Went in for an oil change, took them over 4 hours, and on top of that, they made my car start leaking oil. Went from a cheap oil change to a new oil pan. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICES. They will rip you off and cause more damage to your vehicle. They don't know what they are doing. I don't leave reviews or yelp reviews but im hoping I'm saving someone else a headache.

I scheduled a service appointment for 11AM on a Wednesday, but to my disappointment, my car wasn't ready for pickup until almost closing time at 5:50PM. Waiting for five hours for a basic tire alignment and rotation was completely unexpected. One would assume that having an appointment would mean timely service, with customers being prioritized according to their scheduled slots. I called multiple times to follow up on my car's status at 2:30, again at 3:30pm, but I was told that my car had not been worked on yet. Unfortunately, it seemed like my car was only attended to at the very last moment, as I called back again at 5:30PM informing the staff that I would be on my way to pick up my car soon. I was told that my car was still being aligned and that it would take about 30 minutes more. Mind you, the store closes at 6PM, which left me dissatisfied with the lack of urgency displayed by this location. When I expressed my frustration during pickup, I was informed by Dan that they were operating with just a 2-man crew that day. However, if staffing was an issue, it raises concerns as to why this location took on more than it could handle. In such situations, efficient and prompt customer service should be a priority, even if operating with limited staff. I will not be returning to this location.

During my previous visit, your techs were not well trained. They changed 3 tire sensors and could not connect them properly to the car computer. Not only did they do that wrong, but my dome lights were flashing and the bulbs had to be taken out. During this visit every thing was taken care of. I was charged for another sensor, but no labor and everything works again with no tire sensor on. The staff now is better qualified.

Horrible service. I got recommended here by close family members to get new tires. I took my car in no problem until my husband picked it up when it was ready. He noticed the car had a scratch on my rim. I told him to not drive it or leave the parking lot until he spoke to someone regarding that. And so he did, the guy he spoke to (Asian guy with long hair ) denied it from the beginning without hearing what my husband had to say. I called my husband and told him to put me on speaker so I can speak to him and he started arguing threw the phone. He also tried to give me oil change for the scratched rim. I declined it, he then said well we didn t do it . I told him how can you say you didn t do it but try and give me an oil change? You are trying to shut me up instead of a apology he kept on denying it and saying to forget about the oil change because he knew the type of person I was since the beginning but never did I ever ask for a discount or anything free. I paid 1,550$ without begging them or arguing over the price. He then offered my husband $100, I told my husband to take that and walk away before things got worst since the guy was very rude and my husband had my 3 year old watching and hearing everything. I don t care of the 100$ back or even the oil change he was offering but to me was the disrespect and lack of customer service. The fact that instead of a apology he argued with my husband and argued with me threw the phone says a lot about the place.

So I just went there just like five minutes ago asked about my flat tire. I asked for a plug and all they said I got two guys working and there s one guy ahead of me and they couldn t help meTo me a flat tire is simple I wasn t asking for a new tire. I was just asking for a plug to step on the nail and they refuse my service and then they told me you could go to any tire shop while I went to a tire shop, they didn t even help me.

Horrible experienceCalled many times to make an appointment never answered, I should have skipped at that time itself instead visited the store last week and made an appointment,finally I am here today they never kept the promise as I confirmed while made an appointment they are super slow What the waste of time to visit this store they used to be very nice nowadays they went to down the drain will never visit this store now I wonder why the Firestone next door and the same company went and closed the door Now I could easily relateCome on wheel works pay attention to your customers and promises what u can commit or inform the customer if u need a full day to get the work done we will be very happy to drop offAnd finally don t ignore the customer it s almost felt someone forced you folks to work at the store specially MR Jonathan

I.hate going to a tire shop for it takes too long to wait and they don t have the tire or the representative doesn t have time for you , but Dan has been great and helped me out . It was fast , I was in and out

They changed the one tire. Called ahead available tire and price. Said I'll be be there at 9am. Arrived 9:10am. Asked how long. They said come back with vehicle in an hour. Work order entered at 9:22am. Then they said they will start work immediately. They pull car into bay at 9:30 and it sat for 15', then they moved into next bay at 9:45. Then they started changing tire at 10.Prefer, Firestone at Park Victoria for speedy service. Unfortunately, they did not have the tire.

Very bad service at the reception, there is never anyone and they see that you are waiting and they do not help you. A year ago I took my car because the air conditioning was not working, they told me that it was a leak, I told them that they could fix it for me, but then they called me saying that it was the air conditioning motor that was not working, I told them to change it for me. they charged more than a thousand Dolores after a week that I picked up my car the air stopped working I took it back they told me it had a leak again they repaired it again another 200 they charge me and it didn't work again I came back now I get what It's the fan that doesn't work and they're going to charge me 300 to fix it and I'm talking to them on the phone, the person gets aggressive and hangs up the phone. I asked for a supervisor or manager, and no one could answer me.

I had a flat, changed to the spare tire, got another tire puncture, and managed to inflate the tire enough to drive over to wheel works in the morning. The employee looked the car over, we discussed the two flat fires, and he said he d call me when they were done.By closing time, I d waited a whole day, and I called the store. Hey, what s going on with my car? They hadn t touched it at all.He tells me oh, you need 4 new tires, because and then he begins a string of lies: the punctures are are in the sidewall and it can t be repaired, you have uneven tread wear on the other tires, you need to buy 3 new ones, and might as well just buy 4.The truth: the tires are new and have even tread wear. The punctures are both small and in the tread and easily patched. The employee knew exactly what was going on, and was ordered by his manager to lie to the customer and deprioritize me because patching tires doesn t make money. I could tell the employee was lying to me not by his own choice based on how uncomfortable he was in his voice, eye contact, and demeanor.I took the car to a different tire shop and within 20 minutes paid $40 and had both tires patched.Be ware of the lying management of wheel works.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE ELSE BETTER FOR QUALITY SERVICE.My friend needed a full inspection of her car. Since it's close by home, decided to make an appointment for Saturday (8/27) morning 9am to take her car in.Dropped off her car and was told she will receive a call in the AFTERNOON, means after 12pm. Comes noon, no call. Comes 3pm, no call. Calls shop, tells her they will call her in afternoon (mind you, shop closes at 6pm and it was already 3pm).Goes in at 530pm (30 minutes before closing), gets told they never looked at her car after (1) had a 9am appointment and confirmed and (2) 8 hours had gone by with NOTHING DONE.My friend took back her keys and left.Don't waste your time coming here. Customer service is poor. You're better off somewhere else.

After I bought my four new tires at Costco I got my alignment here. They are very friendly patient and work quickly. I thought I was going to have to wait an hour. Within 25 minutes I was outta there. Alignment made a huge difference in my driving experience. I felt like it was way smooooooooth... Absolutely recommend you bring your car here.
