner which was very appreciated! Armando keep up the Great work and keep your receptionist she is very welcoming! Services: Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Lopez Tires & Service is my first place to go to I can see the ambitious love workers carry themselves with they might tell you to take a seat while work is being done. But I honestly considered coming back since they mentioned they could also call me as soon as my car was ready! I was able to do all my errands! They take care of their customers and advise for future repairs your car might need great with prices I'll be coming back for the rest of my repairs they are great!!!!

They dead wrong at this place I would be careful. They used to take carhop cars, but carhop ended the relationship with them. I took my car there to get Diagnosed because the engine light was on. Mind you I told him my whole story my Kia got stolen & I broke my ankle, you would think they would show some empathy. No, instead I had to leave my car there all day for a Diagnostic they told me I needed a new gasket & other things which came up to $900+ in repairs which carhop paid for. When I took my car back to him to do the repair he gave me the run around each time He s too busy He doesn t have the part so I gave up & begged carhop to get me another mechanic they finally did & my new mechanic told me everything LOPES TIRES said I needed repaired was a LIE. The real issue was an engine misfire which cost $300 to fix. That s not how you do Good Business Beware!!!!

The guys at Lopez fixed my car, had to take an unexpected trip and breaks where going out and needed struts got me in and got it fixed right away

I used this business to replace my catalytic converter, install a cat shield and fix a faulty window. They were extremely kind, professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I came back after my cat shield was installed because it caused a vibration while I was driving and they fixed the issue immediately without hassle or question within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them to fix an issue with a truck we have.
