My tire went out on the freeway, and I initially went to Goodyear tires. I waited at Goodyear for more than 3 hours, and they were unable to help. I tried my luck next door at Chavitas Tire's, not only were they able to help their customer service was excellent! Great prices, and amazing service.

I purchased a set of wheels and tires for my Ram truck and a set of tires for my wife's Jeep. They gave me a great price and the customer service was A+. I'll be back for certain.

I was refer to place by a good friend! That told me to mention their name. I called once spoke with Olivia she took my information said she call me back. Never received a phone call back! So I decided to call them back and I spoke with Max. Gave him the information again . He said he would get back me or Olivia. Both these people I was refer too. Neither one call me back. I needed buy 4 tires I guess they didn't need my business. Customer service speaks for itself.

This place is amazing and perfect. The gentleman at the counter spoke perfect English, he is extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about car, tires, and products. Thank you for educating me on the elements of the tire and making the appropriate recommendations.The gentleman who checked and changed my tire performed a thorough analysis of the leak in the tire, and explained why the tire shoulder is not able to be patched. He was very gentle with my car and took his time to make sure all the parts were safely in order for me to drive.Thank you for the royal customer service, patience, and time. Thank you for a free tire check up and recommendation. I will be surely coming back for parts and tire services.Keep up the great work, proud of you guys.

The Manger Olivia was very rude and her employees as well. They have no professionalism and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes and damages they do. They have the worst service ever. If you care about your vehicle I suggest you do not take your car here!

Unfortunately after being recommended by a rim manufacturer to order and have rims installed there, the shop left my cousin high and dry and without any help with his TPMS system. The communication skills are great when ordering the rims, but once installed it's a whole different story. They have no sense of customer service. I would never recommend this shop to any of my family or friends.

Don t even think about going to this place, horrible customer service, they don t fix your problem, only make it worse and Olivia Salgado is horrible. You should be ashamed of yourself and the horrible business you run. Avoid this place at all cost!

I will never go there again. I took my car there to do my exhaust system and assumed they did the work there. They took my car and had another shop do the exhaust not to mention that shop called and asked how I wanted it done because they wanted to take my catalytic convertors off which is illegal in the State of CA. If I had known that they didn't do the work I could of done the same thing and took it to a muffler shop and had it done myself. When I first walked in Chavitas Olivia was making negative comments about my husband. Why am I paying for this I should make him pay for it. I should've said something to him I didn't want to start trouble. Out of pocket Olivia! After meeting her and five minutes later. That should've been a sign. She made sure she got paid before I even had a chance to hear and test my car. This is the first time I ever did financing like this. Mthat they ignored y car sounds horrible and is not driving right. If I'm going to pay almost $1600 for them to take my car elsewhere? I'm pissed! I would never rip anyone off that way.....the only good thing I could say is that they carry items that you can't just buy in the store. I wouldn't have them touch your car. I feel they ignored everything that I asked them to do. And charged me for hassling them. Don't go there!!!!Whoever did the welding for the exhause i think should go back and learn how to weld because its been only 3 months i have 3 holes where they welded and my exhaust leaks. By the way where did you guys Ieave my original muffler i wanted it back!!!!!

This s businesses is a joke not serious people. I called for two days nobody picks up. Online it says there open at 9 am, I go and the sign said open but the door is closed and locked. I called again nobody picks up. Just wanted to spend some money on there items but nobody answers the phone the door locked. Just wasted my time driving to this place.

They are knowledgeable about the services they provide. You can get a lot of specialty item here fore your ride. If they don't have it, they will try and order the part for you.
