The owner runs a clean and professional business.I brought my vehicle too "little reds" after a head collision I was involved in.Gus provided hassle free communication and was transparent with all my questions and concerns.His team of technicians did a fantastic job with repairs. As a first time customer I received the results I had hoped for. Gus is the best! Our tire popped as we were exiting the highway, close to Little Red's. Gus was extremely kind and generous and helped us resolve the issue promptly.

I am beyond grateful for the service I received at Little Red's Automotive! The staff was so helpful and friendly during the entire process.Cesar was there early to take my vehicle, and I was given updates through text letting me know when my car was scheduled to be picked up.Gus was kind enough to stay after closing to finish up the paperwork to release my car, so I could get it a day earlier than scheduled!My car ended up looking better than before it was in the accident! They even took the time to detail the inside and out!Thank you so much to Gus, Cesar, and the staff at Little Red's!

Gus (owner) was very responsive, communicative, pleasant and professional - as were every member of his staff interacted with. The car looked beautiful, I d take it there again although I hope I never have to go back ;)

Little Reds was AWESOME! I was greeted by Caesar when I picked up the car, he was very nice and polite and took me to my car. I couldn't believe how great the car looked, they not only did the repairs they also washed it inside and out. I would have to say that they go above and beyond when they work on your vehicle. I dealt with Gus during the time my car was there and he kept me updated the whole time, he was very pleasant to deal with, nice and polite as well. I would most definitely recommend them to everyone and if I need work again I will be going back to Little Reds no question. I have to thank my insurance Allstate for suggesting them, I've never had a better experience. If you are ever in need of body repair work done you really need to go see Gus at Little Reds Automotive Collision in San Leandro they not only do great work but they are all very nice and friendly. It's been a pleasure to deal with them, Thank You so much Gus for the great work!!!

If you are looking for a collision auto body shop that is honest, does quality work, goes above and beyond, a place that you can trust, work that is guaranteed, and great customer service I recommend Little Red s. I couldn't be more satisfied with the excellent work they did on my car. I rear ended someone which damaged my front end and knocked the radiator off. I took it to Gus who allowed me to bring it in the very same day I called. They were all very knowledgeable and professional at the shop, and answered all my questions regarding what to expect. I felt I was leaving my car in good hands, and I was. When I got my car back it looked amazing. Better than I expected. It was clean, shiny, everything aligned and functioned properly,� and they even restored my headlights that were clouded! Really outstanding. I m really happy I chose to go there, and not the place my insurance had sent me to originally. I definitely highly recommend Little Red s. Best choice I could've made.PS. The enterprise rental car is almost right across the street!

Gus and Caesar are great! Very professional and really made the process smooth for us. The dealt directly with the insurance company and got the best resolution to replace our damaged car roof. Best Place in Town to get your Vehicle fixed in case of an accident. Very friendly staff and Gus and Cesar are the very best and very trust worthy. Lousy customer service. After the owner didn't answer my calls after three weeks or so found out later that he didn't want to do the car because he wasn't happy with the amount that my insurance company had offered at that time. I had a dinged up car for about a month and had to go all the way to Berkeley to get my car done. It's all right to send cards and all that good stuff but when you don't return phone calls and appointments and you got to be hunted down and always out of the office well then I have to get this kind of bad Google review.

rating for Little Red's = 28 out of 30Gus saved my 1998 Subaru from the dust bin. In combination with other "old car" issues, the driver's seat belt suddenly jammed in the retracted position, rendering the car "unsafe," not to mention a ticket magnet. I made a few calls, all of which concluded with an estimate around $500 to replace the seat belt mechanism, (including labor). Gus explained a few typical reasons for this type of mechanical failure, and braced me for the worst over the phone. However, after taking time to locate the correct part at a dealer on the other side of SF Bay (about an hour away), Gus was the only guy who invited me to come in to take a look before I plopped down a deposit for the no-return part. In less than half an hour, his expert technician had disassembled the housing, cut out a number of frayed portions of the belt that were caught, melted the nylon fabric to keep it from fraying more extensively, and reassembled everything. Problem fixed! Their willingness to take a little time in the middle of a busy day to look at my family station wagon saved me hundreds of dollars in parts, and all most all of the labor costs. Understanding it's a temporary fix, they bought me time to decide what my next move will be.

Crooks and jerks. Do not go here. Red had no desire to meet me on anything, I was paying out of pocket and was nearly flat out told to hit the door. Their main goal is the maximum price tag or nothing. After I said this doesn't work for me he told me, under his breath, to go F$&! myself. Avoid!
