Be careful going to this shop. I came in to get my bmw looked at because TPMS light was on and the car was a little bit veering to the right when on the freeway. I figured it was low on air. The old mechanic said he'll take a look at it. Sure enough the tire pressure on the front driver side was low. So he then proceeded to put air on all 4 tires. And he tells me this story about how long he's been on business and how people are getting rip off by the dealership. I thought oh wow this guy's is pretty experienced. He then tells me he'll hook up his scanner to scan the codes. Mind you, I don't have any CEL on. After waiting for 15 mins he then tells me he has the state of the art scanner and scans everything. And tells me I have lots of error codes in my ECU. I'm like ok but I don't see no codes in my dash. He tells me it's all hidden codes and only his high end scanner sees it. All along I thought he was doing this as a complimentary thing. This old guy is dishonest and not upfront. He never told me that there was an upfront charge for what he would be doing. I don't mind paying for the air for all tires. He Charged me 160 dollars for putting air on my 4 tires and just for hooking up his scanner. He also told me he checked my suspension and everything in the front is in good condition. The my controls arms and front shocks are good. . He didn't want me to leave and demanded I pay the 160. Stay away from this crook. WOODRIM AUTO REPAIR SHOP. Total ripoff.Update after driving the car.My front steering is still veering to the right when on the freeway.Service: Tires
