I've been coming to this Wheel Works locations for years. This last time was for my daughter's car. She needed new tires. Carlos first took care of me and then so did Alan. They gave me a great deal on new tires and they also tested her car battery, which was testing low. I always feel Alan and his staff take care of me above and beyond what a normal tire shop does, which Alan did again this time. That's why I've been coming to this specific location for years. I always recommend this shop to any friends or acquaintances who ask me if I would recommend a tire shop in the Evergreen area. Thank you very much!

I am a regular customer to this location, I like the crew at the front desk, they are professional and helpful. Always will go to this location as long as it's feasible. I hope they setup a coffee machine for people who wait for the the service to be done :) Apparently they had it before COVID

We love this location on King Road. Alan is someone we followed from the now closed 1st street location. Alan and his wonderful staff are kind, honest, and do great work!

Always have my car tires, change, fix and alignment done on the Wheelworks Evergreen area, Alan, is always prompt to help and answer all the questions needed, Charlie is always helpful on everything, work done quick and professional, thank you Wheelworks for taking care of my car tires, totally recommended that tire shop.

Poor customer service, had to wait 24hrs and damaged my wheels.I called first thing Friday morning, talked to the rep and he assured me my tires would be in at 11am and we set a 1pm appointment. I see the work order via text, 225 and 255 tires, perfect. My car has very breakable aluminum lug bolts so I bring in my wheels loose. I arrive for my appointment, the guy at the counter has me verify the size. It's wrong, 245 not 255 like the work order. Okay whatever, its the same size as what's on there now. Hours go by. I call at 4:30pm, "Nope it's not done yet". I call at 5:30 to ask if it'll be done before close at 6pm, "No it's not done yet". I finally get a call after closing at 6pm after waiting more than FIVE hours. "Sorry don't be mad but we don't have your tires" and I get a story about how they were sold twice. Five plus hours after the appointment time and they look at my wheels...The rep offers a 20% discount for my troubles, no point in getting mad so I get a ride home from my fiance since my car is now on jack stands at my parents' house. I get a call the next afternoon, I come down and the rep Aaron who had been talking to me on the phone is nowhere to be found. The manager is there and is very brusque, takes my payment and hustles me out. My rims are super grungy looking and I take them home.My wheels were not in show condition but they never had front face damage. They all were greasy and dirty on the face of the rim and after cleaning now one of them has gouges in the paint. Like they had dragged them face down on a dirty work bench... I was able to save three of them with some cleaner wax but one now has permanent scratches. When I look inside it looks like they had removed the old weights with a flathead screw driver scratching the hell out of the inside of the rim. Some of them are deep enough to catch my nail. Totally unacceptable. Thank god I didn't bring my car in, who knows how much abuse it would have gotten in there. Avoid this place and don't risk your car with these people.

Drop my truck on Saturday Sunday Monday pick it up Tuesday for tire rotation and checking on the tire in the back driver side cause wobbling, when check out at front desk I ask what cause the wobbling they said took a drive and see nothing, they also tell me to check it out. I got to my truck found out the tire on driver side haven t rotated so I went back tell front desk, they took my truck back and rotate it 10 minutes done, drove home check the tire on back by look to side mirror it is still wobbly. The technician name is Alex supposed to do the job but. I m not sure if he checked the wobble tire. They replaced three of my tires few months ago.

Their recommendations are some of the highest estimates. I gave them one chance to see improvements. But they haven't changed. You're better off going to AAA. Their estimates are much lower. Stay away from this store !

Great experience, this particular location is very quick and helpful! I got my brakes, set of new tires and oil change, done in the same day, brought my car in at 9am and it was ready by 3pm! Awesome service and my vehicle is running like new!

The Ford dealer said that the car needed a wheel alignment, so happy I didn't have them do it! Went to Wheel Works ... they told me that we had purchased a lifetime alignment package! We ended up having to replace a pair of tires, fortunately WW has a set of the same tires in stock! Thanks!!!

Had some work done to our Honda Odyssey EX-L spoke with charlie over the phone 6\5 sunday morning explained to him that we needed the van back the same day he said not worry we would have it back that afternoon, and sure enough we gotta a call that afternoon our van was done thanks charlie for your outstanding costumer service and all techs. for doing a great job over at wheel works, on king rd. we are happy with the results again thanks to all.

Charlie was very friendly. His team, at the S king location, were quick on fixing a flat tire. Other WW locations would ask you to come on a different day becuase they "only have 1 mechanic" all day every day. Charlie said to come in at 730am and drop off. My car was ready by 930am. Awesome service.

Haven't been here in 6 years since my last tire change and I remember not being so fond of the service back then. I got new tires recently elsewhere for a great price but still needed my alignment taken care of but sadly, the place I went to doesn't offer alignments. -_-". Anyways, I called this place and Allen provided great customer service from start to finish. I felt really guilty when he kindly asked me in person why I didn't get tires with them. I was honest and told him how the other place had a great deal for the kind of tires I got (which I forgot to mention to him that they don't carry). However, little did I know, this place can price match! I should of checked out prices for similar tires because it really would of saved me time. Not that much a problem but now I have to go to two separate places, one to get my wheels rotated or fixed and another to get an alignment (I got the lifetime alignment btw). A one-stop shop would be more ideal and is actually much more convenient. Sighs, if only i can go back in time and have gone here in the first place!

Horrendous place to do business with1-no parking space, very hard to get in or out2-technicians smoking all over the shop3-staff shortage4-short cuts are being done.Went to another Wheel Works location to get my vehicle fix their issues...Will not go back to this location again.Service: Wheel alignment

My tire popped, I called AAA and luckily they came early at 5:20. I was driving with a spare tire so I called around, one shop closed 15 minutes before their business hours and another shop didn't pick up the call at all. Then, I gave Wheel Works a call at 5:30 (closing time was 6:00), they took my car right away! Thank you so much and I'm so happy I came here at the last minute!Great customer and affordable price for tires!

Took delivery of my tires, scheduled two appointments over the phone after, then chose to tell me when I showed up that they wouldn't install 35" tires, overall useless and a waste of time. Should advertise their lack of services more clearlyService: TiresService: Tires

Went in to have my back rotors and brakes replaced. They did that job just fine, but tell me my master cylinder needs to be replaced. So they replace it. Doesn't fix the problem. So they say my brake booster is leaking. I order the part they attempt to replace it. After my car has been sitting in their shop for almost 2 weeks they tell me they are unable to get the old brake booster off and I can come pick up my car to see if someone else can do it... The misdiagnosis of the problem and inability to fix the actual problem has cost me $300+ for a rental car and missed hours at work. This job should have been completed in a few days at most(excluding time it took to get parts) Customer service was fine I just question if their technicians know what they are doing. I do not recommend going here.

I've developed a neighborhood fan who likes poking holes in the valve stem of my cars. So wheel works has been my new friend. Super friendly service and very fast and understanding.

Customer service is horrible. We had a full conversation on the phone and explained my problem. He even looked up the car. Then he still asked how he can help me. Well, I wanted my problem fixed is what I wanted. I said I was coming in 15 minutes, then I didn t completely understand what he said, but he didn t say anything along the line of no. So I showed up and i wasted my time because he didn t understand any of it and the store was closing so it wasn t going to get done. I asked multiple times I m coming in 15 minutes. Any of those times he could ve said no, and not waste my time.

Great service. Sales Advisor - Alan, visually explained me everything about how a tire rotation and wheel alignment works. I went for a lifetime wheel alignment service. He even took me at the back where cars were repaired to show me live working on cars. Offered me a discount and inspected wheels, tires and brakes without me asking. The mechanic did a great job as well. Overall the service was great.

I called to ask if they price match for brake pads and resurfacing rotors and I also asked if they use OEM parts. I spoke with Jazmin and she told me yes, so I scheduled an appointment. I arrive at my appointment at 7 am only for Charlie to tell me they don't use OEM parts and they don't resurface rotors and then he argued with me about matching the dealership quote. I wasted time going to their store and now I can't get another appointment with the dealership for 2 weeks. Thanks for the inaccurate information Jazmin and the horrible attitude Charlie.

Sales Rep was very professional and after looking at my tires somehow figured out that I bought them from Costco .He said I can get my puncture done for free from Costco.I did not want to go to costco so he honored my decision and fixed the puncture with a reasonable quote of $20 and with in 20 minutesVery pleasant experience

Had a appointment at another Wheel Works location. Got there on time and was told that because a truck was blocking the bays, I'd have to wait 2-3 hours. Needless to say I was a little frustrated. My only day off this week and needed to get this done. I called a couple different locations and this one said bring it right in. They took me right in and got everything done and more. This location is a little out of my way, but now that I know who I'm dealing with here, I'll be making the trip every time I need service!

I am so done with them.Each time I bring my vehicle to them they never have it done like they say they're going to now I'm going to be missing a day's work because they were going to slap my tires back on my truck without a alignment and when I question that they act like oh you're supposed to have the alignment first and then put the tires on.Apparently they think I don't know how to work on a vehicle
