I made a very grave mistake by taking my Lexus IS 250 car to Najib, a very shady mechanic. He is a rip-off! Charged me $590 for labor to change my brakes without informing me first about the bill, and he also hiked the prices of the brake pads by listing the brake pad set price $130 differently from the brake pad rotors to $90 each! He also performed a service i never requested for $110! This dude ripped me off badly, charging me $1060 just to change my brakes! And when he was confronted, he was so mean and rude about it. I should have known he is terrible, and that is why his mechanic workshop is always empty with no cars for repairs most of the time. Please do not ever take your vehicle to this shop for repairs!!!UPDATE!!!Not true, Najib! I never told you that the dealership charged me $3800 to $4000 to fix any brakes. I never took my vehicle to the dealership to fix my brakes! You never informed me of the price of $1060 when you advised that I fix the front brakes. Besides, the initial bill you told me was $600, not $680. You took advantage of the fact that I was a lady, and I did not know that I could go get the parts myself and just pay you for labor to get it fixed. There was no way I would have agreed to pay $590 to have my brakes fixed as you claimed it took you almost 4 hours to change my brakes! I never asked you to change the rotors. You just fixed everything yourself because you saw the opportunity to rip me off despite the fact that I told you the price was too much and you were planning to rip me off again by asking me to bring my car next month to change the Serpentine fan belt, which you claim costs $195! You could have changed the fan belt the same day you fixed my brakes, but you claimed it was a lot of work! That was why you were so eager to have me sign the invoice the moment I came to pick up the car. If you tell another lie, I will upload the invoice and receipt here!

I appreciate, the workers for all of their hard work. Najib, really is a good person, the work that is done on my car, I'am very pleased with. Najib, is an honest man.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Najeb for 17 years. I have recommended Advantage to my children and my friends. Najeb is a very honest and straight forward man with great integrity. I always feel secure bringing my vehicle here when it has problems. Not many honest mechanics around much any more but so glad to know that He is still here. May God continue to bless him, his family and his business.

I was ripped off at this place! He quoted me a price BEFORE the work was performed and at the end charged me 50% more than what he had originally quoted me! Absolutely got tipped off and most certainly won t be going back there again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Small shop but the owner was very helpful and informative. Did work on my Lexus that I was reluctant about letting anyone else do except the dealership. Let's just say I'll be taking my car here from now on. Saved me a fortune
