The owner Hung is very knowledgeable and professional to his customer. Killer price on brake & lamp inspection and smog for only $100 with free retest. No one in the Bay can beat that.I highly recommend this shop. Happy customer here.

I took my car to H-T Auto because I had a wheel bearing issue and I am very pleased with the results. Every one was very nice. I m definitely going to continue to use there services in the future.

Very helpful and best deal around. I did break and lamp, and smog. When it didn't pass they went the extra effort and showed me what to do then I passed.

I would of probably gave it a better review if they had done the inspection on my car, i wasn t told an eta I was just waiting there for someone to do a brake And lamp. There was a worker there but he was mostly walking around milking the clock. Seems like nice people but I wasn t there for therapy, I was there to do business. I really wish they were more organized and make appointments. My advice is call ahead of time before going and ask if there is anyone at the shop doing the smog/brake/ light inspection.

They were all good there pretty busy buti plan to go back if I have any trouble with my car. Had a break and lamp inspection and passed they charged 80 bucks that was great I check one place and was told 160 for the same inspection checked a few other places here in Oakland and all of them no longer did the inspection anymore so H and T auto was great

Been a return customer but not anymore. Made and appointment, left my vehicle for 2 hours to return to find that he had not began my smog and when he said he needed 15 minutes I waited, after 30 minutes he still had not began. I took my keys and left. I am so disgusted and feel so disrespected. Wasting my whole morning for a 20 minute smog that never got completed. Other customers walked in during my wait I directed them to him and watched him serve them before me. How rude.

Actually no star. He charges Triple. Very rude. Don't recommend it at all. Or, have the knowledge, know the cost, be a Male person, not an elderly woman as I am, then go to him.

Came for a break and light check. Was told to wait 40 minutes. I ended up here for 1.5 hrs and nothing. I left, he doesn't provide a clear time frame and seems to over rescheduling himself. There was other people coming and leaving.

Went to get brake and lamp and smog done and they were great didn t take long at all was in at 12:50 got done at 1:20 and a great price
