Terrible customer service. Called and booked an appointment two days in advance for a simple tire rotation job that was supposed to take half an hour. Once I arrived, I had to wait for 45min to talk to someone. They said the wait time is 4-5 hours. I asked them why did you tell me the wait time is 30min on the phone? The staff rudely dismissed that and said it doesn't matter that you have an appointment! Feel free to leave!! I'd never take my car to this shop again.

Wheels works provides better service than skips across the street. Used skips for years but have transition all my cars. Only issues was WW promised to used a coupon and it wasn t added initially. I felt like the person was trying to get an additional $100 out of me.I had a fair amount of things done and I was the last car to be completed. They told me it would be done around 6. My wife dropped me off at 6:10. I waited until 8PM. However I m glad they did the work and it s done. So hard to complain.

I came in here around 11 am. I had a 1 pm appointment so I thought I ll come in early and perhaps they can take care of the car earlier. I damaged the sidewall of a front tire the night before and did not want to take a chance driving. Wheelworks is open on Sundays plus they have the tire that I need so I had to go here. The car was also due for an oil change.So I went to the mall to eat lunch and got coffee and all the while I was hoping they can take care of everything earlier. I went back to Wheelworks waiting area before 1 pm. The car was still outside. That was ok. I ll just have to wait for my initial appointment. And I waited and waited. Around 3 pm, I finally asked what time they expect to get done with the car. I was told 4 pm. Ok, another hour I could deal with. I just had to get the car fixed. I was out exiting the lot by 4:59 pm.You ll be fine if you come in here with expectation that you will need to go home or spend a couple of hours at the mall so that you do not have to wait for a long time.Otherwise, I d recommend going somewhere else.I can see people come here one time but will likely not come back.I hope they put a better system in place.

They are usually very good, but the person working on my truck took forever for a tire rotation and alignment. Had a 11am appointment went to eat and walk the mall to pass time and 3pm still waiting said another 30 mins. Very ridiculous

I've used Wheel Works since I started driving and they've always been reliable. I had a nail in my tire on Monday, and stopped in after dropping my kids at school. Staff was professional and helpful, and they got me in and out quickly for a great price. Such a relief to be back on the road with my tire repaired.

I have never been to a more incompetent auto facility. The service adviser that I originally talked to told me they could not do an oil change on my Jaguar until I told him that another location was able to price it out. When I brought it in, I had an appointment for 10 AM and arrived at 9:15 AM. The service advisor checked me in and told me they were also going to do an alignment. He told me they would have me out at noon. I went to the mall and came back around 11, and they were just pulling my car into the bay. There seemed to be a concern 15 minutes later, and the service advisor never said anything. Instead, he left the facility. When he returned, I asked for an update, and he said they would not do an alignment because I did not have a warranty. The issue is I have a lifetime warranty through Firestone.Every time that I tried getting information, I got attitude. This guy should not be working with the public. Funny thing is, some young cute girl came in and he dropped everything to help her.

Seems like they do okay work overall, but they do like to charge you the maximum possible for any job and insist on using only parts they approve. Also if you ever get your tires rotated here there is a 100% chance your wheels will need to be realigned because they mess it up every time. Also sometimes when you take it in for an alignment they will just take your car for a few hours and do nothing with it. I had this happen twice. Would highly recommend the lifetime alignment or just going somewhere else.

I frequently visit the Wheel Works at Oakridge Mall, and I regularly receive exceptional service.John Sanchez, the manager, has been incredibly helpful with the ongoing maintenance of our vehicles. His knowledge and expertise are evident as he addresses our concerns and provides valuable recommendations.I appreciate the level of care and attention to detail that John demonstrates throughout any of our service interactions. Wheel Works at Oakridge Mall, under John's management, has become my go-to place for vehicle maintenance. Highly recommended!

Go here if you want the followings:If you are a woman, an Asian woman...they will take advantage of you when it comes to the extra added cost.Total price tag $500 MORE for the same exact service at another Wheelworks location. READ reviews on Yelp before bringing your car here. Check with BAR before bringing your car here.Additional add on charges to the bill without offering if you want the service or getting authorization before tacking on the amount to your bill . Very deceptive business behavior.Extensive waiting time even with an appointment. The car will sit for three hours after check in time, work is then rushed the last 20 minutes.Poor quality service: no valve stem covers, damage to your rims.Second visit to address issues.**Please do your research, at least read the reviews before considering bringing your car here. It is amazing how many customers have been taken advantage of and the sneaky tactic and poor workmanships at this location.***

I have a 2013 Chevy Cruze and brought it to Wheel Works to get the Oil and Oil Filter changed and that service was only $65 which is more than a reasonable price. They also performed a full inspection for only $10 and answered all questions I walked in with. They did an awesome job and did it swiftly! I highly recommend their services to anyone on a tight budget! Thank you all so much for helping me and providing me with exceptional service!

My wheel is bent but I didn t know, I paid them $72 to balance the wheels and they didn t find the issue. That s ridiculous.

The new showroom is beautiful (the last time I was there, Wheelworks was around in the corner in a cramped building.) The communication/setting expectations on job completion, as well as price quotes were all accurate, and therefore excellent. All staff was friendly, cordial and professional.

First of all, everyone was really kind and helpful. That's a big plus in my book. Even though we didn't have an appointment (which is certainly recommended), because we were new to Wheel Works, they had time to work on installing a new battery for me.20 minutes! It was great! Nice waiting area, with several chairs and a TV, with a ...... Remote control available! When was the last time you ever saw that !?Also, there was a charging station with connections for every type of device you would have. Plus, there were dedicated women's and men's restrooms adjacent to the waiting area! Oh, one last thing, they had coffee, too! They really thought of everything to make the wait comfortable and convenient. Oh, and Yes, the service was done efficiently...Wheel works made our day!

Great customer service! They even took care of fixing a loose cover. I went for alignment. I believe it is all done. Will need to drive and check further. But all in all, a great customer friendly place!

Had my car for 6 hours said it would be about an hour for tire repair. Then was told I m not a priority because I wasn t replacing my tires. Even though I ve been coming here for 13 years and currently have 7 vehicles serviced at this location. Congratulations you just lost a customer.

Friendly staff, I ve always been to America s Tire customers but this location is very close and convenient by the mall. Great service & friendly staff. I got the Lifetime Alignment/Rotation which is about the same cost as doing one alignment outside!My appointment was 10 am to for all 4 new tires and I was done 1:30 pm. Pretty standard wait time on a busy SaturdayStill highly recommend this place!

I had a very bad experience yesterday when I left my car for wheel alignment. The lady at the reception Miss Bernadette was really rude and had no idea of how to speak to customers. She kept prioritizing phone calls over 4 to 5. Customers were waiting in the line in person. While I was speaking to hear she had the nerve to ask me to stop talking which I think is unacceptable. When asked to speak to her manager she just said that manager was out sick for the day. So I guess she runs that place. Will never visit this location again. You should avoid too and go to other places where they value your business.

I've been a loyal customer for about 20+ yrs now for all of my car tire service and alignments.Alignment/Rotation is a great value and they also offer free vehicle inspections & are equipped to fix a majority of issues you may have aside from tires.That being said, this time around was one of the worst customer experiences I have had since the technician was either trying to charge me extra or did not know how to work the system.1. I went in for tire replacement and got a quote of $291.99 for each tire. When i stepped out to get alternate quotes, I immediately got that dropped to $180.99 I cant imagine how that could be possible in a span of 10 minutes.2. When I went to pick up my car I was invoiced @206.99 for the tire which was completely different from both the above quotes. When I pointed that out, the technician said he would fix it and invoiced me3. The fixed invoice was for 189.99 which was again different than all the 3 amounts above and the invoice was completed. I asked for a refund and the technician had no idea how to do that. He said, its invoiced and I cannot help you now.4. On speaking to the manager, he finally worked out a return work order for $18.98 (and not $18 as I would have expected) and this entire episode took over an hour of my time out there. It was definitely not worth spending another 30 minutes trying to get the 98 cents back to them.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Thorough service & friendly. The Lifetime Alignment/Rotation is a great value! They also offer free vehicle inspections & are equipped to fix a majority of issues you may have aside from tires.I just wish the appointment times for simple tire service were tied to the actual services. My car is never ready for pick-up until late afternoon (3:00) - even with an AM appointment.Still highly recommend this place!

After years of buying tires from them, I brought a tire to them with the valve stem leaking they said they couldn't fix it because company policy doesn't allow them to work on a 7yr old tire even though the tire was purchased from them and had no signs of dry rot or damage to the tire, they said all they could do was give me a new valve stem and i guess they figured i would install it or get someone else to install it. If this is going to be there policy they just lost a good customer, I went to Just Tires down the street and they had no problem doing the work. (So much for being a loyal customer)

Update*It's 01:30 and my car is just seating there. - 1 I guess I came on a busy day. my pick up schedule was 1230. It's already 1 while writing this review and my car is not ready yet.I just wish that they'll fullfil the time that they gave you. My day is planned so it's kinda frustrating if anything doesn't go as planned. Tires are replaced according to the tech just needs alligment and the guy working on it went to lunch. And everything should be done in 20mins. Will is great though. *Just waiting in the lobby
