Jose with his smart mouth and broken spanish should correct his bad attitude and snarky attitude. I came in requesting help for an item and his suggestion and he responded in a sarcastic and disgusting demeanor. He was quick to say something I had was not for my vehicle but then corrected himself and said it in fact was. How about think before you speak? He should get off his high horse and fix his broken Spanish before embarrassing himself trying to pretend like he s better than his customers.

I went in today to buy a windshield wiper for my car had no idea what I was looking for or where to start the 2 Gentleman where very polite and helpful I believe the man s name was Jose he even came out to my car to install it for me while it was pouring rain I appreciate it very much the whole process was under 10 minutes fast efficient and effective thank you.

These guys have been providing the best customer service in the area for decades; not just for auto parts, but in general. It seems like a rarity to go into a store met with helpful, friendly, and consistent service these days. While Napa may not always have the cheapest prices, they offer great products that the guys at Winchester will back as much as possible. Cheers guys!

Came in for a specific battery for a Jeep Wrangler, they didn't have what we wanted in stock. The manager named John, called a battery place, found what we needed, instantly will called it, charged us $30 less than what it would cost at the other place, and got us the battery we needed. 10/10 service, would recommend anyone that needs anything to come here!

I have a commercial account and they always, ALWAYS do what they can to find me the right parts and get them to me as fast as possible. They sell good quality parts and all the guys know their stuff! Jeff, Rich, Don (please forgive me for not naming everyone) and the drivers at this store are very polite. They all make my work day run smoothly. I can t thank them all enough! I am very grateful for them.

Their prices is way too high. The PentosinCHF 11s power steering fluid is very expensive $39.99+ tax in Ebay is only $26.97+ tax =$29.59 free shipping. I suggest before buying here to canvass online.Ebay Motors is the best place to shop than any other automotive stores.

The cashier had great customer service I was having a hard time look for a part and the cashier Raymond help me look up the right parts I need for my GMC he was being very patient with well I was on the phone with my husband explain to him what part we needGreat service young kid with a great smile

I have shopped here for 18 years. (Originally at another location a mile away.) They have never steered me wrong. They are helpful and knowledgeable and don't try to take advantage of a woman. They will even come out into the parking lot and install your new wipers!

people don't come here buy a parts they scams they didn't let you return items the same day i purchase parts they don't let me return or re credit anything they sale so expensive parts compare another store they let you return and cheap parts people don't come here buy anything frome here ok

Awesome place to look for hard to find parts for older cars. Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. John was a big help when I was hunting down part. This guy gets the job done. If other places failed you give them a try

Rude sales person, I called on friday and ordered a Pacific brand of brake rotors they said they would have them on saturday about 4pm. I went to their store on saturday at 10 am to make sure parts were ordered. They said the parts were in,I said ok let's see them.they brought out napa parts not the parts I wanted.then the rude sales kid said in a rude tone we cant the power stop rotors, well if that's true why do they have sale flyers up in the store. I said and ment I will never go back their again . Over inflated prices for junk parts and rude people.

Had great customer service, called regarding Windshield wiper blades for 2002 Ford/Thunderbird. They had Rainex to fit my car, spoke with Jose, on the phone, when I went to the store on White Rd, a very nice young man sold them to me and installed them for me also! I try to give my business to this automotive store because they are always nice to me ( a little ole lady). Jo Aston

I am pretty sure that the guys here are mechanics on the side. The best thing is I often dont know the terms for what I need and if I describe what I am looking for they know immediately what I am talking about. Most auto stores will just say that if I don't know what I need they can't help me. They even explained what I needed to do to fix my problem step by step. Great place, great people, great prices.

Friendly neighborhood auto shop. Been coming here for 20 years. They have many different types of items that you can find there over other monopolized auto shops. You receive a very personable experience as well as informative knowledge that applies to the task you are working on.Ex. I had a pair of dashboard lights I was trying to replace. I couldn't find them anywhere in stores except online. However, when I went in to WInchester auto, John was able to work with me and to see what I had. He had an extra pair of replacement lights on stand by that I could substitute for the burnt out ones. We made it work rather than me search or guess for products online.

If I could give 10 star I would Gracson was awesome customer service and has great people skills. He went beyond standards in helping my frustration and failure in finding a hard to find part I thank him for trying and having compassion in his work. Wish all CSin auto parts store was as he . Big fan of the winchester chain. I usually go to the campbell site, but i was closet to this store, and it feels a bit unorganized on the shelves. Ultimately had great customer service and the parts i needed were readily available!

Very good service all counter people very helpful will show computer blow up if part you my be looking for for better identifying shelves fully stocked if they dont have your part they can order it and usauly can get it from the warehouse ir overnight nice location easy to see from street and quality parts they stand by

They sold me the wrong part then argued with me for twenty minutes about it instead of helping.then I went to the Winchester on capital and I was helped and found my part. The wrong part they first sold me also cost me almost 1000$ in other parts. don't go to the Winchester on white!!!!!!!!! Also the e36 transmission mount bushings that first appear on there computer are incorrect and cause a lot of damage they had to get the correct ones for me from another oem source. I hope this helps someone
