Hubby and I recently used the services offered at Doral's. We've purchased a used vehicle, and ~ much to our understandable dismay ~ the Check Engine light came on.....twice!As the car was new to us, we didn't have a mechanic as yet. Our previous vehicle was 20 plus years old, and we'd had an incredible mechanic for that car. Very honest, very good at his job. Trustworthy in business with us for over 12 years.So, he'd set quite a high bar for mechanics.We were very happy with our interaction with Doral's. They did an excellent job communicating with us. They worked hard to diagnose what was causing the Check Engine light to come on. They didn't suggest expensive diagnoses or expensive parts.They did do a fairly minor fix, which involved changing out an air filter that wasn't OEM.We haven't had the Check Engine light come on since. For that, we're extremely grateful. I'm sure we'll happily use their services again, should the need arise. We recommend them, happily.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Doral's mechanic shop. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They diagnosed and fixed my car issues efficiently, and the prices were reasonable. The service was prompt, and they communicated clearly throughout the process. I highly recommend Doral's for their top-notch service and expertise. Five stars all the way!

I must say.it was one of the best experiences you could have with Repairing a vehicle Diagnosed my Vehicles problem. Fixed my Vehicles problem . For exactly what I was told when we initially spoke. Also set up a plan for future repairs. They receive a 10 out of 10. This is my new to go to shop guaranteed.

I had a great experience at Doral's. They helped me with my catalytic converter replacement after it was stolen. In the process they noticed other needed repairs. We worked together to make a repair plan the was right for me and my vehicle at the time. Every step of the way Brandon and Victor clearly explained my options, so that I could make an informed decision. I was never pressured to do anything. Doral's is very professional, and does quality repairs in a timely manner. Thank you!

Had a rough time getting this important vehicle back on time after my latest service. But ultimately Doral's came through, taking time on a Saturday to contact me and make sure I had the vehicle back for an important trip. Victor went above & beyond! I love how I got updated info on my mobile as to what has been done and completed on my sons truck. Dropped it off for a water pump change and all the hoses around it needed change. My sons engine belts were custom belts( not stock) and they did their research to find the correct one and get his truck back up and running in no time. Definitely recommended. Ask for Victor!!!!

We have a 2005 F250 turbo diesel. That soon after we bought it in 2021 it began having issues. And after having taken it to multiple shops, We found Doral's. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. John and Victor kept us up to date on everything that was going on with our truck. I had seen this place a few times, and decided to give them a try after seeing the positive reviews. Those reviews are well earned.Before they took in my car, they explained how they operate, and informed me to keep an eye out for their e-mail, which was a link to their comprehensive check up. I called them and they went over everything, from the minor to the more serious. Their prices are reasonable, and they understood my need to have the vehicle back by the end of the day. They called me a few days afterwards to make sure my car was running well.I appreciate their attention to detail and their strive for amazing customer services. I will definitely return if/when needed.

Informative staff, patient and friendly. Service is great and an detailed. They even have loaner vehicles if you don't own another so you don't miss work or whatever you have planned. My personal experience has always been pleasant!

I am very fortunate to have Doral Auto Repair to turn to regarding all my auto service needs. They are courteous, very knowledgeable of service needed now and in the near future and very clear in explaining and helping me to understand what is going on with my car. i have been taking my car here for years. this is actually my third car under their care. the owner used to be on fargo in san leandro and although he has moved the shop to have more room, the service is the same. they do a great job, answer any question completely and the office, waiting area and restrooms are always clean. free wi-fi and tea/coffee/water and snacks.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Wiper blade installation, Auto glass replacement, Auto maintenance, Battery, Oil change

The representatives working in the office are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional and go out of their way to ensure I understood the process. My car was leaking fuel so I had it towed to Doral s. Everyone I spoke with was professional, knowledgeable and patient. The customer service was outstanding. They clearly explained my options and gave me good advice. I didn t feel like I was being swindled. From my call to book an appointment to the services provided, Doral staff kept me informed by providing detailed information on what they were doing for my vehicle. Kyle and David really went out of their way to make sure that my experience at their shop was above any expectations that I may have had. First time using their service, came from another shop looking for better pricing and to feel that my business was important. They checked all of the boxes and gave me a new belief in service oriented businesses. I will keep going there and most importantly refer my friends and family. I highly recommend Doral's for auto repair. I was able to get an appointment the next day. They provide Lyft ride home after dropping car off and to pick it up. Work was done by next day. The $180 inspection was thorough with an emailed report detailing all findings and recommendations with photos of issues found. Sue, David & the staff are friendly and their attention to detail made me feel like both I and my car got the personalized attention that I wanted. After the work was completed they went for a test drive with me, taking the extra time to make sure my concerns about a knocking noise that they could not duplicate had nevertheless been solved by the repairs done and that we were on the same page. Everything was explained to my satisfaction & they kept me informed every step of the way. I will definately use Doral's in the future. They are dedicated to their work.

Last Friday my car started knocking when I was almost home. I took it in for an oil change (about 2,500 Miles before the sticker said to change). My Big O did an oil change, 2 serpentine belts, rear brakes (were necessary) and replaced my spark plugs and wires. The knock persisted. I deove homeAnd left the car until my appointment Monday at Doral s. They are courteous, professional and friendly. They are completely Trustworthy. Their diagnosis lead to a TSB Recall of the engine burning too much oil and needing to be replaced; my engine needed to be replaced. After calling my local dealer who said they didn t have room for a Warranty fix until sometime in May I found another dealer who was also professional. Thanks Everyone at Doral s!! I can never say enough excellent comments about the service David provides each and every time I have my vehicles serviced at Dorals. Although I would prefer to avoid the need for vehicle repair, David always provides the best customer service (personable, thorough, prompt) that I've ever experienced at other similar businesses. Be careful! I was lied to when given a quote about the cost of a repair. I took my vehicle elsewhere and found that not only did they NOT repair my vehicle correctly the first 3 times, the cost to actually repair my vehicle turned out to be extremely less than quoted me. Ever since they brough in new employees and not sure what happened to the guys that used to work in the office, it went down hill. I was actually given a break to make payments on a repair. After the guys in the office left, I was being charged for monthly fees that were never charged in the past. I was told that it is how every business does to customers. Funny that before when I made payments these fees were never charged before. I spent a small fortune here and I will never go here again.Service: Engine repair

I recently took my vehicle to this repair shop with one of those problems that had been hard to find by myself and others costing me time and money. Now, I have been in customer service for many years and I must say that this was the best experience that I have had with auto repair shops. Here is how things went: Excellent: Professionalism, Personnel attitude, knowledge and follow up. Dorals repaired my truck in a timely manner. All repairs and costs were up front in an email attachment. The technician explained what the repairs meant so I could better understand the problems. This is my second time using Dorals for a "big job." I trust their work and their word. Their work is guaranteed.

Updated review since we no longer choose Dorals for our car care. With the ownership change many things also changed. We were quoted a price for services needed by one person but when we went to pay the price was $300 more without additional work. Luckily I had the quote in writing.They did graciously honor the quoted price. However, it left a bad taste toward new ownership.

Even as busy as Doral's was, they fit me in for a regular maintenance service (oil change and tire rotation). I also had another possible issue which they checked out, easily found the cause of the problem and fixed it. Fast, professional, friendly service is what I expected and what I received. One of the two best shops in town!

My assistant was able to make an appt for me with ease. Quick drop off with friendly staff around 9am for a 60k checkpoint on a 2018 Ford Mustang EcoBoost. Very comprehensive diagnostic (best I've ever seen) sent to me within 2hrs. There were a few mistakes on the review that they said couldn't be edited but were clarified in person. No scams, no up sales, no hassle. Great place, good work, professional staff. Car is running smoothly.
