From the time I entered, to the time I left, this Caliber was remarkable. I was in a bad mood coming in, as we often all are coming into a collision shop, and the staff at the front were helpful, kind, and accepting of my morbid humor.The repair was done perfectly, like it nexter happened, paint fully restored and matched. I really appreciate the relationship they have with enterprise car rental too. Being able to drop off my enterprise rental with them saved me so much time.Thanks for the chocolate, thanks for the laughs, and thank you for getting my shiny red beast back into fighting shape.

I got car accident on Feb 2, 2024, I went to San Leandro Caliber Collision without appointment, manager Mike didn't reject me, he helped me setup appointment, and did the paperwork with my insurance. I dropped off my car on Feb 21, 2024, it's done on Feb 23, 2024, my car comes very pretty, they fixed my car very well, and cleaned car body and wheel, look like new car, they even helped clean the front light, my car is 14 years old, front light glass very old, it looks new after sanding. I highly recommend this shop if you have any needs.

I had a completely outstanding experience with this shop. From the detailed work completed, to the customer service received. My car was promised to be done with a date and time and they met those expectations. I will only bring my vehicles back here when needed.

This was my second time, taking a different vehicle each time because repairs were needing to be completed due to an accident by another party. The body shop was professional, and everyone very polite, answering questions as they arise and keeping me well informed on vehicle status.

Brought my 2015 Audi S3 to Cooks Collision San Leandro at the suggestion of my auto insurance USAA. They were very friendly and evaluated the repairs for my car rather quickly. Told me because it is an import it might take a few weeks to get the parts. They called Enterprise Rent A Car down the street and they came and picked me up so I could just leave the car with them. 2 Weeks later the car was done and they called me to the shop. Didn't even have to take the rental car back to Enterprise, just left it with the shop. The work was fantastic. I can tell they really took their time with the repairs and the paint job. Looks brand new. Couldn't be happier with these guys. Would definitely use them again.

San Leandro Caliber Collision did outstanding work, in a timely manner. Best shop!! I was involved in a car accident and I was referred by my insurance to this shop and don't regret it! I appreciate the personnel and all communication they had with me! Def going back if I need anything done to my car!

I had a surprisingly good experience. I worked with Klebber, who was professional and great at communicating any changes. I also worked with Marina who was just as pleasant to work with. Awesome time management, great work, friendly customer service. Robert went above and beyond in making sure we knew exactly where we were in our process.*** We had to go back a second time since our car was hit again, need driver's training in schools... Lol. But they fixed the damage and held the car until we could pick it up, no extra charge. But , they did an excellent job.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding

I had my car repaired awhile back and i was helped by their gm Nick . Somehow he managed to make my car worse than it was before . I requested updates once a week and he couldn t even do that . When i finally got my back , he never bothered to deliver the car himself because he knew the work was bad . I took my car home to and the battery died the next day . Had to take the car back two times for something that should ve already been done . Terrible time management and customer service . Throughout the entire process everything was very well communicated from the beginning til the time it was finished. Very pleased with the quality of service they provided. Quality of the repair was excellent. However, it took a month to complete (though some of that was waiting for a piece to arrive), was extremely expensive (nearly half the cost of my car, even though it wasn't particularly bad -luckily my insurance covered it), and the communication could've been significantly better.

I brought in my vehicle on a Monday and they informed me that it will take 3-4 business days. They called me the following day (Tuesday) in the afternoon and informed me that my vehicle was ready. I was so surprised that their turnaround time was so fast. Upon pick up I couldn t even tell where the damage to my vehicle had taken place. Their quality of work, customer service, and their turnaround time is exceptional. Definitely recommend this place!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very courteous. This is the second time I brought vehicle to a caliber collision shop. And I got informed of when the car would be ready. The previous caliber collision did not thoroughly finish the job. The people here asked me for the previous info. And dealt with the work. I had taken my car to SL Caliber Collision on a recommendation from my insurance after a minor accident.The staff was friendly and professional. While my car for in for repairs, they assisted me in getting to the rental car (drop off and return afterwards)They were in direct contact, keeping me updated on progress of the repairs.The completely work was perfect. My friend was visiting from So Cal and had an accident. His insurance company sent him to Caliber. It took months and months to replace his airbags. Some of the delay was due to supply problems but ten (10!) months?Communication was not great, and when I picked up the car for him, the battery was long dead. Not great service.

I didn t rate the value because I didn t pay for it. My insurance company found them for me, I ended up needing repairs to my car after I ran over a traffic cone late at night. They said it would take about two weeks for them to complete, it only took one week! Roberto the gentleman who helped me communicated with me by text every day. Now it s my experience you put your car in the shop and you don t hear from them unless you called them so I was pleasantly surprised!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
