Horrible experience at this mechanic shop! Brought my car in for a minor repair and ended up regretting it big time. Not only did they fail to fix the initial issue, but they also managed to create new problems. The staff was unapologetic and didn't take responsibility for their mistakes. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable mechanic elsewhere. He s also racist, I caught him saying racist things to me in their language, I knew they were saying something about me, so I put google translate and it was horrific things about my ethnicity, such a horrible experience, he messed up my car my only source of transportation, and didn t want to be responsible for it. Tells people the same thing always, if he messes the car he tells them it s their transmission, I hope Karma gets back at them.

What can I say. TY is the man!! Was referred by my brother who takes all his cars there. So I figured I would give him a shot. So far he has fixed my Toyota RAV4 drive shaft and also done oil changes for both my cars. Not only is he honest but he has a good team of mechanics there and they offer free estimates but on top of that reasonable prices so I appreciate. Dad and definitely highly recommend White road Auto services and will be bringing back my vehicles there. Thank you!..

We ve taken many cars there and recommended Thai to friends and family. We just had a car break down and my husband called to find out if he could get it towed there and they could look at it. Thai refused to help us. He simply said he couldn t help us. Truly disappointing.

This Tai mechanic use to help me and my family out a lot with our car troubles,but recently he mentioned about losing control over his personal hatred towards Mexican s people and black people and told me he doesn t want to help me anymore because I m Mexican ( my last name is Gomez ). So the last incident was very bad with Tai treating me very mean, this was the beginning week of May a SATURDAY, I reached out over my wife who was sitting in the passenger side of our car and Tai( the mechanic ) was sitting down on the driver s side when I handed him my car keys through the passenger side,he (Tai ) then grabbed my car key very hard and ruff pulling and grabbing the car key from my hand really fast and mean. I was just floored and I was feeling very sad and depressed, after he said I can t fix this and he walked away talking to himself saying he hates Mexican s and black people I will never go back there again Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement

The best place ever , very friendly, knows exactly what's wrong with my car, Worked hard to meet the time frame to finished the job. They adjust all my engine valves one by one, changed all gaskets on my sparkplug and replaced signal light bulb on my Acura MDX 2004. I would recommend Tai and his colleagues to everyone. Ty has to be the most honest and fair mechanic I have ever met in my life. If he isn't sure of something, he'll tell you. If the work is going to be expensive and there is a much cheaper and reliable alternative, he'll tell you. If your car is ready to die and it isn't worth fixing, he'll tell you. Other mechanics will know this and still try to fix it to charge you even though they know that your car is a lost cause and will break again any moment. My family has trusted all our vehicles and our friend's vehicles to Ty for over 10 years now.

My grandfather started going to Ti years ago, now my parents have been going to Ti for auto service for over 10 yrs and they are 100% satisfied with him & his teams work. Ti is professional, friendly & highly-skilled in what he does. Our whole family love to refer Ti (White Road Auto Service) to everyone!

I've worked on cars for a decade. 4 years of that full time dealing with many service providers. This place is the real deal. Honest prices, ridiculously fast service, genuine and straight forward, answers the phone, no nonsense attitude. Highly recommend.

Tie Owner operator this guy is magical mechanic he has all the diagnostic equipment and the experience of the master mechanic he is Tie is fair and honest 5 stars more like 10 stars been taking cars if all makes and models to him for years they go in bad and come out great (does smog) I don't go anywhere else but to white road automotive service

Very bad customer service from the owner. I brought a wheelchair accessible van for repair back on December 20, 2017 for steering wheel leak & the windshield wipers. They only fixed the steering leak & told me to come back for the wipers. I came back three times. He told me he too busy to do the job for me, I will never bring my car back for repair again.

You know the old business rule of fast, cheap, quality, pick 2? Well these guys don't. Didn't overcharge, replaced what I needed. Didn't have me waiting around all morning.
