Over the years, I've gotten good service at Wheel Works, 350 Kiely Blvd., SJ, across from the Toyota dealership on Stevens Creek Blvd. Including today, when I stopped by to have my tire pressure checked before a long (for me!) drive. Guillermo Cabrera, who has helped me before, is always friendly and seems to enjoy being helpful. He told me that he has worked at this location for three years. Thank you, Guillermo and Wheel Works!

Long, made my experience at the shop an amazing experience. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. They quickly detected the issues with my car. They showed and explained me what needed to be done, and in less than 2 hours my car was all ready. The customer service was exceptional and I couldn t have asked for a better experience.

I went in for nail in tire. They told me they it s a nail in tire but to close to edge to repair so I need to replace tire. They called other stores and were able to get my tire replaced. Mark was very supportive and the other gentleman was very informative about my tire issue and they were able to fix my tire while I waited.

This location has always had GREAT customer service. Luong is awesome, and seems to like his job, making it a joy to do business here, because we know we're in capable hands. They're all kind, fast, and during Covid, we saw this location work through extremely dire circumstances - with only one worker - and still managed to execute great customer service. We've been going to this location well over 10 years; they fill our tires, repair our flats, and every one is always welcoming. This is one of MY favorite places to patronize, honestly due to the customer service. Thanks Wheel Works - don't lose these guys!!

Came to get a tire plugged for a nail. Agent came out and said my tire was low on tread. Basically tried to upsell me. Then told me the nail was too close to the sidewall. Told me I had to buy a new tire. I said no. I left and went somewhere to get it plugged for $20.These guys just want your money.

The customer service I received from Long was exceptional. He was very attentive and informative. I was very impressed with the turn around time with getting my vehicles checked in, serviced and out.

Everyone was super friendly and took care of my needs. I feel like they went above and beyond for me as there were some complications for my tire repair and they had to keep my car an extra day and then I couldn t pick it up and they were able to make accommodations for me.

Noticed some wheel weights sitting in the driveway before I was about to take the trailer out for the weekend. Noticed the weights matched what was on the trailer wheels so I took the wheels off, threw them in the back of my truck, and took them to Wheel Works to get them balanced so I could leave the next day. When I picked up the wheels a few hours later I noticed that it looked like the wheels hadn t been cleaned on the inside but the weights seemed to be secure so I wasn t too concerned since they are the professionals . When I got home and unloaded one of the wheels onto the ground to roll over to the trailer an entire length of wheel weights fell out. I decided no problem, I can reinstall the wheel weights with some double-sided tape I already have. Was unpleasantly surprised to find that not only had the wheels not been cleaned on the inside before installing new weights, they hadn t even removed all the adhesive from the previous wheel weights and they used some kind of spray adhesive over the dirt on the inside of the wheel before installing their wheel weights. So now not only am I reinstalling weights that they should ve installed correctly the first time, I m also going have to clean the inside of my wheels with some kind of lacquer thinner to get this spray adhesive off.

They over charge me $120 for check my energy then rise to $220 it s black mail and I changed to another small auto shop just oil change for $65 my suggestion is : don t go unless ur rich

Outstanding customer service! It was late afternoon Sunday 07/30/2023, my Tesla Y tire got nailed, manager Ng said bring it in. There were several customers both on the phone and in person, but they managed to get my tire diagnosis, patched it up quickly. Thank you Raul for an awesome job. Came in for a oil change and some additional maintenance on my Civic. Long was the person working and took the time to make recommendations and showed me what he was seeing. Although I deferred some of the recommendations for another day. Service was completed within a few short hours and I live nearby so I left and came back. Car was ready when I arrived and getting back was straightforward and everything I needed was emailed.

Needed a patch on my tires. They took me the day I called even though they had two appointments and had it done within 3-4 hours. They put my spare and tools nicely back in my trunk. Patch was free due to the road hazard insurance I had with them. Staff was nice and professional.

Took my Jeep Wranglers wich is lifted, saw the Jeep gave me a coat to do rotation and alignment, also oil change. I agreed to do service and 3 hours late they call me and tell me they can't service lift vehicles.

Waste 2 hours waiting in this shop for changing a single tire! Called Mark in advanced to confirm appointment for tire availability. Dropped car on time at 3pm. Mark told me to wait for 2 hours to get one tire replacement job done. I waited in nearby stores for doing nothing. At 5pm, received phone call from Mark and told me that there are too many customers and can not complete my job today. He told me that it is not his fault since he told me in advance that he would try his best to complete the job at 5pm, but not guaranteed.So when you call this shop to fix your car, you need to prepare a plan B in case they can not fulfill their promise.

Had four tires replaced then they called back and said a tire sensor was broken and a stud broke off on one wheel! What a rip off, it was not bad when it went in there! The price for the part was $200! They broke it replacing the tire on the tire machine. He called me back within a half hour to say my car was finished like he had done already before I agreed! Don't trust them go else where! The guy also said there road hazard warranty covered slashed tires and I asked him again and he said that is what I said! I read the warranty on line and it does not cover vandalized tires! Liars! I noticed just a week later the rim they changed the tpm valve stem is all scratched and gashed up and they put a cheap plastic tire stem in instead of the original metal nut style stem! Rip off!

I'm that guy that researches for good deals and good service. Gary and Mark are the best! Mark setup my wheel appointment and told me what the services and prices. Gary helped me when I brought the car in. Both are very helpful and let me know the best options and worked with my needs.I suggest the lifetime wheel alignment because my car is all-wheel drive and any deviation means I need to buy all new tires.

I like the lifetime warranty on rotations. But don't like that it's not transferable to ur next car or nice if u can't receive some type of discount. Lol. I asked if i could have one of my tires back & that didn't get done so I was very disappointed

I would give this place zero stars if possible. I brought my vehicle in for brake diagnosis. I was told that they could not diagnose the issue fully because one of the lug nuts was cross threaded. I worked with my warranty company to schedule an appointment to switch it out. After review of the estimate I was given, THEY DID NOT note which lug nut was the issue. I called for clarification and was told they don't have any record of it and that the warranty company should be able to look and tell themselves. Really?Additionally, my battery terminal needed to be cleaned because it was causing my vehicle to start slowly. I highly doubt that was completed/tested after since I am still experiencing the same issue.This location as well as the location on The Alameda have really went downhill. I have zero trust in their abilities. Avoid at all costs

Horrible customer service from Mark service writer. All I asked was how lomg will it takes to mount and balance my tire and I didn't hear his response due to us wearing mask and I don't hear so well. He raised his voice and got an attitude and said "I just told you like three times" when he did not say how long it will takes after he helped the customer in front of me.He shouldn't have a job.This is my second time I came here in 10 years and now I remembered why, and had to due to an emergency tire repaired. This will be my the last time I give this location and company my money.Also the tech mounted my tires wrong and flipped them. Luckily it is not a directional tire. If it was, I'd cut my loss and have other shop do it instead of dealing with rude service writer.If I have a tire machine I wouldn't let them come near my car. Go somewhere else with better service, price, and know how don't come here.

My tire pressure light came on this morning - most likely due to the colder weather. I don't know how to check or add air on my own, so I originally stopped by the Toyota dealer. They turned me away, saying it would be over an hour wait. They recommended Wheel Works. I swung by and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. They were super kind and immediately put air in all my tires. It was such a relief and I was so grateful for the help and assistance. Thank you!

Everyone was very polite and accommodating. They did a great job installing my new tires. They also were pretty accurate (transparent) when quoting prices and time frames for approximate job completions.

Got a wheel alignment. Good price and they were very quick. I appreciated that I was explained to everything they were going to do. The salesperson was very informative and through. I would recommend taking your vehicle there.

I sent my wife in for an oil change and tire rotation. I bought the tires from wheel works. My wife is not an English as first language speaker. This should have been around $75. By the time she left it was $340!! They sold her a battery I could have bought cheaper and installed myself as well as some filters. I guess it was my fault for not insisting they call me first but I feel totally ripped off. I ve been buying tires from them for almost 40 years and this is not the kind of service I expect. Very disappointed in Wheel Works.

I've had a previous good experience, but not this time. Needed tire rotations before a long drive, so scheduled my appointment. I was told to allow 45 minutes, give or take.2 hours later, they still weren't finished and we're finally about to get started. Not a problem if I were a walk in, but very annoying when you schedule 1.5hrs out of your work day for an appointment, and that's still not enough time for a 45 minute job.Needless to say, extremely disappointed.

Very friendly and were happy to answer all my questions. Had an appointment at 10, took 2 hours to mount and balance four tires and do an alignment but they had coffee and water. One of the guys put a directional tire on backwards, but they promptly fixed it when I pointed it out.
