They wasted my time advertising they had Camry wheels in stock. I even messaged them asking them if they had them, but when I arrived they did not have them. The guy there tried selling other rims instead. Don t waste your time here, these people are scammers.

Worst shop to buy rims NEVER PAY IN FULL before they waste a customers time by telling them the will arrive at the shop the following day. I ordered z28 22 rims and tire set, paid the full amount after one of the twin brothers that owns the shop telling me they will arrive tomorrow i called and they said they not there yet will arrive tomorrow. I was like okay cool i can wait another day. Never arrived this persisted for 2 weeks of the same story. I just asked for my refund i guess the money on something else since it took another 2 weeks to get back. Terrible service no integrity for other property or money. I ended up going to east bayz on mission st hayward they did me right.

Been here since they opened. Car has been here over A week. Workers lied that the owner wasn't there which he actually was. Didn't want to give my money back, didn't want to fix my car. Asked me to wait. Wanted to give my rims to someone else. Then I see my rims and the owner to lies and say they were for someone else. At the end of the day because I'm just leaving Rims finally on and have rest of the money back. Poor customer service. Employees standing around smoking Weed. Would NOT recommend then to NO ONE!!!

Save your money doing business with this place. I purchased $4000.00 worth of tires and rims from this location. When i went to swap my rims for the winter I found that the technicians never returned my factory lug nuts and wheel lock. I explained to THE OWNER! that I was told they had put them back and that I would like them to be returned to me. Instead of an apology and a solution to the issue, I was told it was MY FAULT! For not checking and that I would have to purchase new lug nuts at an Auto zone on my own dollar. The lack of respect this owner has not just toward a customer but to his business and employees is beyond comprehension. Technicians in a last minute situation will make mistakes. I am one myself and I understand why they forgot to return them. But for an owner to act like a child in denial of all responsibility for his businesses actions is pathetic. I worked hard to pay off the amount I owed so that I could return to buy another set of rims and tires (and avoid the !!!!!100%!!!!! interest rate they do not mention advertising their payment plan.) One star is one too many for this business. No Cap.

This place has saved me twice now; both times they've been nothing but helpful and friendly and I couldn't recommend them more. They charge very fairly and service you faster than Costco or big o tires ever wish they could. This will definitely continue to be my go-to for any car related services

This Is one of the worst place to go for tires, I went in there 4 months ago and bought tires for my truck and after 1 month of riding on the tires they were cupping and went back to the shope to ask what was wrong with my tires and they told me that it needed an alignment so went to align my truck, it keeps cupping my tire and I go back to to get my warranty my tires and the manager tells me he needs to send my tires out to the manufacturer, so I told him that they needed to put other tires, he told me that I needed to leave $582 dollars to be able to put other tires on my truck, so I told him that I was not going to give up $582 dollars for other tires, so if any one wants to join me I am going to SUE the tire shop they sell product cheap and really bad quality I have three tire shops that are backing me up. UNLESS THE OWNER WANTS TO TALK TO ME THEN THATS A DIFFERENT STORY.

Don t trust them, not professional at all. Very crafty person. They will push you to buy their poor quality products with high price. They already changed their business name a few times. PLEASE READ COMMENTS BEFORE GO TO THIS CAR SHOP.

I love this place they always have a good attitude, and they always know how to take care of their customers with or without any type of attitudes, Band-Aid or not they know how to treat their customers and they give good prices. I will always buy my tires from them have not yet but rims, but hoping to one day.

Do not go to this shop!!! Total scam went to it for tires they ended up damaging my hoses under the car to cause coolant leaks. Had 0 issues before with the car soon as I left this place car started overheating. Not one drop of oil in my garage before and the guy had the nerve to say I have a small leak and should bring it to them or they can recommend someone to fix it, a scam and joke! It took them 3 days to clear a rack for me to get an alignment job done which I was charged for upfront on the first day. I was told over the phone it would be $389 for new tires and ended up paying $500 plus left with a broken car! I wish I never went there dont make the same mistake!

I went to this shop to buy a new tire. The tire was in good condition so I figured this might be the new shop I go to whenever I need any tire related work done. Anyways, I ended deciding to upgrade my suspension system. I bought some performance struts and thought it'd be a good idea to come here to have them installed. About 4 months later I start hearing a loud clicking noise coming from the front end of my car. One day as I'm driving the driver side strut finally came loose and whenever I'd turn, a loud screeching noise would be made. I thought the strut was defective, but when I went to a different shop to have the "defective" ones replaced, they told me they were still good and holding pressure. All in all this shop did not install them correctly. Would not recommend!!

I was referred to this shop from one of my friends. I came in to replace my tires and they gave me a great deal with an alignment too. My car drives super smooth now. They were busy, but they still got me in and out quick. Great service and I will be back some rims soon :)

Front desk people very nice and try to be helpful however the owner Alex is not accountable for his bussiness they have great prices and helpful staff and being an operations Manager I understand there can be delay but my tires never showed up and once they were 3 days late I had to go elsewhere as I had a road trip. I told 11 times my my deposit would be returned to it has been over a week and they have not submitted the refund to my account yet. Alex YOU owe me $300 dollars please promptly return my money as you did not provide goods or services.

Had four new tires put on my Cadillac Deville. Out the door it was $300, not bad. Only issue I had was them not calling me back when they got the tires in stock. Had to go down there a wait. If it wasn't for that I'd give them five stars.

These guys will take care of whatever you need. I was overdue for a tire rotation. One of my tires had uneven wear, yet my other three had good tread to last me at least 8-10k miles. America s Tire Co and Mels wouldn t do it and tried to up sell me a new set. I drove to Bay Area Tires & Wheels and in 15 min they had them rotated and I was on my way. Worth the $40 charge, and I was able to get every mile out of those old Continentals.

Be careful with this place. Pay close attention to this place Adil the Indian guy in the office. ordered me some supposed to be new brakes and roaters. After a couple of months the pads already making noise. One of the guys test drove . Stated you have 70% left. Which was all lies. So i went beck there a few weeks after because the noise was worse. So they took a look at them to find out this time they are all the way down. So they replaced . But while driving on them defective brakes and roaters. My calipers messed up now they dont want to fix them. JESUS BE A FENCE . I'm trying to do things the right way.

On May 22,18. I took my car there for brakes and tires. Was told my car was ready. Then the mechanic hit 2 parked cars on the lot. He said the brakes felled. 2 weeks later the owner has felled to give myself or the other owner any information. He doesn't have insurance at this location. I have been a customer for years and don't deserve to be treated like this. It's very sad. However I will get justice!!!!

been coming here for 5 years now and never had a problem. came here with my audi a6 at the time and now my acura never had a issue. wait time is short and also my wheels never scratches due to installation like another place i went to. prices are also great

Best prices ever and they install the tires quickly! I compared their prices a few times and they beat their competitors everytime. I was quoted $390 for four brand new tires by a tire shop in Marin. I called Bay Fair and they quoted me $289 out the door and installed. My cheapest favorite tire spot and they have crazy deals on rims!

walked in gone one on one help. Didn t have the rims I wanted in stock. Mo was on the phone to get the rims I wanted from another warehouse and personally went and got them for me. car got new shoes , looking slick.very personable employees as well.thanks

I went there to installed 6 tires for both of my trucks, ( nissan frontier and a silverado) and after investigating most of the shops around, this guys gave me an excellent price on my tires. And not only that, but the service that I received by Alex and Jacob were stupendous. The only thing that it needs is more parking spaces.Other than that, the service was fantastic, I definitely will comebackif If I ever need tires or wheels.

Im really disappointed in how they treated me and my car. I had to called them every week to see if they where going to do the work that my car needed it. They said, that they where able to do whatever my car need it work on. But end it up being a lie. Every time I called was an answered saying, come next week and we will have ir ready. No one had really an answer to my questions. It was time for me to come and pick it up and nothing was done to my car. Same thing happen over and over again. Until today I decided to take home an non working car out of this shop. It took them a month in a half to no do nothing to my car. Will not recommend to no one.

I don't know how this place is still in business. Worst experience ever. Took over 2 hours to replace my tires from start to finish. I waited and watched the struggle the entire time.Brought my car in at 5pm, they close at 6pm. Dude assured me they would be done by closing. I finally left a little after 7:30pm, honestly not feeling comfortable after seeing them work on my car that the job was done right but after waiting so long I just wanted to go home in hopes these guys know what they are doing.First we'll start off that one tire wasn't even on all the way, If I don't notice before driving off they would have never corrected it. They replaced a metal valve stem with a cheap rubber one because their machine broke my original one. I saw them wrenching on my wheel and the guy said my TPS sensor was loose but it was the actual valve stem they screwed up.I drove home and on the freeway it felt like my wheels where going to fall off with the steering wheel shake and vibration so I exited and stopped at the nearest gas station. All my wheel lugs were there so I checked the tires and come to find out they gave me a different brand tire than what I paid for!!!I'm assuming they didn't balance my wheels so I'm going to have to go back tomorrow to have this all corrected but their shop is so out of wack I'm almost considering going somewhere else just to make sure it's done right.I ended up taking the streets home just to be safe.To top it off, right when I got home and pulled in my driveway the TPMS sensor light came on... I won't be surprised if I wake up tomorrow with a flat tire..
