They always give me an honest quote about my car and they don't sugar coat how bad the bill will be. They are upfront about what they charge and work with you on getting the best possible deal. I would recommend this place to everyone. The only downside is that if you don't schedule an appointment you're going to have to wait a while to get your vehicle checked out and worked on. Overall awesome people and great work

Flat tire and tire rotation done in 30 mins, charged fair price compared to others.Will recommend for jobs like oil changes, coolant etc and they are very quick for these type of service.No need to wait at dealership for hours to get small things done.For engine major repairs i am not sure how they work.

Called for a quote on shock/strut installation on my car and was quoted $200 with other quotes coming in at $600, went in the next day at 10:00 and reminded him of our conversation, he asked for the keys and I handed them over. That was all in his mind but I told him I need a service order, he hands me a blank service order and I fill everything out including service to be done and cost quoted. Picked up at 4:00, no problem for me because I'm 5 minutes away, work appears solid, wife at front desk is pleasant in their Vietnamese way and her eyes perk up with cash payment , they would get my business again.

I went to another shop to get my oil changed, and they noticed that one of my headlights was out. They played with the connection a bit and it would turn on and off randomly. Unfortunately, they didn't have the correct bulb to replace my headlight, so I went to T&T Auto Care instead since it was around the area. The guy tried to charge me $45 to change out the bulb. I talked him down to $30 and he agreed to do it after his lunch was over. After his lunch, he took about 24 seconds and said it was done. He got an easy $30 out of it. Sadly, a day or 2 later, my light bulb went out again. Frustrated, I went to O'Reilly's, bought a bulb for $12, went on YouTube, and figured out how to fix it myself instead of going to another mechanic. Piece of cake, and now that I know how simple it is, I feel like an idiot to have paid so much for such pathetic work and I'll never go to an auto-shop to fix my headlights again. Stay away from this T&T Auto Care on Monterey Road if you want good service.

Great place! The quality, value professionalism & punctuality of the work & service is A+!!! Mr. Tram tells you straight forward what the problem is, he does what is required (& sometimes go over & beyond out of his kindness) He definitely works hard at getting you your vehicle back fixed up & running in a timely matter. I m so very Thankful that my friend Mariam recommended me to this place of business. I am forever Thankful and Grateful! Btw I passed the Paton to several others whom have been just as well pleased as I have been! That says A lot Satifactory & Well Done! Thank You!

Pham is a mediocre mechanic. I brought my truck to him several times for the same problem which turned out to be an ignition sensor in the distributer cap that another mechanic found out from connecting the troubleshooting computer to it.The reason of my complaint is that Pham stolled my jacket right out of my truck. It was behind my seat. I went back to him a week later to have another issue fixed and seen him wearing it. I complimented him saying I had one just like it...then when it rained a week later and my jacket wasn't behind the seat, I knew he took it. So I went back to confirm and yes indeed he was wearing my jacket. I even offered him an extra $10 for his advice, which he took.Pham is not an honorable man. You can find a much better quality mechanic anywhere else in town.

I only take my car here for synthetic oil change, they also do regular oil change. The synthetic oil change is $80, more expensive than other places but here the service is fast, so if you are looking for a fast oil change and don't mind to pay a little bit more this is the place to go.
