I love this shop, won t go anywhere else. After being ripped off by others I was lucky to find Oscar who is honest, has integrity and genuinely cares. The mechanics are all professionally certified. Hard to find a trusted shop, one that guarantees work and shows you the parts they removed and replaced. He rebuilt my front end replaced steering box billstein shocks all front end steering parts and alignment drives like a dream now. Thanks Oscar for all you did, appreciate you so much.

BEWARE!!!!*****DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT !!!!!!!take your vehicle to this place I took my Jetta Volkswagen to this place because because my engine light turned on. They ran a few test and said I needed to get something fixed to my engine which cost me $3000 plus I paid for an alignment. Within 24 hours the engine light was back on and the supposed alignment was never done. Called them and they told me it will cost more to fix the light. So at home I did some research and everyone said to check the gas cap first bought a 25 dollar gas cap and guess what!! THE LIGHT WAS OFF. Took my car to a different place and was told my alignment was never done. IMPACT AUTO MOTIVE IS THE WORST PLACE THAT CHARGERS YOU LOTS OF MONEY AND DOESN T EVEN FIX THE CAR.Service: Auto engine tuning

Best shop to go to hands down. They know what they are doing. They are detailed and explain everything to you before they do anything. Prices are fair and honest. Oscar is super reliable always there when I need anything, no matter how big or small he can do it all. He's quick efficient and keeps lines of communication open during the job. Ricardo has also helped me, he patched my tire so quick, it was not even 20 min that I was there. I don't go anywhere else. I appreciate everything these guys do they keep my car running for my kids and I. I've been here several times and their performance is always the best.

Best auto experience I've ever had!I drive a school bus converted into a tiny home. 2000 GMC Savanna with 20k original miles.I originally took it to West Escondido Automotive (find my horrid review for them on Google and yelp) and absolutely regretted it. In short, they said it was going to cost 12k for routine maintenance and some other stuff...I said no, but my fuel system did need to be updated and replaced, so we moved forward with just that job...Once they finished, They did not check it before giving me my bus back and the sending unit was defective. My bus broke down and I had to have it towed back to West Escondido... A week later west escondido claimed the fuel bleed air valve was leaking air into my tank. I had just gotten in contact with Impact Auto to explain the situation. They were very honest and concerned about the other shops diagnostics. They thought they were charging too much and were skeptical of the now "leaking" valve that would cost me $320 to replace.I told West Escondido to fix my sending unit and give me my bus. I took it to Impact Auto and within a few hours they did a full check of my vehicle, to find similar findings, but DID NOT find that valve leaking. The other auto shop had lied, did not properly check my vehicle before returning and tried to upcharge like crazy.Impact Auto almost did the entire laundry list of things needed for 4k in a super timely manner. They sent updates, pictures, had reliable recommendations and included labor on several projects to offset the cost. Will be my go to shop on the west cost.Thank you Sergio and Oscar.

As a female, trustworthy mechanics are hard to find. I've been a customer for 2 years and they have been honest, reasonably priced and I am never under pressure. Love them.

Worked on my F250, timely and best price in the area. Professional and courteous service. I am from out of town and their price beat everyone else.
