The only place I found that repaired a puncture on my original Tesla tire (with sound foam). Quick service (was told to wait for about an hour, which is ok for walk-in, but was in fact served in 10 mins). Price was probably on a high end (50$) but it's definitely better than buying 4 new tires for over a thousand. 2 weeks past, tire pressure didn't move. Would recommend.

I went to fix a falt tire , and just because they knew I was in rush and came at the end of the business hours , they lied about the tire not being fixable while it was , but I didn t figure out untill later . So I was pushed to buy a new tire , which unfortunately was - not in bad condition - as much as it has a very old production date which is more than 2 year. You will know what it means if you know how to buy tires which I didn t know that at that time but I do now .Tires has production date and if the production date is old more than a year DON NOT BUY THEM.Another thing I wasn t offered to keep my old tire , which they claimed it wasn t fixable but it was and I could have took it to fix it somewhere else .Even if I didn t want to take my old tire , at least they should have asked me if I want to keep it or not ?! But instead when I saw the receipt paper after work there was a NO answer to that question!!Very disappointed in how they play customers although their job was quick and service is good .But I am not going there again and I don t recommend it .

My go to place for oil change. Staff are friendly. They have good deals. One time i was there for an oil change they did it quick i was out within an hour and when i got home i want to checked the airfilter so when i pop up the hood i found a screw driver next to the hinge. Also they checked the cabin filter inside tue glove compartment and didnt put back the hinge stopper and also messed up the lights inside the glove compartment. So now it just keeps on flashing.

Horrible! I purchased two tires, and they left oil on my rims, tires do not look brand new. I also got a wheel alignment, and now my car is going over to the side

Zero star if I could!I use to do all my oil change here but not anymore.I called before I came to see how much for a brake job! The guy on the phone asked for make, model and year of the vehicle. He said it will be $400 for a full brake job.My vehicle is 2007 Toyota Yaris. I came straight forward and told the guy at the desk I need a oil change ( 5W20 motor oil) and to change only brake pads I didn t say a full brake job. He didn t give me a price for the brake pads he said I need to check them first. After taking them off and doing the job he tells me this crazy bill.Not just he overcharged me for stuff that wasn t changed, he also was trying to lie that I have brake pads in the back. My vehicle has drums in the back not rotors. And I knew that before going there.The total cost for a basic oil change (5W20 Motor oil) and front brake pads and resurface the two front rotors $848.73I did see the mechanic resurface the two front rotors. But charging me for resurfacing the rotors and charging me for replacing them? This doesn t make any sense? And has charges for front axle and charges for rear axles. And clearly the back axles has drums not rotors.I called to get half of the bill reimburse the guy refused.I ll put each charge here to let everybody judge for themselves!!FRONT BRAKE PAD SET W/HARDWARE KIT $102.44(1) REMOVE & REPLACE DISC ROTOR- FRONT, BOTH LABO $160(this not true the rotors weren t replaced because I saw them they resurface them)RESURFACE ROTORS/ DRUMSQty: two of them $100REAR BRAKE SHOE SET $65.22Nothing in the back was changed I was looking the whole time. All he did in the back wipe the outside of the drums with a dirty rug.REAR BRAKE DRUM HARDWARE KIT $39.88Again not true nothing was changed(1) REMOVE & REPLACE BRAKE SHOES BOTH $160Again not true nothing was changed or replaced in the rearRESURFACE ROTORS/ DRUMSQty: two of them $100The drums weren t resurfaced! I saw the whole thing. The crazy part how are you charging me for replacing everything and at the same time you are charging me for resurfacing them.BRAKE FLUID EXCHANGE $70BRAKE FLUID DOT 3 $15BRAKE FLUID DISPOSAL FEE $55W20 MOTOR OIL - HYPERFORM $23.40OIL FILTER $7.99OIL CHANGE LABOR $25OIL AND FILTER DISPOSAL FEE $7.50There is tax and other nonsense too.Let everyone see for them self how crazy these charges are!! This is not how you do business or how you keep customers coming!!He claims he gave me a lot of discounts when I called for half of the bill to be reimbursed.

Came out of a meeting yesterday to find a flat tire. AAA said 2 hour wait. Found a nearby gas station, put in some air and limped to Big O. They were awesome! Obviously, I didn t have an appointment but they took me right away. Fixed the tire quickly and inexpensively and got me on my way home for my 45 minute drive, without a worry. Everyone at the shop was friendly and professional. Could not have had a better experience on such a bad day. Thank you Big O!

I brought my car last week supposedly to be fixed but my car still has the same problem I call them to see if they could fix and they said I need to pay again even though they didn t even fix my car. I m was a customer but now after that I had to pay 2 times and still nothing done my service will go somewhere else. I would not recommend ever coming to this place again.

I like going to this location because the sales people know their business and give good advice. They clearly explained the options to me, as well as the pricing. When it turned out that I needed additional repairs, that I was not able to do at that time, they provided me with an explanation of what was needed and even provided a picture of the part for me.

Will never do business here. Called one afternoon after discovering a nail in my tire. I was told it can be serviced if I came before 5:00. I arrived 5 minutes prior and was told it was not possible. I wasted 20 minutes to get there after being told it was possible to find out it was not. The person who answered the phone could have informed me that it was likely but not guaranteed.

On Wed, 11/2/22, Big O Tires claimed to have repaired my tire. I drive away and my PSI on that tire keeps dropping. I return to Big O Tires and they look at it again and realized that they missed a puncture. They fixed it and reassured me it was safe to drive. I drove a little bit and I noticed my PSI was still dropping! I came back and they informed me I just had to drive longer and the reading would show it s normal. One of the workers was super rude and urged me to just drive away now. As it turns out, my tire flattened only 20 minutes later. I wasted three hours at a place that did nothing. What if I had gone on the freeway? I could ve been killed by people who are supposed to be tire experts! Unbelievable.

If I can rate no stars I would , it s crazy my dad went to go for an alignment for my nephews truck he had an accident a week prior . They had told my dad it was gonna be about 3,000 roughly because they said the shocks were bad and other things were damaged so they couldn t do the alignment . My dad thought something wasn t right so he went to go get a second opinion from another place in Castro valley they did a whole truck check they did the alignment for 90 bucks my dad asked is anything damaged or needs to be replaced he said nope everything is in good condition that s why I could do the alignment . Crazy saved my nephew and dad 2,910 bucks moral of the story always get a second opinion mechanics love to rob money for no reason smh

changed 4 sumitomo tires for my hond civic lx. buy 3 get 1 free. good price. nice people good work. a little problem that 3 tires date code are 2020 1 date code is 2023. l think this problem from tire manufacturer . thanks!

Got 2 flat tires in a week but Big O tire save us with their free and fast service because i registered for a warranty when we replaced all my tires last year from them.

Ulysis customer service was excellent. I appreciate how he gave me options and kept me informed . Also thanks goes to the guy(sorry I didn't get his name) who worked on my truck. My truck rides like a brand new vehicle nice and smooth. And thank you for the information I needed to know. I will be back

This was my first visit and I was not disappointed. The service was quick and excellent. Mark knows his stuff and was clear and conscientious about getting what my car needed. The only thing I was surprised about was no places to sit to wait for car repairs "inside" rather than outside. Maybe there is a waiting room I didn't see. Great service though!

Be careful when you come in if you don't know what's wrong with car. Sure they are super helpful but wait til they tell you how much the work is going to cost. I sat in their waiting room and sales guys prey on unsuspecting patrons. They say the Same thing in different languages just to get customer.to fork over money.

"Big O Tire's" I can't say enough good things about this place and the Good people who work here. The prices and the products are top notch if you're on a budget and don't want to taken advantage of like some Tire shops around Hayward will do and has done too me, but I will not patronize them from now on. "Big O's on Washington ave. in San Lorenzo are always there and Happy to Help You.

I was on my way to work, and I heard a clicking (never a good sign). I pull over, take a look at my tires and sure enough there was a bolt jammed into my tread. I pull up the closest location to me so that I can get the bolt removed and be on my way to work. Big O Tires was the first location to pop up. The store was just opening according to Google so I figured I would be one of their first customers and sure enough when I pulled in, there weren't very many customers which was great because I was in a bit of a hurry. I went to the counter, told the guy about my situation, included that I needed to get to work at least twice. The manager behind the counter did not seem like he was thrilled to be there or to help me with my problem. When you go into places like this, you are already in a terrible mood and usually the service is reassuring and helpful. The manager here, did not say much. He walked to my car demanded that I do a few things for him so he could take a look at the bolt and then told me it would be about half an hour. I didn't mind his attitude too much because half an hour was a decent amount of time to get me to work. Two hours later, my care still hadn't been worked on. I went to talk to the manager, he didn't know where my paperwork was (which included the location of my car key) and he didn't apologize or explain the wait to me at all. After he found my paperwork, it was just a this is how much it will be and here are your keys. I am glad this tire spot isn't my go-to tire spot because I will not be servicing my vehicle here again.

Rick handled was very polite. I enjoyed the small talk. He made my day. Ruck also made sure the services performed were top notch and timely. Rick also brought a brake issue to my attention and told me what needed to be done. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had.

The service performed on our 2004 Toyota Sienna was a periodic tire rotation. The work was done quickly, efficiently and in a professional manner as it has always been done in the past. I appreciate the enthusiasm of the staff in their treatment of me and in the expertise that they exercise when doing their tasks. They acknowledge my presence and always treat me with respect as they do with the other customers that I observe while I am waiting for my vehicle to be finished. A great example of a well trained staff and managerial leadership. I treasure my long relationship with this business.

They always take care of us fast and fairly. I take a fleet of trucks and they're always friendly and very honest. They do more than just tires and oil changes. Several of my employees also go to them for their personal vehicles and they all come back with great reviews.

Angel and the auto technician staff shows professionalism in all aspects of customer service. The turn around for auto service is exceptional less than two hours depending on the auto service needed on the make and model of the automobile.

John is always such a joy to see. I came out of my home to find one of my tires completely flat. I had the tow truck tow my car to Big O. The problem was solved quickly and efficiently. All of my family lets Big O service all of our cars because of the great service we get. Thank you so much!
