Bob, John and the mechanic (sorry don't have a name) that processed me and repaired my leaking transmission cooler on my coach were all outstanding. The mechanic also noticed an air line routing issue where it was rubbing against an axle and was wearing. He fixed it and rerouted it. This could have been a major issue down the road. Obviously paying attention to details. Great find. This is my third visit with 2 different coaches. My first coach had a major engine rebuild and it was completed perfectly. This coach had a leaking fuel line on the generator and then this leaking trans cooler.Outstanding professional understanding staff especially for the general public single vehicle owner.I highly recommend this shop not just from one experience, but now 3.Good luck and safe travels!

I had to bring my van there for recall service. I hadn't had a problem with my generator, but recall said I needed hoses and gaskets serviced at Cummins to prevent fuel leaking. Two months after service, my generator leaked fuel. Took it back. Was told they hadn't put gaskets on correctly, but they fixed that. I checked to make sure it wasn't leaking before I drove away, but didn't check to make sure it was all hooked up. They must've disconnected the generator, because it's not connected now, and power doesn't go to van. I'm beyond angry at this point. I had to drive 1 1/2-2 hours each way, twice, and now I'll have to figure out how to fix what they messed up, because I'm absolutely not driving there again.

Completely disappointed about the job. RV Cummins generator stopped working from one day to next. First it took 2 weeks, several unanswered call and an unnecessary battery check to find a trivial error like a stuck motor. In fact I had told the service guy when I dropped it off that I assumed a stuck motor. I brought the RV to a Cummings service expecting professional help. That it took an incompetent technician over 2 hours to fix an issue, which could have been done in 10 minutes by a knowledge person, it is just ridiculous. Even more is the audacity to charge for that incompetence $500. The shop should be ashamed about the quality of its service. The service manager Bob is just useless. Don t go there, customers are just rip-off targets. Bay Area at it s best.

Website says they are open until 5pm but they are not. They close at 4pm. After driving over an hour to come pick up a part, I see that they changed their business hours on the door. They should update their website to reflect the changes.

I have had a Cummins Liquid cooled Generator for 5 years. The unit is amazing along with the professional crew of people that make it happen. Matt, Angel, Jacque, and Ginelle to name a few. Thanks again for your attention to detail.

Very happy with work they did to service my 30 year old RV generator. Bob and Sandra both very pleasant and professional to deal with. They didn't replace anything that didn't need replacing. The generator works really well now. It's a good idea to be able to leave your equipment with them for a bit to allow time for a quality job.

I received quick, professional service from Cummins. Their waiting room was sparse, but comfortable. I hopefully won't need to go there again, but this was the best of all the companies we have dealt with for servicing our motorhome.

Cummins Pacific, aka Cummins West, is also the Allison transmission dealer in the area. It sells parts and service. If you know the part number, call ahead, and if they don't have it in stock, they'll order if for you for pickup or deliver it to your location. If your vehicle needs service, drive it in or tow it in. Service is not very fast, but there are a lot of backlog, as this is a popular place and they don't just do engines (and transmissions) but the whole vehicle. And unlike a lot of smaller repair places, they will work on buses too. Price is not cheap, but you get a lot for the money.

Only bad thing is if they are awaiting shipment on a part, your repair will take longer. Be sure to allow time and extra time for repairs. Other than that, the staff is professional. They returned my messages and put me to the right people. The fixed the issue on my work generator the previous shop messed up on.

Don't bother.Made appt, arrived early. Spent hours to get to the closest official cummins dealer and lost several profitable work days to be there. They didn't even touch my generator.Wasted my whole day because the rep didn't wanna bother on a Friday. Would rather I waste my day sitting around than be honest about it. Hope he enjoyed his 2+hr lunch break. What's the point of an appointment?

We recently purchases a brand new Coachman Freelander motorhome. We were driving from Colorado to northern California when our generator quit working. Called Coachman and they recommended Cummings Sales and Service in Leandro California. We called on a Friday afternoon. The scheduling service lady informed us that they were booked solid Monday thru Wednesday - our only days in the area. When I mentioned we were going to Seattle, and that camping was hard without a generator - she said "Bring it in Monday at 8am and I'll try to get you in. Not only did she try, but by 9am they had the rv in the shop, and by noon I was told it was fixed. AND it was a warranty repair.I am sooo grateful to all of them. They were understanding, courteous, and very professional! I would heartily recommend them to everyone!

We were stuck on the side of the road in our motor home with a broken fan belt. We called Cummins and they said they would send someone out Tuesday morning. When the guy didn t show we called Dustin, the moble service guy, he said that the person who was supposed to repair our motor home didn t show up to work that day. Dustin apologized, said there was nothing he can do and left us broken down on the side of the road. Fortunately, a company name T & K Moble Truck Service came to the rescue! I expected better service from Cummins, I was very disappointed and will never use or recommend them.

Very happy with the service Sandra and Bob provided to repair the Onan generator in our Roadtrek motorhome. We were in and out in a morning and they even provided a water dish for our dogs . Michelle & Cathy July 2018

I've only dealt with the parts department, but the guys there are great. Sometimes you need to go to the dealer, and it usually makes you feel a little uneasy, but they make your experience pleasant!

I definitely don t recommend this place. They don t keep their promises. Very slow, to find out the issue it took them 3 weeks, but they said that it will take 1,5 week. Very expensive, over rated labor! Poor experience, dissatisfied!

Service person named Bob responds right away. They will take care of you under warranty or not. Few places you can get a good customer service dept like this.

My company called for a filter and they said they had it. When I got there they didn't have it. This was a waste of mine and my company time.
