Had a really pleasant experience at Jiffy Lube San Leandro today for a routine oil change. I ll admit I hate this chore and push it off because I usually get stressed out about the experience of an oil change. Today was great! The 4-5 guys working were so professional, so nice, so efficient, warm, genuine. It was refreshing and impressive to observe their teamwork and communications. They had it together and seem to enjoy each others camaraderie and what they do. I will definitely be going back again and will look forward to it! Thanks!

I had the best experience and results today after going to 2 other oil places in Oakland. Nicholas gave outstanding service when I got there I was so upset but he calm me down and said they would take care of my problem and he did. Every one of the employees I spoke to was outstanding and gave the best customer service I ever had at an oil change facility. I will never go anywhere else, like Nickolas said but that location I don't care where I move to in the East Bay Area. This Jiffy Lube gets all A's. Thanks so much for making my day great.

The wait for 3 vehicles was over 55 minutes just to drive into the bay (car behind me or would of driven out), trying very hard to up sale, horrible attitude, $89 for an oil change in a car. I will not come back, and wouldn't recommend. There are many places that do your oil change faster, cheaper, and with a better attitude.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

i brought my car to juffy lube i trusted your name well that turned out to be in vain now i have a leak (oil) on my car that no one wants to fix back right. ill be a customer until it is properly fixed Thanks

Went in for oil, transmission, and coolant fluid change. Was quoted the same price as the estimate online. Was able to use a coupon off the website too, but cannot stack coupons. When I came in, the manager was even helping out while people were on break. Easy going team. Each team member was polite and helpful. They recommended stuff, but wasn't pushy when I refused upgrades and such. Went during the afternoon on a Friday and no wait. Finished my car earlier than the quoted time. Would bring my other cars here in the future.Services: Transmission, Oil change

Service was excellent as well as the men who performed the oil change. Friendly and knowledgeable men. When I am in town and need an oil change, I will definitely come back here (15015 Hesperian Blvd.). I highly recommend this location.

I prefer this team over the dealership for my 2016 charger. They are efficient very professional and treat you like you are elite. Excellent excellent service and I let them know that every time I go there. It don t be one person on your car. It be the whole team. One person may be servicing your tires while another person is taking care of your windows. Another person is checking your lights. Another person is taking care of your oil and filter. I couldn t ask for better service. They have definitely got my business permanently and I sent all my customers to them as well. A+ for this team.

Routine maintenance with brake inspection. Jessica and Issac were both very professional and friendly. Answered all of my questions. Both have excellent customer service skills! Also, my service was performed in less than an hour and watching them, you can see how efficient they are. Excellent help and service by Manager Mila Carrillo. We, and Jiffy Lube, are lucky she's there. It was a busy morning, and Mila handled all situations (mine, and others I saw) with patience and honesty. She went to my vehicle, showed assorted fluid levels under the hood, explained what could wait until future. Her honesty is refreshing and different from what I encountered last time i went to another large-chain oil change company (not Jiffy Lube),Today, my Hyundai Elantra needed coolant fluid flush and replacement, after I accidentally put windshield wiper fluid into the coolant reservoir! Thank you to Alapati for his work and explanation of what was required.The price is excellent, especially with available coupons. If you don't see one, ask.Thanks to the SL Hesperian Jiffy Lube team!

This is my first time coming to Jiffy Lube and I have the pleasure of coming across Mila. She was super sweet and very patient. Super knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable being that this is my first time there and didn t pressure me into unnecessary purchases. Overall, the service was great and the wait wasn t too bad. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of an oil change. They even do a complementary wash and vacuum like what more could you ask for? Thanks team & Mila!!Service: Oil change

I had my brakes replaced because of all the squeaking and grinding. Jessica was very nice in explaining all the steps to me. The wait was longer than I expected because she had to get parts from another place, but I would go back there again to get other things done because of her awesomeness. I know that my brakes sound so much better.

I work for IGT and I did not get an oil change for my service vehicle. Most of the time I go to the Jiffy Lube in Fremont were the service is much better. I waited for about 20 minutes and know on even acknowledge me to tell me we will get to you in a few min I left horrible service.

These guys were incredibly helpful; I had a vehicle I was considering buying used, but I wanted it checked out for any serious problems. They went over everything in their purview for free, including engine diagnostics, and explained every detail in full multiple times with the patience of saints. I'll be bringing my vehicles back here specifically from now on.

There was one mechanic this Saturday when I went in. He, like the many times I frequent, was very professional. They had a "HELP WANTED" sign outside by the street, and he was very good at communicating to other customers that the wait would take about an hour since it was only him until another employee arrived about 30 minutes later. I was the first customer and was fine with the wait since I had my phone with me. I will continue to go here since they are knowledgeable in car safety.

Ashley was the associate/mechanic to assist me she was very chill and did a fantastic job explaining their services. All the associates were attentive, polite and worked efficiently when maintaining the car. they got the entire car done within 15 minutes. And the manager inspected it before take off 10/10 service i will be returning for my next car maintenance.

I came to the San Leandro location because it was a "multicare" location that provided brake and rotor services. But, once I got there after they opened Saturday morning and waited in line for half an hour, I was told that they were too busy to carry out the brakes/rotor services and I would have to come back later. The workers were actually arguing with my serviceman about the fact that they were too busy WHILE he actually tried to help me. So, it didn't happen. Don't trust the website listings! Maybe call first? I ended up going to Goodyear.Service: Oil change

Honestly a completely Incompetent business. They cracked my oil pan covered it with sealant didn t tell me and refused to help me get it replaced. Maybe hire people who know what they re doing and realize they re working with peoples automobiles are not some thing they can just mess around with

I've been to this location before today and was not impressed. Today, however, Audrey absolutely went above and beyond. She was engaged, thoughtful, personable, and professional. I will return to this location SPECIFICALLY because Audrey was phenomenal. Don't let her stature fool you, though she wasn't much taller than my hood, she climbed in where she could and handled her responsibilities. Worst experience ever. The manager told me she is going to lunch and there is no one to cash me out at 5 pm . I did wait for 20 mins to get my car oil change and she told the worker to not start with my car until she go to lunch . She seems not happy working there. I suggest no one go to this location . Worst service there

Small differences; like staying in the car vs in the office or waiting area, but other than that, services were great. They check tires, lights and under the hood. You just get down to pay; the service was quicker than before. Very satisfied.
