Outstanding, per usual these people are well rounded from department to department. I pass two Honda dealerships on my hour drive to get service done with them and only them because of the excellent quality! Much love for this quality group of people and company there of! The Real reason I use this dealership is because of the service manager, Christian, who is both professional, warm, friendly, trustworthy, and someone who I know will not recommend any service that s unnecessary. That level of trust is hard to find, and I can t say how much I appreciate his professionalism and his courtesy. The dealership itself has a lot of nice touches, including popcorn, chocolate chip cookies, coffee on tap that s better than the average dealerships, coffee and a general attitude, a friendliness and warmth that is fairly rare and anything this side of A Lexus.

Always a great experience here. Safwat has sold me three Hondas, every time it s been a great experience. His team is top notch, and Eyad in finance makes you feel like you re having a beer with a good friend while you hash out all the boring details. I ll always buy my Hondas from Safwat at Ocean Honda!

My husband and I had been looking for a new car to trade my suv in for. The search was becoming frustrating but thanks to Aaron we had my old car traded in and I had my new car ready to go. Great experience buying a used car from this dealership. Preston was very friendly and we didn't feel any pressure from him, the sales manager Leo, or the finance manager Edgar. They actually went above and beyond to repair a scrape on the car we purchased from them, and gave us a loaner while it was being repaired. Would definitely recommend buying from them if looking into purchasing a vehicle.

Good dealer, have used for service, usually a bit pricey unless you take advantage of their monthly specials - which usually just put them at the reasonable prices compared to competition. I prefer to have major work done by a dealer on the engine and they have always done a good job. Service team is nice, vibe is good. General trust level is high.Only one unsatisfactory job on brakes a few years ago, which is why I m not giving five stars.

I came in yesterday to discuss my lease termination and had been helped by Aoudi who is the leasing manager at this site. He took care of me and gave me the best options with better prices.I would strongly recommend coming here for any service, trade-in, or simply to get an estimate on a new vehicle.Hope you guys are ready to see me for the next 3-5 years :)

I would highly recommend Ocean Honda. Brandon was wonderful. He explained the problem I was having and what was under warranty. He also told me about a recall that I should be looking out for involving in an issue with the fuel pump which could result in the car stopping unexpectedly. The dealership has food and beverages and a friendly team. They fixed my car the same day and provided me with transportation back home. I found my go to Honda dealer.

Our most recent 4 vehicles have been leased here, at Ocean Honda, with Aoude. My wife trusts him and our kids have just loved him from the start. Naturally, we were super bummed to hear that he was out of office, recuperating from a medical procedure. Our thoughts and prayers are with Aoude, in his recovery from surgery - Get well soon, Aoude! In Aoude s stead, I was assisted by Mike Rosales who was super chill and easy to work with. Our situation was bad due to exceeding our mileage allowance but, with the help of Manny Alba, and my parents co-signing, I was able to get into a super sick, brand spanking new, 2024 CR-V! Which my wife and kids are 100% stoked on.Thank you Mike and thank you Manny for staying late, being so flexible, and being so helpful!

Ocean Honda takes great care of my Pilot, Accord and Civic. After a service, they wash the car, and vacumn the interior. They check all totals on my vehicles, to ensure they are all in top performance. The Head Service Advisor is Christian, has been for over 25 yrs. HE IS THEE BEST!

I was warned about ocean Honda by a co-worker but didn t listen and now I know I should have. My experience with the actual sales person was great. He was happy and supportive and caring. The sales manager however was a whole different experience. The arrogance was palpable and we were flat out told that they mark down their used vehicles to bring people in only to tack on about $6,000 in additional fees (not including taxes) that they refused to remove. We were actually told that he d rather sell the car to someone else than remove those fees. I ve never had such a terrible experience with a sales manager like that (and I work in sales). We went elsewhere and found a great, honest deal with upfront pricing.

This was the most pleasant and easiest car purchase I have ever made. Bryan was courteous, knowledgeable about the Ridgeline I bought, and it was a no hassle kind of deal. The manager Garret came in to shake my hand and thank me for my business. And finally, Eyad the Finance Manager, was very nice and made all the contract paperwork clear and simple. I really appreciate being valued and from now on I will be customer there for life.

I recently bought a vehicle from Preston (sales representative) and Sean Spinuzzi (Finance). They were both kind and honest. They answered all my questions. When it came to financing my vehicle, they were direct and honest and clear. I had the best experience with them! I have been to 12 previous dealerships before here and I had people try to lie in the contracts when it came to purchasing the vehicle. At Ocean Honda with Preston and Sean, I would recommend everyone and my family to buy a vehicle from them. I am so thankful that they took care of me. I highly recommend everyone to go here and ask for them!! Sean the finance guy was very helpful, kind, patient, and knew his information very well. If it wasn't for him, I may not have purchased the car. Thank you Sean!

I just bought my 2024 Honda Civic Sport from here and had a really good experience. The whole staff was very friendly and willing to hep me out with everything. Preston was nothing but amazing and caring, and helped me out so much with all the questions I had. After finding out a mistake I made regarding the contract, Aldo, who is their finance guy helped me solve that issue by going through all the paperwork once again to make sure I got everything right on the contract this time, which was very nice of him. Overall amazing people and amazing vibes at Ocean Honda. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I recently purchased a new 2023 Civic Hatchback Touring from this dealership and I must say, it was the BEST dealership experience I have ever had. There were absolutely no games, everything was up front and honest, and every single person I dealt with was nothing but cordial, professional, and friendly. If you have had bad experiences at other car dealerships (as it seems we all have), you should try visiting these guys. I made an appointment to see the car after a quick phone call in which they gave me the actual price of the car (again NO GAMES!) and that price was honored at the dealership without having to mess around at all. Even the finance manager was extremely friendly, didn't push unnecessary items on me, and there were absolutely no hidden fees that weren't disclosed before I came to the dealershipl. I will be advising anyone in my life to work with these guys in the future. To say I am satisfied is a massive understatement.Thank you Morgan, Aoude, and the whole team for making the process as easy as it can be.
