Excellent customer service and final result of collision repair is better than new. The process is easy, and if you get a rental they work really well with Enterprise rental and make it super easy and convenient. The lifettime warranty on the work as long as you own the vehicle is a big plus.

Unfortunately, I got hit and run. However, Im glad my insurance company works with crash champions as the body shop where I can take my vehicle for repairs, and my experience with them was amazing. I got an appointment with them the same day after I filed my claim, Dianne at the front desk was amazing. Jesse kept me updated throughout the repairs and never missed a beat. They got my vehicle ready as promised, although I had to return for some little issues but this is where you know they know how to take care of their customers, specially Jesse who took care of all of my concerns and corrected it, i didnt mind going back because I know they'll do everything to make it right, I'm really happy how my car looks and it's like nothing happened to it. Thank you, Crash Champions San Leandro, for making this experience great, and thank you for your outstanding customer service as well. You guys know how to treat customers.
